- No lag by re-scraping, much better than normal, I still get the annoying "could not click b..." message.

- Ninja Tile: When a table is out of the stack because I'm involved in the hand, if I press set aside hot key, the slot where the table was before should be free and it isn't, since that moment, all tables with hands where I'm involved ignore the slot where it was the table I moved aside.

- Auto close tournament after X seconds. After some time, maybe 2 hours, it stopped closing tournaments, yesterday happened the same.

Have you changed PokerStars table theme? Even partially.
Do you have all EXEs involved in processes - set to "run as admin"? If no - please do for these files:
pokerstars.exe
pokerstarsupdate.exe
tableninja.exe

Right click on EXE - properties - compatibility - run as administrator

For better undersatnding and to have ability to reproduce, please answer:
- for what do you want to move that table in TA slot?
Ninja Tile layout is created exactly for moving tables with action aside from
Stack. In other words: NinjaTile already did this for you - why you want to move table one more time?

Closing tournaments: can you recall any additional information? What happened \ was done at the same time (ok, almost the same) - apart of simple playing tourneys?
I played yesterday a non-stop 3 hours 9 tables session and did not encounter such issues. Till the end of the session tables I was boosted out from (or won) - were closed by TN2 exactly as expected and set - after 2 seconds.

could not click b... is strange thing. Theoretically this should mean you have a table with action minimized. Was this a case? Which layout of tables (same Ninja Tile?) was applied? And have you used an that time this "moving table in TA slot"?

Do the preset bets work for this on 888?

Only 1 player left to break the bubble and I didn't want that table return to the stack so I could focus on it.

I was only playing tourneys, maybe registering on more, I have played a lot of sessions since I'm trying TN2 and this only has happened twice, one with 2.2.185 and the other with previous version. It seems that when it fails closing a tournament then stop trying to close them because I closed them and next tourneys finished were not auto closed either.

Ninja Tile applied, it happened with a table moved to a TA slot and without it, so I think that is not relevant. The table was not minimized, it usually happens with the table on the top of the stack, after pressing fold hot key, sometimes I get that message but the hand is folded and sometimes I get that message and have to press the hot key again. The problem is not with fold hot key because I have had the same issue with all in hot key. In previous version never happened.

Seem to be having the same problem as a lot of people atm. I've changed nothing and every time I either reg for a SNG or Check/Bet/Fold it takes a couple of seconds. How do we fix this issue?

Hi I updated TN2 to the latest version today after prompted and now having some issues,

I load up a browser like Chrome and every time I try to click on it it takes me back to a table i cant click on chrome also things like I try to change my status on Skype on the side of the tables so both in view but again it wont let me click on skype it just drops down the menu but pops it right back up the tables just steal foucus, also I am again seeing the out line of those 3 white line boxes again.

When I finally can get the browser open & turn of the hotkeys to type the border of TN pops up the outline of the frames

Same here, keyboard cursor is not stolen but I have problems with the mouse. Selecting something in a drop-down menu is just not possible because focus is stolen again and again. I have selected "bring tables to top but keep the other application in foreground" In previous version worked fine.


Another issue: How does TN2 handle new tournaments oppening with Ninja Tile? Are them supposed to be oppened at the bottom of the stack? Sometimes they are oppened on other location that is not a major problem.

The issue is that sometimes they are oppened at the top of the stack in an almost invisible way. I see players, chips, cards, and buttons (raise, fold, etc) from the 1st in line table and only "tourney will start within 20 seconds message" from the new table. Hot keys don't work and can't press any buttons with the mouse either because the 1st in line is behind and have to move away the table at the top before acting.

Support of Pacific is not implemented yet.

Please make sure Tableninja.exe still is set to "run as admin".

pokerstarsupdate.exe

I will try to reproduce this "could not click b..."
and TA issue as well - but currently I am not sure is this a bug or not. When I manage to get this personally - will ask lead developer.
At least I understood - for what you are doing this. Sounds logical.

Stopping autoclosing tournaments is "hard to catch" thing. I could not.
Can I ask you to create\prepare Zip with logs exactly after this happens? This is a matter of 3-5 seconds. And then (when you will have more time after the session played) send to support@tableninja.com

Please go to Table comtrol - Popup tab
in the middle of that tab you can see drop-down box with choices
try to select something else in it

For the first issue - see my previous post.

For the second: new table should go to the bottom on NinjaTile stack.
But what you tell - seems to happen because you do not have Windows Aero enabled. Please select a desktop theme with this feature included.
OR\and - you have old videocard driver, update it.

After discussing this with lead developer issue is considered as a bug.

Since the last update instead of the red bar with cursor there is just a little box flickering that says busy_cursor. What is the fix or that?

EDIT: It stopped when I unchecked Show visually when TN2 is waiting for an action to coplete.

I'm having the same issue. Am I the only one cynical enough to think TN might have done this on purpose? Somehow corrupting TN1 to force people to purchase the TN2 license?

I don't know **** about technical stuff but it sure seems suspicious that everyone is having this issue now.

To be clear, I have no evidence. I'd be interested to get to the bottom of this, though.

Please set TN and poker client to run as admin :
Navigate to TN install folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\PASG\TN2),
find TableNinja2.EXE file there,
do right-click - properties - compatibility - set "Run this program as administrator" = ON.
Do the same with poker client EXEs. See full list:
In case of PokerStars - also for 2 files:
PokerStars.exe and PokerStarsUpdate.exe

In case of FullTilt - for 2 files:
FullTiltPoker.exe and updater.exe

For Ipoker - casino.exe
(in Ipoker client install folder for all clients installed - usually C:\Poker\Client_name)

For Party - C:\Programs\PartyGaming\PartyGaming.exe

And add all these files to antivirus \ firewall exceptions.

We did nothing with TN1 to break it.
And TN1 worked OK for all,
but last 3-5 days something happened - we are investigating this, but so far no ideas what could be cause.
TN1 is the same 157 vesrion, PokerStars client also is the same...
Personally for me TN1 works now as it always did.

Guys, did you get fresh portion of Windows updates?
OR antivirus \firewall was updated? If yes - which one do yuo have on PC?

did the run as administrator checks and all were as they should be.

I think the only update recently on my computer has been an update / scan with microsoft security essentials.

It worked for you 2 weeks ago? Worked. And month ago, and earlier.
Something was changed - but not in TN1.

After I did a Teamviewer session with guy who had problems with TN1:
try to uninstall TN1 and install again. In TV this trick worked.

yeah, has worked fine for ages, think it was Monday this week when problem came into effect - gets worse longer have it opened. becoming almost impossible to play whilst using it.

have re-installed - will come back if problem persists

when reinstalled tn still had my settings!
