Definitely a false positive. TB looks like a virus and act like one in order to prevent you from easily uninstalling it during a lockdown. Just a "necessary evil" if you will, but TB is definitely not monitoring any other data than the HH folders you point it to.

TB works on PokerStars, Full Tilt, Party, iPoker, and MicroGaming clients. People who've asked to uninstall may have been experiencing a certain lag issue we've taken measures to prevent, or just needed to uninstall to bypass a rule they no longer need.
I parted ways with HM for business reasons, nothing to do with the quality of the product.
