Alright, I've been testing and I think I'm starting to understand. It is true that partypoker seems to update the lobby on somewhat of a delay. For example, I opened a table with 4 people sitting, and left the lobby minimized + permascan on, and I found that once a 5th player joined the table, it did take about 30 seconds before PartyPoker updated the table in the lobby to reflect that a 5th person had joined. So, is that the same issue we're talking about? I have heard of that problem before, but you're saying there is a solution, if you just click on any table, or just click anywhere in the lobby in general, then all the playerlists will update with no delay?

Is this on pokerstars.com or another skin, like pokerstars.eu or something like that? Do you have the lobby language in English? I just tested it and it's working properly for me, could you show me the problem on teamviewer?

Update: I tested a bit more and clicking on the lobby or on a table, or even the very table I want to be updated, doesn't seem to have any effect, it still takes 30-60 seconds for the playerlist to update to reflect the newly seated player. So, maybe you're having a different problem than that

I guess "MuggleEater" and me are talking about diffrent things. I was wondering if it's possible to have TST click a random button or w/e in the party lobby once in a while to avoid the inactivity pop-up if not currently playing at a party table.

Thanks for clarifying that, anyways I have always wanted to add a feature like that, but I tried sending clicks to multiple different buttons but none of them stopped the inactivity popup. If you're saying other programs can stop it, do you know what buttons they click?

Do you have AIM/MSN/ICQ/Skype? If so, add me and I can try to help you set something up

TBH, it could be the natural delay (I had no idea that Party took so long to update)

That's just an AHK script. Down autohotkey, copy and paste what greg wrote to a notepad file and name it whatever you want, just make sure it has .ahk at the end. When you click on it, it will start in the background and auto close the pop up whenever it appears.

Ok yeah, that is probably what's going on, it's unfortunate, I think it used to update faster

Thanks to both of you , but that code is for closing the inactivity popup, not preventing it, I already have that feature in TST, it checks to close it at the beginning of every scan (otherwise it won't work at all when that inactivity popup is open). It's probably not possible to prevent it, you probably just have to be sitting at a table and playing to avoid it.

maybe you can add a function to get a noise signal whenever a tabel reaches a certain score?

When do you plan to release this software for purchase. Also what does this software have to offer that other trackers do not?

Would it be hard to enable a filter excluding Hi/Lo games???? It's so tilting to realize you are playing a game that you don't even know the rules to The only time I realize is when I have nut high hand and the pot ends up being split dkghjldakghdlkhgldkag

Yes I am planning to add a full "alerts" feature in the future

I should be releasing it for sale sometime within the next week, if it wasn't for the Merge update that's coming now, I probably would have done it by today . There is a 30 day free trial so you will have plenty of time to evaluate it if you haven't already.

Anyways, I really believe there is only one reason that someone would use a table selection software other than TableScan Turbo, and that is just if they haven't heard of it or seen it yet Because TST is superior in every way, speed, reliability, lots more features, and so on. I would suggest you go try them out and I'm sure you'll agree with me

By the way, regarding the Merge update today, they are changing to a completely new lobby. I was lucky enough to get the beta version (thanks to joe from mergekeys) and I have been working on it for the last 2-3 days. I expect it should be ready for testing tonight or tomorrow at the latest, please check my forum tonight if you want to get an early build

lol, what do you have for breakfast? No question, TST is a really good tool, but... For the first time i had a look at it to get an impression (RC4 b15), i tried ENET scanner and was astonished, how quickly the scanner runs through the tables, much quicker than i would have expected beeing possible.... and it wasn't, player list was very often wrong. After fixing it, you will feel ground beneath your feet again regarding scanning speed....

so, no doubt TST is very good, but not godlike as your quoted statement did suggest.

but javaaccessbridge was something new for me

I have been testing it and it does look like the "Fastest" Selection speed is maybe a little too fast on Enet, and will occasionally pass through a table before it gets the "real" update from the playerlist. I will tweak it in the next build, but just so you know you can change TST's Selection Speed yourself right now at Configure > Selection Speed, try "Fast" or "Medium", it will fix that issue for you and the difference in speed is negligible

you agree, speed settings should effect maybe cpu load, not the scan quality.

Suprise me. If you cannot do magic, you will be limited to lobby update delay.

do you have a new timetable for Merge (doesn't work any more with today's update), and Cake?

I got the beta on merge and have been working on it for ~3 days already, I'm almost finished, I should have a build ready to test tomorrow, I'll post a link here when it's ready, or check my forum. For Cake, I can't give an ETA unfortunately, I will try again to add it after I release 1.0 (very soon), but their client is very bad, it does not seem to accept any keyboard/mouse input unless you make it the foreground window, which would obviously be extremely annoying when in a session, so I'm not that optimistic about it right now

I assume that it will be possible to upgrade versions later after purchasing a lower version?

Sorry for such a dumb question, probably already answered, but thread is just too massive to search it.

How to exlude tables from search results where Me or any other players are seated. I added my nick and other nicks to "blocked players" but tables are still in search result window, yellow coloured. This is on Ongame.

Well, yeah you're right there's not really an easy way to do it. You could make a List filter at Configure > List filters with the condition # of Blocked from 0-0. Then, also make sure to uncheck the option "Never filter my open or waitlisted", that should work

Another thing you could try which you might like more is to just sort all your open tables to the bottom. You can set that up at Configure > Settings > Sorting
