I would like to highlight and request one point here as well.

Will there be an update in your software to prevent closing tables before having played the needed amount of hands on Zoom tables on Stars. I just discovered the issue that I played less than 12 per table and now I am blocked for nearly 10h playing on Stars.

Would be great to have some kind of check box saying to prevent closing the table before playing >12 hands.

That doesn't seem correct. I mean, life happens and sometimes I play one hand and have to leave. Have happened before.

Are you sure that's the only reason? There must be some other condition for that to happen. No?

Unfortunately not...I contacted support and she told me. I told her that I am using Stars Caption and after certain amount of BBs it closes the table and opens another one. All in all it is a software restriction and she can't support reducing the time....I have to wait until 10pm.

I do the same, I start with 100bb and when I double up i leave and open a new one. Sometimes happens in the very first hand. Or sometimes I sit at a nl2 table just to place a new HUD or test some SC function and leave after half a dozen hands.

That actually never happened to me but it would be nice to have a warning before. I could understand in a normal table, but zoom?

Probably depends on the country? I'm from Germany. What about you?

But nevertheless let me write Stars again and ask for additional infos. Probably new ToS or something else.

Yeh, double check that with them. I have notice when talking to support that sometimes they contradict each other.

I'm from Portugal. I play in PS.frespt or whatever they call it. We probably didn't get that "update" yet or I would have notice it by now.

Was in contact with another colleague from Stars. It's been pretty weird. There are no ToS or rules conc. this restriction. But he hired a specialist to take care of my topic and send me the rules related to the limit on hands. I have indicated that it currently looks like personal restrictions for me, as I change the zoom tables relatively quickly.

I got the info. Support contacted me and send me the link to the new rules since July this year. It is a restriction seem for German players only called "Pool Block". It was already introduced in 6+. But it is not mentioned how many hands I have to play to avoid being blocked for some minutes/hours.

Seat Me and the removal of individual table listings for cash games have recently been introduced with the aim of protecting the game and providing a safe and fair environment when a customer chooses to play with us.
As we continue to explore more ways to improve the overall experience for our players, the introduction of potential time penalties to reduce game disruption caused by players constantly switching tables, stealing blinds or refusing to play certain opponents was certainly to be addressed as a part of our overarching strategy towards this aim.
To this end we would like to ask you to be conscious of the fact that you are required to play a minimum amount of hands at all cash game tables of 25NL and above - set for a minimum of 12 hands for the moment, but subject to change in the future - before leaving a table or sitting out. Failure to meet this requirement would trigger a penalty which means you will not be allowed to join another cash game table for a specified period of time.
When trying to leave a table without having played at least 12 hands you will receive a pop-up warning, informing you that a penalty will have to be imposed if you were to leave at that moment.
The penalty would apply to all cash games and would increase for repeated failure to meet the minimum amount of hands to be played. You will be able to keep on playing on any cash games tables you are currently sitting at. However, you will not be able to join new tables while the time penalty is in effect. Zoom, Sit & Go, Spin & Go and Multi-Table-Tournaments will not be affected.
This change is introduced hand in hand with a second update: Heads-Up games will be available in Zoom only.
We have now concluded a review of your recent playing activity.
Our review indicated that the recent penalties you received resulted from your ongoing connection issues, which unfortunately seem to be beyond your control. For this reason, we have removed the current time penalty on your account and you should now be able to get back to the tables.

This is PokerStars client bug.

StarsCaption can only enter a bet size via Stars bet box.
If you'll type 2bb size manually to bet box in this situation, a value or a Raise button will not be changed - watch this video. This bug has existed for many years, but on Aurora it appears in 100% of cases, you can see for yourself. I wrote to them about this many times and showed this video, but they still haven't fixed it.

Type any value to betbox, then type an initial value back, and you'll see this bug (and it works by this way without StarsCaption too).

Do you play with Aurora and are all these settings done?
Without this option you can open Stars player note menu by single left click, but what happens in this case with this option enabled?

thanks for stopping by. Indeed you are right. As been written it should not affect Zoom but it does. Stars blocked me after playing less than 12 hands on Zoom tables due to the fact that I won a certain amount and Stars Caption closed the table and opened a new one.

I would like to have an option saying don't close the table before playing 12 hands. After the cause yesterday, I set up a counter with Font 60 and in yellow to count the hand on each table. To avoid that I close them before having the needed amount of hands. Also I stopped Stars Caption closing the tables automatically.

Nevertheless we all want to improve our game therefore I want Stars Caption to close the table automatically and not me. Speed up is the saying.

Would be really great to have this option in any case in the S/W.

neither clicking that option in the starssoftware, nor in the starscaption software does it make look different (even updated my stars software, just to be safe)

I can't check it with pokerstars.uk, because notes don't work on observed tables without log in.

Do you have this default menu on left click?

Hi, sorry if this was said before, but can something be done about SnG registrator and on-demands? The scanner reads the games with number of entries at time of scan so for example you cannot late reg an 18-45 man on-demand that was scanned as an 18 entry game. It would be great to scan and read them as a range of entry number. Another good feature would be to register acording to blind level, so you don't accidentally reg and be too short stacked.
