After update , is not working anymore, i contact support but they didn't reply.

The software has been unsupported for around 18 months, maybe longer.

I've had a number of issues and support requests are ignored.

I would advise people against purchasing, especially with pokerstars updates likely to be forced through with the vip program changes - New client versions might render the software even more useless and with no on going support it doesn't look promising

The previous version of PokerStars before the most recent will work with TimeMojo and is confirmed to be working with the latest PokerStars changes as well. If your backup folder is not properly working, you can contact support to obtain the files you need.

TimeMojo uses code protection that can cause false positives at times. I just ran the latest installer through virustotal and it looks pretty clean https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/1d...c848/detection

Yes it's regularly updated, usually within a day or two of stars updates

Same here, I've emailed support (support@timemojo) 5 days ago, no response yet. Software isn't operating as intended, I have a full license obviously, purchased in 2017. Any update on the matter? What's going on?

Hey I have bought my second T-M license now, the time randomizer feature seems to be not working/available.

Trying to reach out to the support now for a month but haven't heard from them.

Seems like money down the drain or maybe they discontinued the product.
Strongly advise not to buy this product if you were considering.

Thanks for info, I considered buying it. Choose paypal whenever possible - they usually help with the money back. Also if you didn't use paypal, contact your cc issuer for chargeback, they'll help you with getting the $ back. GL
