The developers are currently working on the Lag issues with TN1 and we hope to have a release in a few hours.

I'm not sure if TN2 has this feature, but under SNG Opener Advanced it would be helpful to add "Only register for SNGs with _ or more players not marked with color _."

Currently there is no way to register for only tourneys that don't have a regular in them. This would solve that.

This is available in TN2 at the bottom of the sensei tab you have two options

1) Only register if at least ... players marked with ...

2) Don't register if at least ... players marked with ...

Yes I'm using it on TN1 actually, but you need the one I suggested. It's impossible to mark all the casual players since you've never played with them before so when a new SNG generates with new, unmarked fish, you need to use 2nd pathway. But then it will register for every new SNG with 0 players signed up. So you can only filter by "min 4 registered" but it gets messy and you are going to miss some.

One way to solve this is to include "no color" in the colors dropdown, but you need an and/or option as well. E.g. Only register if at least 2 players marked with red or blue or unmarked. That would be a way to reel in all the fish. It's impossible to have even a small portion of casual players marked.

I am not sure if we are adding new features to TN1 but i will mention this to the developers and ill get back to you with an update once i hear back.

I've noticed if I make a decision and then press a hotkey on the same table (by accident) while the player is still thinking so nothing should happen because its not my go however when it is my time to act that hotkey i accidentally pressed now submits. So I check (hu)> accidentally press C hotkey (all in) during not my go > my go > no hot key pressed but now im All in

Hotkeys should only work when its your go and not act as future bets

Also, why is TN2 now stealing my mouse when table pops up? I am typing on skype, table pops up and steals my mouse to the table I think i changed some setting

For the first issue what site is this happening on? I have tested on PS cash tables and i can't reproduce I am at a table where i am waiting for my turn to act I hit the call hotkey when it comes to me to act nothing happens until i hit an action hotkey.

For the second issue in the table control > Popup > steal focus > change this to do nothing.

PokerStars- Have you tested where you are already in a hand (flop cards)heads up? You press the hotkey before its your turn.
So you can either check then press the hotkey while player is thinking or bet then press the hotkey, I suggest play money to test this.

Have you tried a SNG and the all in hotkey?

I have just tested on a SNG HU table, Flop comes, I check, Player is thinking while he is thinking i click Allin, My turn comes nothing happens.

Please go to the help tab > debug hotkey > assign a hotkey here

Reproduce the issue and as soon as it happens hit that debug hotkey and then Go to the help tab in TN2 > click on contact support > click send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

Ok I will do this, I think it happens when you hold it down for more than a couple seconds which makes sense as it will register the hotkey multiple times maybe

I have tried this also Is it possible that just as you let go your turn comes? In any case ill look over your logs and also try and reproduce using your settings.

I think I am just holding it down too long and when it is my go TN2 is still pressing the hotkey as you can see here so I think it is my own fault that this happens but:



So for 1 second of holding the hotkey down it presses the hotkey 15-20 times + for which all these need to run out before its your go or you will go all in. Sometimes TN will lag so the process of these 20+ hotkey presses will take longer to run out in result will press the hotkey maybe 5 second after releasing your finger.

Its not a common thing that happens but frustrating when it does, but this is down to user error & not really a bug.

I am experiencing lags even after the release of the update for TN1today. TN1 instantly raises the capacity of my CPU to 10%+ which is enough to cause serious lags on stars and all other programs.
Now you might ask yourself: "Why aren't you using TN2?" and I can give you a simple answer to that.
I was experiencing even more problems with TN2 and had 2 Team Viewer sessions with TN Support who weren't able to fix the problems either. TN Support told me that their team will go through my issues and get back at me once they fixed it. Obviously, I had my TN2 license already activated back then - this was like in November/December last year and nobody ever contacted me regarding my issues.
So i was like okay, I can get along with TN1 and just ignored that they treated me like the worst customer ever.
Now, finally when those lags came in (for me, this is an issue for around 2 weeks now) it made tn1 unusable but I also can't use TN2 because it's even worse.

I'd be very thankful if someone from TN2 support contacted me to clear things up.

Sigh just downloaded the update and it messed up my table ninja. It like re-installed for did something now I open it and it says "unable to connect to server. please check your internet connection and try agian in a few minutes" but, my internet is fine. Please help I want to grind.

I want to uninstall and reinstall it but, where can I get a download of TableNinja I. I hate table ninja II.

Please try restarting your PC and connecting to TN again, the update does not interfere with the connection, I updated no problem.

I restarted computer still the same. The page is labeled at the top Table Ninja: Update/Registration-Version 1.2.158.0.
I tried that download and it wants me to buy winzip for 100 dollars before downloading.
I don't know what happened I just clicked Install the update or whatever and everything has gone to crap. FTP isn't opening either for some reason but, PS is opening fine.
Is there a way I can go back to yesterdays version of table ninja 1?
