its not a configuration problem i have re-installed several times. I have downloaded the previous version you have provided on pade 846 but i am unable to open this without tn running an auto update. When i cancel auto update TN closes. Please find a solution. I cant think of anything more frustrating than this ****ing piece of ****

Default bets work for party so pokerstars is obviously the problem. Only thing i could find is this- Pokerstars client detected 8236 as ps_eu, reading settings from [C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Pokerstars.eu]
I play on pokerstars uk so that is unusual.
With the previous update i also had this problem but reverted to previous version and that worked.
I hope i have supplied you with all the information you need to give me a thorough solution. Thankyou. Pm is preferable.

Getting an error when i try to start tn2 that 'your computer's clock is not set to the correct date. please correct the clock setting and try again' after which it sends me to the activation screen and refuses to accept my license key and gives me the same error message. Was working fine a few hours ago. Have tried both Euro and US date inputs.

Recently upgraded to a beta version which fixed the country and table count not coming up when hovering. After which the autoclick info tab feature stopped working.

My Stars client has just updated to PS7 and the table layouts have slightly changed so now the auto betsizing function in TN1 isn't working as it can't read the potsize. I get the red box with "don't cover this" (http://gyazo.com/9c9fab46096cc72803ab9890cc23dbb7).

Is there any way of getting round this? Note - this is TN1.

As an addition to the above post, I've just downloaded a trial of TN2 and my auto betsizing isn't working there either, but everything else seems to be working fine. I'm on PS7 build 9439.

Firstly As you can see we are not recognizing the correct PS site you are playing on, and this is why you are having problems. Firstly try this

Go to c:\program files (x86)\Pokerstars
and rename the following
Uninstall Pokerstars
to
Uninstall Pokerstars.uk

Let me know if that solved it.

Firstly we are no longer providing support for TN1, If you just updated to PS7 and this stopped working then i would suggest you revert to PS6 as no updates will be provided for TN1.

Also I have had a small problem when playing Zoom in that occasionally when I fold using my hotkey, instead of just fold, I am getting fold-and-watch. My fold hotkey is set to Alt-Shift-F.

Edit: I've actually just noticed that on regular tables, my AA check/fold isn't working. I have AA check/fold set to Alt-Shift-F (which is assigned to a mouse button), and this mouse button works to fold when action is on me, but not as an advanced action.

Yea, but at the start it says "Pokerstars client detected 15728 as ps_eu,...."

I'm using the hyper simple theme.

I just started using tn2 and pokerstars 7 today. I was previously using pokerstars 6 and tn1. I have sngsensai setup and workin fine.
I have setup default betting but it doesn work. I have 3 diff defaults setups for diff blind levels with diff preflop raise sies but only one default setup works. I have BB < 90 set to 3x pre it works fine. I have bb > 225 set to 2.1x pre but it just comes up as a min raise.

- What game type?
- Is this default bets or betting Hotkeys?

- Go to the display tab and enable "Street"
- Take a screenshot of the table when the incorrect bet is entered
