On PS7 TN2 doesn't press the info info tab on mercury theme.
Again, when you are going to fix this blinking problem in multystack layout? 3 months!!! You said you have it fixed internally and I'am a bit tired of waiting... My subscription ends in the beginning of the next year, if you can't fix till then there's no point in subscrive again!

The issue with the info tab on Mercury theme is a known issue as Mercury is still in beta, The latest ticket on this is TN-184 if you wish to be notified of when it is resolved please email support@tableninja.com with the subject "Notify me when TN-184 is resolved"

About the multi-stack Blinking issue we have marked this fixed and it should be working now 2.4.5

If it isn't please let me know and i can inform the lead developer.

Was playing yesterday and there's still something strange when tables overlap in 2.4.5... I think it's the same or similar situation. I was grinding with 9 stacks and end up using 12 to avoid tables overlapping.

table ninja 2 doesn't recognize my pokerstars table theme (it writes INVALID) and my hotkeys doesn't work. I can only increase and decrease bet sizing and cycle between tables. I tried changing table themes but still have the same problem. It works fine with full tilt.

We currently support the following themes on Pokerstars: Classic, Nova, Hypersimple, Black and Tiltbuster No-images and Tiltbuster Table Ninja, If you use PS7 we also support the Mercury theme. We do not support any custom modifications or backgrounds.

If you change a theme in PS you MUST restart TN2 in order for us to recognize it.

If you still have problems Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

If you are asking if this will be compatible with TN2 then yes it should work, But in the event that it doesn't then please let us know.

Had the stars only version for 2 months i have a 12 month subscription and looking to upgrade to the full version.

Cant find a email address to enquire about this and of course will be looking for a discount on the full amount or to merge the subscription if possible.

I'm having an issue with TNJ2 in multistack where the game needing to pot to the top doesn't always pop unless I mouse over the stack. I use 8 stacks with 6 big ones on my main screen with no overlap and then 1 smaller stack and a table aside slot where they overlap a little at the bottom:

So just to be clear, 1 - 6 is like a grid on a 30" screen, and 7 is smaller and overlaps slots 4 and 5 a little, and then my TA slot overlaps 5 and 6 a little. These spaces are usually kept empty, or just cash for tables waiting for action.

I have Stack 7 for my new games, and I manually move them with a hotkey to the slot where I'd like them. The TA slot is usually empty but sometimes I need it to pull something aside. A bug I noticed is if I leave all my cash tables waiting for action in stack 7, sometimes I see that I've missed action b/c they didn't pop.

My 8th stack is on another screen. Generally I find specifically stack 6, the one with slight overlap with a TA slot, does not pop games to the top unless I mouse over. I suspect the overlap is why? It happens even when nothing is in my TSA slot in that location.

Also, for the filters, I've been experimenting with iscash popping to a desired slot b/c I need it separate from tournaments otherwise it never pops to the top so I can take my seat (I don't want to autosit.) So in the above layout of my stacks, if 7 is set to iscash, and the default for other tables is 5, all my cash tables will start out in 7. If I move a table from 7 to say 1, it will stay, but then if I try to move that table from 1 to 2, it will snap back to 7 and I have to then move it from 7 to 2.

Also, with "Send Numpad to betbox" and "Send Backspace to betbox" checked I cannot backspace in the notes window, and often I cannot use my enter button so I cannot use chat. This actually prevented me from negotiating a chop in an MTT 2 weeks ago, don't worry, we won anyway

When I uncheck these options I can backspace and chat properly, but I cannot delete bets if I manually enter the wrong amount and want to change it. Another pretty serious issue.

Finally, it would turely be great to be able to save settings profiles and import them. Sometimes I play with a mouse, sometimes an Xbox controller. Sometimes I want a MultiStack layout with 6 stacks, sometimes 4, sometimes 8. If I change my number of stacks I have to redo the whole layout!. Sometimes I have my monitors in different places, sometimes they are vertical, or horizontal. If I could save profiles I could switch things up much easier, and different layouts work better for different game types and sessions.

You will need to email sales@holdemmanager.com and explain to them you have the Stars only version yearly code and want to upgrade to the Pro yearly and they will assist you, I am not sure but i think you will just have to pay the balance but like i said i am not sure.

I have tested this with my settings and tried with both Table under the mouse and Table in foreground and i was unable to reproduce so it may well be a configuration issue so if you can send me your log file i can test using your exact settings and see if i can reproduce that way.

As far as i know this is due to the filter being set for iscash, so the table will always go to that location, I can reproduce this but i need to double check with the developers to see if this is expected behavior or it is infact a bug i will pm you back when i get an answer to this.

This is by design, If you have enabled "Send Numpad to betbox" and Send backspace to bet box then this is how it should work, It will only work for the bet box and nothing else ie the chat box etc, Other wise if you were able to use it in the chat box it could erase the bet when it is your turn to act, So if you want to use it in the chat box you should disable this feature but then this will mean you will manually need to change the bet in the bet box.

We currently do have a feature where you can backup and restore your settings, But unfortunately there is a bug with this at the moment so the only easiest way is to save the config file on your desktop for each ie the xbox config etc and then when wanting to change the settings close TN2 and move the settings back this is time consuming i know but it is the only option until that bug is resolved. I will speak with the developers on this and see if we can get it fixed soon.

Using TableNinja 1 (Full Version 1.2.164.0)

Problem:

Looks like sometimes SnG Sensei freezes, when it is running (searching for games to register) the green label "running" shows very long time and actually never stops, looks like it freezed somehow and nothing happens. It happens on random filters, maybe once in a few days, not every day. I just see that no more games registering and i have to reset TN, then all ok again.

Do you have any idea why it is happening?

We have had no other reports of this, have you tried a re-install of TN? Are you using Pokerstars6?

I would suggest a clean re-install of TN and see if that helps, If not then i am out of ideas and this is not something we will fix as TN1 support has ended since July 1st so this means we will not be providing support or updates for any TN1 issues.

i wanted to start TN1 but got this message:

unable to connect to server. please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes.

but i do have a working connection and everything else works fine
what could it be?

For MTT players, I think its very important that you make 888 fully compatible and functional soon.

In my case, I cant play at 888 while using TN2. TN2 just works terribly as if there was some kind of conflict between having 888 and TN2 opened at the same time. Ty.

Support for 888 is still in progress we are working on it internally, But for right now the support for 888 is for Ninja vision only so if you do not use this feature then disable 888 in the setup tab until support for Hotkeys etc has started.

I upgraded to PS7 and still experience the same bug when using hotkeys to cycle forward/backward it used to work with older versions. cycle to next/previous in line works.
also when picking a table manually out of the task bar, TN (v.2.4.5.0 on win 8.1) always cycles randomly back to a different one even when there's no action. It's super annoying.

In regards to your issue are you by any chance using a layout in TN2 and your poker client to popup tables or are you using a layout in your poker client and TN2 to popup tables.

its saying my theme is invalid. i use ps6 classic black theme.
scratch that i think its because u use ps uk thats fine. however default preflop bettting is not working nor post flop

also not 100% sure if TN causes this but hovering over notes & bet amounts seems bugged with PS7. can't say what triggers this but sometimes they are shown, sometimes not (def no lag issues). had no issues w/ PS6.

About the issue with hovering players location etc this is a known issue with PS7 which the developers are aware of it happens only when it is players turn to act, the latest ticket on this is TN-162 if you wish to be notified of when the issue is solved please email support@tableninja.com with the subject "Notify me when TN-162 is resolved"

Yes i personally tested the timebank and the I'm Back options and both work under PS7 using TN1, But please note that some features will not work and also the new themes will not work, We will not be issuing any updates for any issues that fail to work under the new PS7 as we have stopped supporting TN1.
