If you look in the "Preflop Advanced Stats" and "Postflop Advanced Stats" section, you will notice there are 3 intervals of timing for each statistic. With these, you can develop conclusions about your opponents actions when they act within these certain intervals.
For example, if you look at the stat "RFI Fold to 3bet",
You see these fold percentages over these intervals:
0-3s: 57%
3-7s: 65%
>7s: 63%
Knowing this information, you can derive the conclusion that when this opponent quickly RFI preflop he is less likely to fold to a 3bet than if he takes longer than 3 seconds to RFI.
