The most likely issue is that you have your HUD covering the box displaying the pot amount. If that is not the problem, then make sure you are using either the classic or hypersimple theme, that you have your theme correctly specified in TableNinja, and try using the default background.

If that doesn't help email me at support@alxsoftware.com with your TNConfigAutoLoad file and your log file (both are in your TableNinja install directory) as well as with a screen shot of your tables with your HUD running and I will help you out.

I want all pot bets to be multiples of the big blind (I currently play .25).

Also, I want an option for auto seating to only work when there is 1 free seat. I often find myself leaving a table and rejoining to I can have position on a drooler. Currently this involves:

• open TN, uncheck auto seating
• leave table, rejoin table
• enable auto seating.

I 100% agree and totally appreciate that the current behavior makes seat selecting hard if you want to also use the auto-take seat feature.

The BB rounding will come first, but we should be able to implement both of this changes.

can't you just use the hotkey to temp disable ninja to do this in a much fater/more efficient method?

I'm in an authenticated proxied environment and the app is trying to connect outward for updates.

Can you either add in an option to a) not check for updates and/or b) a spot to provide proxy information and allow us to pass through?

I'd love to try this app but am being stopped before I get started

Right now the Disable hotkey only turns off hotkeys, it doesn't turn off automated functions like pop-up handling or seat taking. However, changing this might be a nice idea that would be simple for us to implement.

t least for the duration of the beta period checking for updates is going to be mandatory. To be honest I'm not at all sure what would be involved in allowing proxy information, it might be very easy or very hard.

Will the price still be $25 after the beta period?

The price will probably go up about $10 after the beta period ends. The program will give you a 2 week warning before the beta period ends so that everyone who's been a beta tester will have a chance to purchase the program at the low $25 price.

Currently using Table Ninja (Beta) 1.0.139.0 and whenever i start up PT3's HUD my Pot Betting Action Hotkeys won't work. When i turn it off, it works fine. Anybody having this problem/have a solution?

Having the same problem here...

The problem is almost certainly that part of your HUD is too close to the box displaying the pot amount. Try moving your HUD around to ensure that the pot box is completely visible and see if that fixes the problem.

Anybody else having problems with TableNinja not closing the tournament lobbies?

Is it not closing the lobbies after the tournament is finished, or are lobbies opening when your registering for tournaments?

If the problem is that lobbies are opening when your registering for tournaments you need to turn off the "Register to Identical if Full" option on the opening/closing tab and that should fix the problem. There is a bug in the PokerStars client where if you use the stars register to identical if full option (even without tableninja) the lobbies for tournaments always open.

If TableNinja is not closing the lobbies of tournaments that have finished that would be a new bug I have never had reported before and I would definitely want to look into it.

Tournament lobbies do not close automatically after the tournament starts.

The program is only designed to close lobbies for finished tournaments, not at the start of tournaments.


I'd recommend turning off the "Register to identical if full" option in TableNinja and then in PokerStars, go to options, then advanced multi-table options and then uncheck "Auto open SnG tournament Lobby".

This way the lobbies will never pop up to begin with and you wont have to deal with them

I have full current purchased version; however once I get over about 11 tables stars and TJ freeze up and I end up having to close TJ and restart stars causing me to a big headache... is there any fix I can make to correct this. I am sorry if it there was a problem/solution posted posted previously.

In the vast majority of cases, lag issues can be fixed by changing your configuration. If you are experiencing lag, please try the following steps:

1. Verify that your, Windows Theme, PokerStars Theme, and Table Layout are set correctly on the "Setup" Tab
2. Try switching to either the Hyper-Simple or Classic themes with the default backgrounds (and change the settings on the "Setup" Tab accordingly).
3. Make sure that your HUD is in no way covering the Pot Box, the buttons, or the cards.
4. Disable frames on the "Table Control" tab.
5. If none of the above options help, email us at support@alxsoftware.com

For most people, taking the first 4 steps listed above fixes their problems, let me know how it goes,

I have just recently increased # of tables and started using Table Ninja(great product btw). I started stacking tables after tiling, made current table larger and I am able to read my HUD and not having the issues previously described where Ninja not working on some tables(Hud covering pot amounts, etc..)

question I have, is it possible to pull a table out of the stack you want to keep an eye on? and then move back into the stack?

I am having trouble installing TableNinja.

Several months ago, I installed TableNinja to try it out. I have not opened it since. I decided to try it out again yesterday and ran into some errors.

This error comes up first, directly after choosing the path to install to, which I left as default. I did also try to install it on another partition and got the same errors.



I have tried "entering an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'TableNinjaSetup.msi'" and I still recieve the same error. I then have to click cancel and this comes up:



I went to add/remove programs to remove the old version of TableNinja and was given these same errors. I then tried to manually remove the old version of TableNinja. This did not work and I don't know what else to try.

Just to be clear, you went to the website and downloaded the new version of TableNinja and are trying to install it, is that correct (ie. you are NOT trying to install version 1.0.57.0)?

It sounds like maybe your unzip program is doing something strange and your running the installer without the archive being unzipped. I would try downloading the TableNinja 1.0.139.0 zip file. Manually extracting it to a folder. Opening that folder and then running the installer from there.

We solved this problem over email, but I thought I'd post the solution here also in case it ever happens to anyone else since this is a bug that has never occurred before.

The error means that an error occurred during the install or uninstall process (probably when you first were using the old version program). Microsoft makes a program that you can download that will clean up improper install/uninstalls. You can download it for free here, the download link is towards the bottom of the page:

Run this, use it to clean up the TableNinja installation and then try running the 1.0.139.0 TableNinja installer as usual and hopefully things should work.
