Hi, I have TN1. The programme now loads but I can't get any of its features to work. It says 'Error' In the pokerstars settings folder and I can't seem to change that. Could this be why it is not working?

If you go to PokerStars>Help>Open my settings folder you should see the path you need listed at the top. Then go to TableNinja>Setup and hit the "..." button. Navigate to the PokerStars settings folder manually and click OK. Let me know if this doesn't seem to fix it.

The issue with enable Ninja vision in the experimental tab is a bug, but once you enabled it once, when you go to the table control tab it should show the Ninja vision tab.

If it does then have you got a dock enabled? For example have you got Show all tables enabled or any of those options?

If you do and Ninja vision is still not showing then Close TN2 and go to the following location C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2

Once there you can delete the following file vision_user.txt file then restart TN2 and it should now work.

Will I lose all of my settings? I forgot the folder/document I need to save and back up just in case things go wrong.

No your settings will be safe as they are stored in C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2

So as long as you do not delete that path your settings will be safe. If you want to you can save the settings file to be sure the file you need to move to your desktop is keys_user.txt

Im having issues actually uninstalling anything maybe my laptop is the cause windows uninstaller just freezes, if I use another way to delete TN2 anti virus software will this be ok?

Hi, I'm using the latest version of TN2 with PT4. Also using the latest version of the Stars software. I have 2 problems, one I've encountered forever, and one that is only recent.

1) I have never been able to use the "shiny" theme on Pokerstars. It is almost identical to "classic" but everytime I've tried it the Fold hotkey stars to work as "call" (very frustrating ha). I've asked about this in the past and been told to just restart the software, selecting "classic" theme for Pokerstars and that it would work, but it never has. Is there a way to somehow use the "shiny" theme, or if it is unable to be used, could it become useable soon?

2) Lately, especially since using the latest Pokerstars software, I'm unable to to hover over a player and see their nationality. It comes back SOMETIMES, but not for long, and doesn't work 90% of the time. Problem goes away once I close TN2 though....

1) We currently support the following themes on Pokerstars: Classic, Nova, Hypersimple, Black and Tiltbuster No-images and Tiltbuster Table Ninja, If you use PS7 we also support the Mercury theme.

We do not support the shiny theme yet but we have put this forward to the developers for consideration, The latest ticket on this is TN-60 if you wish to be notified of when this issue is resolved please email support@tableninja.com with the subject "Notify me when TN-60 is resolved"

Note: When ever you change a theme in PS such as from shiny to classic you MUST restart TN2 so that we recognize it.

2) This is also a known issue the latest ticket on this is TN-162 again if you wish to be notified of when it is resolved email with the subject "Notify me when TN-162 is resolved"

not sure if this has been asked before, but in the multi stack layout filtering options.
is there any text I can input so it stacks different sites in an assigned stack, or some text from the titlebar that would put it to a certain stack; e.g. if its got "+R" in the titlebar i could move it to slot 3 for rebuys, or "180 players" for 180 mans?

Sometimes I change the layout on stars but this didn't happen. We had an update today on PS7 and it happens that my theme is Mercury... I don't use Mercury theme I use nova. So they change it during this update I guess. TN2 can't identify the theme so I have to overrite it. Why TN2 can't identify novared theme has how it was?

I cannot reproduce this, I change the theme on PS7 to NovaRed and restart TN2 and it detects it in the setup tab.

Please send a screenshot of your theme in PS and the setup tab in TN2. Make sure to restart TN2 in order for us to pick up the theme.

You just disable all of the features, Ie delete the HKs and disable the options in annoyances. There is no way to turn off other features and leave one enabled.

Hey, is there a link where I can download the last version which had multi stack working properly? On the new version it refuses to put the new tables in the slot i assigned and often has .NET framework errors. It puts new tables anywhere and moves all my tables to make sure every slot has a table and I do NOT have least occupied stack checked. Also, the shortcuts to choose a stack work, but in the program where you assign all the keyboard shortcuts for multi stack each box is blank. Also, every time I use the simple STACK layout and a new table pops up, it is moving all my tables that were set aside back into the stack.

These errors are super frustrating, so I would like to just use the previous working version, but the only download link I could find was 2.2.175.0 which is pre-Multi Stack

I am sorry to hear this issue is occurring, This was a known issue which we have fixed internally and will be releasing a build Monday as we didn't want to be releasing any build at the weekend. In the mean time if you wish to downgrade you can do so by doing the following:

Please note that in order for this version not to auto update to the latest, you need to modify c:\users\<yourusername>\appdata\roaming\tableninja .v2\keys_user.txt, and add the following line:
auto_update=0

I am unable to reproduce this, the only time this would happen is if you have "Move table aside tables back into the layout" enabled in Table control > Layout

Also it only does this if you click the reapply layout HK OR you move from Tile layout to another layout OR you click the stack layout HK again.

If you disable this option then doing the above will not interfere with your table aside slots.

This is not a bug, this works for me, the only way this would not work is if you have enabled "Send backspace to bet box enabled" in the Hotkeys tab

neither i find the previous post nor do i remember the 'TN issue' number.

But...

there was an existing ticket i signed up for. In fact. I signed up to quite some tickets so far. Never been informed if something was solved. They are all 'bigger' things to fix so this is no offense at all.
The one i am rlly waiting for to be solved is about NinjaTile and the ability to create ur personal layout with it.

Like:

I want to tell where to put the initinal stack and decide what size it has to be. Whenever i voluntarily put money in pot i want this table to go into the 1st empty slot in a grid i set up in postition, number of slots and size. As soon as i fold or the hand is over i want this table to snap back into my stack. (not sure if the ticket covers all of my desires but it was something close to it).

-Is there any ETA?
-What was the ticket number again and what exactly those it cover?

Besides the patchnotes on new releases, is there a place i can see on what the developers currently work on? Or focusing on? A roadmap for future releases?

If not, this wd be great to have!

This may be an unusual question but here goes:

I am a USA player that used TN1 (I still have a valid purchase license for TN1) to multi-table SNG's pre-Black Friday (my stars name is different than my 2+2 name fwiw btw).

Fast forward 3.5 years, I just leased a condo in Rosarito, Mexico. I will be playing weekends mostly and pretty much MTT's but only 2-4 tables at a time.

So my question is this: Although TN1 was great for me when I was mass multi-tabling, really the only feature I want to use now is the Big Blind "counter display". Could I use TN1 just for the Big Blind "counter display" and somehow disable or minimize all other controls?

P.S. - Have you thought of making a stand-alone script that would only be for Big Blind counter display, not only display for Hero but a counter display over all the villains at the table as well?

The ticket number on this is TN-39 it is still an open ticket and hence why you haven't being notified, The ticket is about Improving Ninja tile layout and the following is asked

* choose which slot is your stack-slot
* choose and edit where the other slots appear manually, creating possibilities for overlap for example if desired
* add a hotkey to "keep in grid", and not a separate hotkey for every slot, but just one that moves it to the next available slot and keeps it there until you reclick the same button while targeting said table.
* add a treshold for keeping tables in the grid, based on blind level, people remaining in tournament, etc


Unfortunately I have no ETA on this at the moment but i can speak with the developers and get back to you via PM.

Unfortunately no there is no way for you to see what bugs the developers are working on, however we do post a list of fixes on the forums once a release is being put out.

There is no way to have just this feature and disable all others you will just need to disable the other features without disabling HKs etc, so remove HKs and other options.

For TN1 we will not be making any further changes as support for TN1 ended in July 2014

We have released TN2 now which has a Lite version that doesn't support the following:

- Preset bets
- Action Hotkeys
- Betting and Bet Sizing Hotkeys
- Layout Hotkeys
- Ninja Vision

So the only features that work here would be the annoyances and Display tab, If you don't use the options in annoyances you can disable them and just use the BB display, however this is only available for the Hero and not for the other players.
