It sounds like its going into a loop, Firstly Please send me the following file Tableninja.v2.Licensing.log which can be located in the following folder - C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2

After you do this then please try the following which should work
Uninstall TN2 from control panel
- Then go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the following folder (if exists) PASG
- Now go to this folder %appdata%\tableninjav2 and move the following file to your desktop: Keys_user.txt (or it might just be called Keys_user)
Reinstall this version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ate2.2.175.msi

After you get registered successfully with the code then go to setup and enable I want beta updates then restart TN2.

Once you are updated and we recognize your code you can close TN2 and move the keys_user file back to the Appdata/TableNinja2 folder


If this does not solve it go to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2 right click on the TableNinja2 folder and choose Properties and make sure you have Attributes enabled for Read Only.

If that fails then it sounds like something is blocking it so you will need to completely remove your Antivirus, don't just disable this you need to uninstall it from control panel then restart your PC and see if that helps.

TN2 default betting sizes arent working today on stars? if i hover over the taskbar it says only global hotkeys are working so it seems to know the problem.

What pokerstars site are you playing on?

I have tested on Pokerstars.eu and preset bets are working their for me, we have also not had any other reports of this today.

Please make sure you are using a supported theme, We currently support the following themes on Pokerstars: Classic, Nova, Hypersimple, Black and Tiltbuster No-images and Tiltbuster Table Ninja, If you use PS7 we also support the Mercury theme.

If you change a theme in PS you MUST restart TN2 and we must recognize the correct theme in the setup tab.

About Only Global Hotkeys working:

There are two types of hotkeys - global and poker-related:
- the global hotkeys work all the time, no matter what application is active, and no matter where the mouse is
- the poker-related hotkeys, which work only when a table is active (when a table has the "Target table" frame color) so if you hover a table or click on a table then the TN2 icon in the taskbar should become all green, when you are not on a table ie table is not active then the icon will be half green half red.

I'm having an issue on PartyPoker and FTP (and occasionally on Stars but not as often) where my default betsize of 2.25x works 95% of the time fine, but sometimes gets set at 3.5x. Any ideas? It happens most often when I'm playing HU, and nowhere near as often when playing 6m/fr.

There is an issue where in HU if the other player limps we don't recognize it as a limper and might consider it a raise we are working on this, In the mean time Please do the following:

- Go to the display tab and enable "Street"
- Take a screenshot of the table when the incorrect bet is entered
- Take a screenshot of your betting tab in TN2

It is not limped pots where it happens, just normal pots where I'm in the SB, non-ante, normal HU play. I will try and capture the problem soon and send it to you though.

hey, im multiabling on 4 different sites( winamax, full tilt, pokerstars, and party parker)
and im playing the tables in stack.
my problem is with winamax, whose table(s) dont come in foreground, when they have to. i have to do it manually, which is obv. annoying, cause it costs lots of time!
the other sites are working fine!
am i making anything wrong?

I'm having serious problems with preflop size raise:
they appear 20% of the time and I can't understand why.

All applications run as administrator and I'm using Win 7.

Winamax is in very early beta at the moment and only support for this site is Ninja Vision, We don't support popping up of tables or any other features at this time. I suggest if you don't use Ninja vision then you disable Winamax in the setup tab.

Betting Tab,

Default Betting

#BB: 2,20 + 0,10 * Limpers

Filter: BB > 41 && BB < 120

This Means that whenever BB is greater than 41 and less than 120, do 2,20BB

That dosnt Work?

Before new update i was able to push "Tab" while browsing internet and it would take me to a table, now nothing happens if a table it not in need of action.

About Tab, this works for me, Please note that cycle to first in line, This will go to the first table that has action if the current table has no action then this does nothing.

Have a question. I use pokerstars 6 but just tried pokerstars 7 and might not revert back to 6. I like 6 quite a lot though b/c its original. I also use classic mode... i think most ppl use NOVA as the mode?


So if i have classic mode in pokerstar settings, that means my tableninja setting has to be classic as well right otherwise it won't work? I changed my pokerstar setting to NOVA... AND TN didn't work while its setting was on classic. So it has to match whether nova or classic?


Another thing that i asked a while back was sit and go sensei and registering 180 mans. I play some 3.50r, 8s and 15s and i can only auto register with TN for 8s and 15s. 3.50s i have to manually do it each time by pressing that play/start button and register each time when tn registers the 8s and 15s for me. Is there a way to put 15s, 8s and 3.50 rebuys all in the same window with pokerstars 6 or its impossible? reason i ask this is b/c in pokerstars 7... i can filter 180 mans where i could register for 15s, 8s and 3.50s so TN would register each of them that way i dont need to manual register for 3.5rebuys each time. So thats the postive of pokerstars 7 b/c of the custom buyin? That seems great b/c this way you won't see 4.50s there because if you also filter it by turbo.. it wouldn't show up.

Also i set my table ninja up with the preflop betting etc. However, is there a way to have a different table ninja bet sizing for cash games compared to my sng/mtt?


At the moment, i have as each level raising to 2.2x, 2.5x etc on certain levels. Then on flop it would auto 2/3 pot, then turn would be 1/2 pot and river would be 1/2 pot. But for cash games, i would prefer bigger amounts. Thus 3/4 flop, 2/3rd turn, 1/2 river. Is there a way to do this? The other thing is for preflop raising for cash game, how do i auto set it to 3x plus 1 limper? Because right now its set like for sng/mtt. Can i have separate betting settings for cash game vs sng/mtt?


The other thing is i know pokerstars has that option for bet slider for preflop. So you could put your options such as X% pot, 1/2 pot, 2/3 pot, pot etc. However i was watching a video online from jonathan little and he had 2.1x as an option. How is that possible? I only see 2.5x as an option for preflop sizing. Basically its min, 2.5x, 3x, etc.

Yes all you need to do is setup a separate filter and write iscash in the section called "When should this bet be entered. Again see this FAQ on betting:

You can manually type in the bet so you just click in the Preflop box clear the bet that is entered and type 2.1 rather than use the up and down arrows.

Please Note that we no longer support TN1 so if you use PS7 and things don't work with sensei then you need to revert to PS6 as we will not be providing any updates for bugs reported in TN1.


If you use TN1 then you must change the theme in the drop down section in the setup tab "Pokerstars Theme" again if you use PS7 we won't support the new mercury theme.

So at the moment TN1 still works without an issue right? I don't recall any problems with it at all.


Is TN2 stable now? I never tried it because i heard there were lot of issues with it but this was a while back.


Also i took a look and you could buy tn2 on monthly or yearly subscription. You could also buy the regular one or just pokerstars. I know mine is only compatible with pokerstars.


So you are saying the full version of tableninja2... once you make these default options for bet sizing such as sit and go bet sizing and other things... it will work the same on full tilt poker, 888poker and even ipoker and other sites? Or its only with stars and full tilt only and the other sites isn't going to work well. Such as would it allow never sit out in sng/mtt in full tilt, 888poker, ipoker and winning poker network? What site isn't compatible with tn2?

It works yes but some features on PS7 will not work and if any issues arise with PS6 we will not be releasing any updates or providing support.


We have had no major reports of any issues with TN2, of course there is some open bugs but as of right now it is stable, We have done alot of updates in the past few months, with many fixes which you can find here - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/tabl...-4-45-0-a.html

Please note that if you need assistance with the features in TN2 then you can click on the Video links provided in some of the sections or there is Blue ? which link to FAQs on that section.


If you own TN1 then that code will not work on TN2 as they are both separate and you will need to purchase a new subscription. If you wish to use TN2 only for Pokerstars then you can purchase the Pokerstars yearly code and if you wish to play on all sites then you can purchase the pro yearly or the standard Monthly subscription.


We fully support at the moment Pokerstars, Fulltilt Poker and Party Poker these 3 sites all features will work on including the betting so once you set up a filter that filter will work on all 3 sites.

In regards to 888 Poker and Ipoker we are still working on these sites and they are not 100% supported. For example Ipoker betting works but not 100% there is still some issues and also the following features work only in Ipoker:

1. iPoker tables are recognized, all iPoker networks
2. Betting hotkeys (Fold, Check/Call, Bet/Raise)
3. AA Check/Fold hotkey works
4. Pot betting works
5. Presets work ( Beta )
6. Allin + Allin+click hotkeys work
7. Increment/Decrement betting hotkeys work
8. Send numpad/backspace to betbox works

In the experimental tab you should enable "Ipoker Scrape for pot"

As for 888 we only support SNG and tournaments we will not be supporting Cash games this is not something we decided but was a decision made by Pacific themselves. We currently support the Hotkeys on 888 and the betting is still in beta so again will not work 100% and i have no ETA on when full support for either 888 or Ipoker will be finished.
