You asked how to send logs i sent you the reply on how to send it. go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button.

Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email or link to this forum post.

I asked if you are going to support pokerstars.pt (new pokerstats client).
You guys said that you need logs from someone who could play in there so you can support this client.

Where are those logs??? I'm not using your software for obvious reasons, you are not supporting this new client, get it? Where are the logs you need? Where to send them?

I understand you are frustrated, however my email is detailing exactly how to send us the log file we need, We need the TN2 log file in order to get details we need to support the site, If you don't understand the email and how to do it then simply go to the following location on your PC C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2 and sort by date then send us the following file TableNinja2.log

Attach that file to a support ticket https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/6

Once we receive that file we can then work on supporting PS.PT

So this is what I have been explaining all along about the log file. If I am misunderstanding you feel free to let me know. But I am trying to tell you that those are the files we need from a user that uses PS.PT

So, I need to buy your software which is not supporting .pt client to generate those log files? Not cool.

How do I remove the title bars?

Hotkeys
At the moment I have my 3bet hotkey set to 3x the size of the last raise.
I would like an exception that will make the size of the 3bet 4x the last raise if there's been 1 caller.

The Check/Call hotkey is not acting how I would like it to.
I would like the same hotkey I've assigned for Check/Call to be assigned to the AA Call.

The Check/Fold hotkey is not acting how I would like it to.
It is not checking when it's my turn to act.
Currently, I have the AA Check/Fold hotkey set to Q, I would like Q to also check when it is my turn to act.

Annoyances/Close Tables
I would like the "Leave Now" button to be automatically clicked as well.

Possible Bugs
Add 1 BB/limper is not working at all for me. (It might be working, I need to run more tests to be sure.)
Positional betting is not working correctly. I noticed someone entered the table a moment before I made a bet and Table Ninja counted that player as active, effectively changing my position from CO to MP and my bet size.

Assume you guys stopped bothering with the new ipoker software?

Another quick question, If i got the stars only yearly sub and wanted to upgrade to all sites is that possible? Or would i be paying the full $150 instead of just $75 extra?

It is still being looked into. The software on their end is still going through changes, and they have not released the new version to every skin.

With the "after i act on a table, go to first in line" checked, my mouse is always focused in the same position for every table needing action - very near the bet buttons and over my HUD stats.

Is it possible to change this to a different position on all tables, somewhere near the centre of a table?

Maybe change the x/y cooridinates?

I have just noticed the same thing happens with table cycling, so same question:

Can i change mouse cursor x/y cooridinates?

I know its been a while but ive not really needed to sort this out due to playing Zoom but im trying to sort this again.

I had a look at the link you posted and i cannot figure it out at all.

I can get all new tables to go to slot 5 but cannot figure how to transfer that table to the least occupied stack of 4.

I can put a hot key in and move it to slots 1 to 4 but i do not know how many stacks are already in that slot.

Im probably missing something simple or maybe this cannot be done.

Advice is appreciated.

In "betting", is it possible to set a filter for heads up only?

I have (pre flop) 3 x BB < 30.1
2.2 x BB > 30.1

I want (pre flop) 2 x BB for HU play only.

You can use Limpers > 2, but this could include some with a raiser.

My license suddenly doesn't work anymore. Even after I made a reset. Yesterday there was a payment made fwiw. What are my steps to take? I posted it on hem forums but they seem to be very inactive in the table ninja 2 forum.

Really sorry about your troubles. As I told you privately, we should have supported ps.pt for a while (about 1 month now), as a Beta release - the 2.6.86 version.

I have just double checked, and TN2 does indeed work with ps.pt. I now marked 2.6.86 stable, so that everyone can use it for ps.pt as well.

Table Control
At this time, we don't allow removing the title bars. We do have NinjaVision, which can allow you to see parts of the table - such as, your cards, the board, and the timebank.

Hotkeys
About the exception - unfortunately, the PS TOS does not allow us to check for limpers/callers.

AA Call Hotkey
At this time, we only have AA Call for limit-only games. We don't allow the type of behavior you want, to prevent possible mistakes. In other words, you could be pressing this hotkey, and just when you do that, a table gets action and comes to front, and the hotkey would end up being pressed there.

Check/Fold Hotkey
This should work as you wish. We did fix this when PS removed the Fold button, it was on the BETA version (2.6.86). I have marked this stable now, so it should work as you wish now.

Close Tables
This is a bug, will fix in a bit. Please note that the fix will be published first in a Beta release.

1 Bb/limper
Unfortunately, PS TOS does not allow us to do limper betting anymore

Positional betting
Sometimes it's not accurate when the player joins the table just a tad after the last hand ended. Namely, we compute and update your position based on the Hand History. People that join/leave the table are written into the HH so we know and adjust for that. But, if someone joins or leaves after the last hand is written to disk, we can't know that and thus, the position is a tad off.

We are currently working on just that - the new ipoker software. Long story short, we're currently testing it internally.

There are two steps when it comes to ipoker - the new client. The first step -where we scrape the pot via clicking the POT button and then copy/pasting the result from the bet box, is complete and in testing. Once that is fully tested, we will release a BETA version.

At that point, we will work on step 2: analyze if scaping the pot from the screen (like we're doing for Pokerstars) is doable, and if so, actually do it. This is further complicated by all the ipoker skins, their backgrounds and such. I will know more in about 1.5-2 weeks.

Do expect an Beta update within 1-2 weeks that contain step 1 (see above).

I just asked our Customer Support about this. Here's what they told me: If you have the Stars annually, we can issue you store credit in value of what you have left. For instance, if you already used 1 month of the annual license, we'd issue you 11/12 * $75 = rougly $69.

Once we issue you this, then you can purchase the Pro Annual, use the store credit and pay just the difference.

If you wish to do that, please PM me with your email, and I will have someone from customer support take care of all this.

I assume you're using "Bring mouse to TIF" option.

At this time, we're placing the mouse at 72% (width) / 77% (height) of the table (this does apply to cycling as well).

We can make it so that you can specify other coordinates (via percentage).

We have not received any similar request in the past, so that's why we haven't implemented it before. Having said that, we can do this two ways:
1. The fast way: allow you the option to override the settings file manually (and explain how). We can roll this out by end of the week (as a beta release).
2. The slow way: where we have an option in the User Interface - it will take a bit to figure out where to place this, and test this.
