If you could create the ability to create a sharklist, then scan tournament lobbies, and a rule like "if fewer than X players from sharklist already registered, register for tournament", I think a lot of SNG players would buy this.
I have had the idea to do something like this for a while now, but it will probably be another application if/when I do it.

If you have more than one DB, make sure you selected the right one in the "Add New Database" dialog, and make sure you have an active database in the Database > Set Active Database menu. Also, if you are scanning Full Tilt with a database that was datamining PokerStars, you will not get any stats(but that is probably not the issue). If you get this working please let me know or send me an email to support@tablescanturbo.com if not.
Ok I got it working. I only have the one DB and have only played on stars except for 100 or so hands on Absolute. I ended up removing my DB from tablescanner, and then adding it again but this time unchecked the scan results from player cash only and its working for me.

I'm sure I'll be back in this thread with more questions now that I can actually use the program. Thanks.

Ok, great, when you start to get a bigger database, you might notice it starts to lag when getting results from your database. If so, you can update the player cache in the database management part of your PT3 software, and reselect the "scan results from player cache only" option in TableScan Turbo, and it will dramatically increase the speed of your scans.

If you are using Vista, TableScan Turbo is supposed to identify wether or not you are using "ClearType" font smoothing, and if you are, it should automatically turn it off for you at the beginning of the scan and back on at the end. But that does not seem to be working for everyone. Could you try to manually turn off ClearType font smoothing, here is an article with instructions:
http://www.winhelponline.com/article...ows-Vista.html

Please try that out and let me know if that fixes it. I am going to write another OCR for Vista ClearType fonts in the next month or two but in the meantime I will add an option to the next version "Turn ClearType font smoothing off during scan".

It would be great if you could fix that the scanner is stealing the focus, it makes writing notes during a scan impossible (pokerstars), telescope fixed the problem somehow since a few versions. thanks

Ok, I have added the option "Don't give Lobby Focus (When I have Tables Open)", it will be in the next version, which I am hopefully releasing later today. If the lobby doesn't have focus, it loads the player list slightly slower(which makes the scan slightly slower), so it will still use the old way if you don't have any tables open.

P.S. I have been working >10 hours a day since the last update, I've added most of the requests made here, fixed a few bugs I found, added iPoker, and I actually found a way to make the scanning 2-3x more efficient, I'm very eager to get the next version out.

The only thing holding me back right now is that I am not able to test all the functionalities i've written on iPoker because I am in the US and I cannot create an account/login, so I cannot open tables or join waiting lists, and my overseas friend who has been helping me has been busy the last few days.

So, if anyone who uses iPoker would be willing to help me test the scanning/functionality today before I release this update, please message me ASAP:

Scan speed of the lobby/tables is great, way faster than SpadeEye.

Unfortunately, I can't get it to work past scanning the tables. I have tried everything : HEM DB active or PT3 DB active or both using Multiple DB option (both my PT3 DB and HEM DB have the same content). It stays on Scanning players forever but I have nothing showing in the main windows, not even the tables with players names.

Any idea ? (I have 60k hands at NL25, though it is not that much, they're at most one week old and I am pretty sure I should have some Regs at least show up).

Are you saying you don't see any table names in the software at all? I have seen that one time, on an old computer I have, Windows seemed to just not want to run the database query threads, and never would. Try checking the the menu option "Configure > Advanced > Performance > Give TableScan threads Highest priority" and let me know if that works

I have exactly the same problem with HEM db. It goes through all tables and then stays at "scanning players" forever. I have pretty good pc, and priority setting didnt help.

Yes I don't see anything, not even the tables.
And don't tell me I have an old PC, it's just like 3 or 4 years old

Already tweaked every possible option/filter and Highest priority didn't change anything unfortunately.

Ok, this bug is fixed in the next version, this was happening with superbibi because he is running a French version of Windows which uses "," as the decimal seperator instead of "." so the scan was failing when it tried to calculate the shortstack BB limit.

Ok, I can do this, could you send me an example file of what you'd want to import from (HEM .csv?) to support@tablescanturbo.com

I do not mean HEM although it would be a nice future, but being able to export/import the settings from TableScan Turbo for backup purpose or just to exchange Buddy/Fish lists with friends.

One huge advantage in Turboscan versus the one in Hem is that you can click on join a table while the scan is in process. Most of the time I find that by the time HEM's tablescanner is finished the good seat is gone.

Ok, for now you can just copy the files from your C:\Program Files\TableScan Turbo\config\ directory, they are clearly named. If you were sending them to a friend he would want to close TableScan before he overwrites the .config files. I will add more export/import options in the future.

Visit http://www.tablescanturbo.com/ to download the update.

iPoker Clients supported in this version:
• Titan Poker
• CD Poker
• Victor Chandler
• Chilipoker
• bet365
• Fair Poker
• William Hill
• Noble Poker
• BetFred Poker
• Betfriends Poker
• Tony G Poker
• Hansa Poker
• Expekt Poker
• MansionPoker
• Poker Cardoza
• Boylepoker
• Dafa Poker

If you would like me to add your iPoker client, post it here or send me a PM. I cannot add NoIQ because I cannot even open the software from the US.

Also, most of these clients should work with a non-english version of iPoker, but some may not. For best results, use an english version of iPoker with dollars ($) as the currency. If anyone can send me a screenshot of an iPoker lobby with euros or pounds, I can add support for them in the next version.

Coming Soon
• Table Filters
• Scan finished notifications (systray popup, sound alert)
• More table averages
• Scoring system
• Omaha support
• Ultimate bet
• Absolute Poker

nice program. I have been using it for a week & I really like it.

A couple of things I would like to see added:

1. ability to color code additional columns, such as losers, shortstacks & waitlist

2. the ability to filter the # of tables that show up so that when it scans I can have preset parameters such as # shortstacks < than x, ave vpip > than x, # of fish > than x, etc..

This way when you run the scan instead of all 50 ( or however many) tables scanned showing up only the 10 or so that meet your requirements show up.

hope that makes sense

Great program. I really like it.
When joining waiting list on ipoker, a popup appears and you have to manually click OK before you are on the waiting list. Is it possible for TableScan to click that OK automatically for you?
And I've noticed that columns don't remember their width, when you restart the program. Also I'm looking forward for OCR for Vista ClearType font.

v.36 is much slower for me on Pokerstars....just took 3 minutes to scan 20 tables....I tried twice before and after reboot. Previously it used to take about 2 minutes to scan forty tables.....I do have an older computer.
