Hi there, I use table ninja 2 at pokerstars. I play nl10 cash games and I use betting hotkeys. I have a problem some times. In about 1 of 20 times, instead of preset my default preflop betting size, for example 3BBs = 0,30 , the amount became 0,48 for no reason! there's no limp or raises before I act. I use table ninja about 20 days, and this started before about 3-4 days. Is there some problem, or is there a setting I choose by my mistake that cause that? thank you in advance!

This should not be happening in the latest beta release 2.3.173 if you don't have this version please go to the setup tab > enable I want beta updates and restart TN2, it should then auto update to 2.3.173

If you do have this version and the issue is still happening please send the following to support@tableninja.com and i will look into this asap

- Enable "Street" in the display tab in TN2
- Take a Screenshot of the table where the bet is entered incorrectly
- screenshot of your betting tab

Then along with the above send us your log file from when this occurred Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email or link to this forum post so that support will have an understanding of the issue.

Today I reactivate my T2 subscription.
After inserted the license code W7 showed me a wonderful blue screen where it was specified as error code "BAD HEADER POOL".
I have retried a second time with the same result.
Some idea before I close my T2 subscription? Thanks.

There is no other reports of this and if there was a bug in TN2 causing that then their would be lots of people reporting this.

There can be a tonne of reasons why this Blue screen popped up for example bay memory, ram etc you will need to post on a tech forum stating the issue you got and they will assist you with this.

Just it´s pretty curious that the problem happens just just with TN2.

One quick question about cycling hotkeys.

I play with TUM and stack layout and 4 tables need action.
Table 1 pops up. I want to think little bit about decision so I will press "cycle to next in line" so table 2 with action needed pops up. Ok I act on this table.
Which table will pop up in front of stack? Table 1 or Table 3?

Four tables in stack layout 3 tables need action Table one you are thinking on so you cycle to next in line table 2 pops up you act on that table next table that will popup will be table 1

Yes it supports all Pokerstars Clients, But note that PS7 is still in beta and not all features are supported, The following works:

* PS7: handling of buyin popup works correctly (when you can't buyin for your desired sum)
* PS7: handling of Auto rebuy/double rebuy/addon works correctly
* PS7: handling of Tourney Registration Popup works correctly
* PS7: recognize correctly the Hand Histories
* PS7: Preset bets

We are gradually adding more features but for now the above are all that is supported. If you wish to use all other features you need to use PokerStars 6

When taking the screenshots make sure you open just One table NL Holdem even if you don't play at this game type you need to take the screenshots here.

Make sure the chat box is not minimized ie made smaller.

If you still have the issue show us a screenshot of the error and the screenshots you took.

The screenshot is incorrect, the first one is right, but the second and third are incorrect, the second screenshot needs to have the Check/Fold check box available before it is your turn, so while you are waiting for your turn and nobody bet you should have check/fold available. For the 3rd photo you need to have the Fold checkbox available again this will only be visible before it is your turn to act.

We have had no other reports of this, what version of TN2 are you using? Please make sure that you have your custom bet buttons in FTP reset to default.

To rule out a corrupt config file Close TN2 and go to the following location C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2

Move the following file to your desktop keys_user.txt, make sure you move it and not just copy and paste

Then restart TN2 this will require you to go through the setup wizard, just click next for everything for now>

When TN2 starts set up some default filters and betting hotkeys filters and see if they work with a new config


If the you are still having the same issue, Please do the following:

- What game type?
- Is this default bets or betting Hotkeys?

Please do the following:

- Go to the display tab and enable "Street"
- Take a screenshot of the table when the incorrect bet is entered
- Take a screenshot of your betting tab in TN2

Send all of the above information along with the log file to support@tableninja.com and we will investigate this asap.

Does this happen on Fast tables? So when you press the fold HK it enables AA Call instead?
