I've had several reports like this. There is currently a problem with the way the Sensei counts games. I've had reports that this only affects people using multiple slots in the Sensei. One slot seems to work fine. We are working on a fix for this and will release an update as soon as we can.



There is a problem with the way the Sensei counts games but if the Sensei isn't recognizing anything you likely have an incorrectly set PokerStars settings folder. You can find the correct path by going to PokerStars>Help>Open my settings folder. Make sure this path matches exactly whats shown in TableNinja>Setup

If you have a non-English copy of Windows make sure you click the "..." button in TableNinja>Setup and navigate to your settings folder manually. In some languages our auto detection process fails.

Okay thanks, at least now I know I can play with one slot without being afraid of TN registering a ton of SnG's for me as it seemed last days.

By the way, just remembered, there are some annoyances that the TN doesn't close for me lately as well. It doesn't close the Pokerstars popup after busting in SnG announcing what place I got and whether I'd like to register to the similar tournament. I have the 'Automatically close Single OK Button popups' checked. I guess that isn't a SINGLE OK Button popup, there are some options on it now, 'register to a similar' checkbox and 'close the tourney lobby' or something like that.

Yeah same with me and all sng players. I would like something to be done in order for that popup at the end of sng's to automatically close. People already complained on the 'pokerstars software improvement thread'. What I know is that either pokerstars or tableninja should have the hability to auto close that annoying pop-up.

Seems like this suggestion combined with the issue "currently registered = 0" makes a real good reason for a new tableninja update! And make it faaast please

Mang. when i turn TN off i realize how depended on it i am. I'm like a JUNKIE

Table Ninja 2 works fine with stars and .fr but when I used tilt it would not let me do anything, the screen would lock and I would have to stop TN2 to make a decesion. I could not fold, check or bet.

Any ideas?

I want it to put specific games in specific stacks, how would I do that? (i.e., in a session with $15 180s and $30 Hypers, prefer to stack tables, so when I register, how do I get it to put them in separate stacks?)

I've been on a 7 week break from poker and I just started back. After a couple of sessions with no issues, today I had really bad focus stealing problems playing the hyper satellites. Is this a known issue, or anything I need to know?

Should I just get TN2? Is that ready to go for SNG players?

I'm unable to reproduce any problems with the latest version of TN2 on FT (2.0.99.0). Are you using an Aero based Windows desktop theme? If so please click the "Sends logs to TableNinja" button in TN2>Setup. Send a copy of the file it creates to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors.



We may add further site support for TN2 but its not currently in development.



I'm afraid this isn't currently possible in either TN1 or TN2. I'll be happy to bring up the idea with the developers though.



For TN1 try going to PokerStars>Options>Advanced Multi-Table Options and disable the box marked "New Tournaments Take Focus" and "Auto-open Sit & Go tournament lobby". Then go to TableNinja>Opening/Closing>Tournaments and disable "Close tournament lobby when tournament opens".

There are conflicts possible that can cause a focus steal but they should exist in both programs as they are caused by a combination of things. TN2 is worth checking out but TN1 should also work fine for you in this regard.

Hello, I'm using TableNinjaPP and for some reason today it wasn't working at all for me. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if anyone can offer some help/advice. Thanks in advance.

To be clear, it will open and it appears to be fine, but when i start playing, none of the functions work.

One thing is really doing my nut at the moment ..

I have a hotkey specifically sit out next blind and the box gets ticked ok, but a lot of the times it has been removed by the time the blinds comes round and im posting on tables i wanted to leave on.

I have unticked auto click im back but im still getting some tables that seem to still post blinds regardless.

Still waiting for the counting tables errors with multiple slots fix. Please fix it!
I can't play comfortably enough without the fix.

So there's a new stars update today and they reworked the rebuy options.

Is there anyway to temporarily make table ninja to stop trying to open the new rebuy tab(see picture) until it is fixed ?


i think i figured it out.

enabling double rebuy in tableninjas opening/closing tab seems to have stopped it from opening the new stars rebuy tab.

You still have to manually click the double rebuy and addon in stars

I was playing in the mid of a session yesterday. Everything was working fine. During the middle of this session, suddenly table ninja's pot betting function stopped working. All other functions still work. Just not pot betting.

Is this happening to anyone else ?

What theme are you using? Try going to TableNinja>Annoyances and try disabling "Automatically click Time Bank" and "Never Sit Out" one at a time. Does this prevent the problem from happening?



The new checkbox won't be handled properly but I'm not sure why enabling the double rebuy feature in TableNinja would prevent this problem. Did you mean you disabled it?

Why the hell is it taking so long, are you even trying to fix this?! I get the impression that you can't be arsed. Well if you are a SNG player then this is pretty important, no? Makes the software we paid for totally unusable, and costs us money to boot by constantly being mis-registered for games we don't want, having to end sessions early, etc.

Please make this a priority!

Testing tn 2.0.107.0 at the moment

1. It keeps saying I have auto popup checked which is not the case, the hotkeys work though
2. I put the correct HH folders in setup however my BB display is not working

Love the hotkeys working across diff sites

TableNinja 2 will be checking all supported sites that you have installed. If you have regional clients or a copy of FT/Party Poker installed you will need to make sure this option is disabled for all of them before the warning will go away.

For the second problem I'm less sure. Are you using an English copy of Windows? Try going to Control Panel>Region and Language and change everything to English (USA). Let me know if this doesn't seem to help.

1st one solved: .fr had it checked,now the warning is gone
2nd one: had the frames enabled, now the amount of BB is showing on stars, but not on Full Tilt..

also the preflop bet amounts work for fulltilt,but the 45% pot bet I have preset for flop/turn and river only works on stars, tilt doesnt for some reason.
