Yes, Stars is set to save HH files, and is in fact saving them. Nothing ever shows up in the Tableninja folder however.

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

So please tell me if the new version 1.2.121.0 supports the new updated SnG lobby in PokerStars.EE we had a problem with couple of days back?

Just asking to make sure I wouldn't run the Stars updater accidentally when I shouldn't.

It doesnt solve it, every time i try to install it shows that "i have a new version already installed".

Once again i cant open Table Ninja and grind normally.

This problem should be resolved with the latest update. Make sure to allow PokerStars and TableNinja to update to the latest available version.



It sounds like your copy has become corrupt somehow. Microsoft has a tool for cleaning up problem installations. Please visit:

Click one of the "Softpedia Mirror" links on the left and download the Windows Install Cleanup Utility. Make sure TableNinja is closed and use the utility to remove it. Then download and install a fresh copy of TableNinja from the website. Let me know if this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Just trying to use TN on the Zoom tables using XP and HEM1.

Im tiling upto 4 tables with no overlap as far as i can see but i did experience some problems with my cursor jumping about a little.

Ive selected Tiled layout and Hyper Simple in the set up page.

Not sure if this is a common problem, if so ... is there something i need to check ?

Hi there, I am a Hyper Turbo Heads Up sit and go player and was wondering whether or not there any features available using the software so I can set filters to not play certain regs?

First go to PokerStars>Options>Advanced Multi-Table Options and disable "Minimize main lobby when opening table". Then go to TableNinja>Opening/Closing and check the box marked "Don't pop up lobby after auto tourney buy-in".

If everything is correct you should be able to let the lobby drop to the background. The filter will still need to be dragged almost off the screen though. Let me know if this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

There's an issue with SNG Sensei not registering for my games properly when there is someone else using the same IP, hence Stars produces a pop-up which stops you from joining a game with the other person in. TN handles this pop-up but doesn't continue registering the correct number of SNGs as set in Sensei.

Do you know about this? Is there a solution? We've tried using the exact same settings but there is still an issue, usually the same person is able to join games fine and the other is limited on how many tables it joins.

I've not had a report like this. Is it counting the games you are forced to leave or does it just stop counting all together? Please try disabling TableNinja and send me a screenshot of of the popup. I'm not sure what can be done but I'll pass the information on to the developers.

Betsize entries are not working for the smallest table sizes if you enable the "bigger fonts on smaller table sizes" feature. It works for 12 tiled on a 30" (640x468) but if you go to 512x380 it does not work.

Are you playing on Euro tables? Are you using the Nova black theme? Please go to TableNinja>Help and enable Verbose Logging. Play a short test session until the error occurs. Then send a copy of your TNLog files to support@alxsoftware.com. You can find the files in C:/Program Files/TableNinja.

No Euro tables and I am using the Black Theme. A friend with an identical setup as me is having the exact same issue with the same tables sizes being the cutoff for it working.

I should have also mentioned that this is happening on cap tables, so the issue might be with that since the pot box is different.

Yes currently both PMU.fr and WPT Poker are both supported by TableNinjaPP.

there is an error after last pokerstars update in table ninja, when im trying to use sng opener there is pop up saying that i have to have sng page open in main lobby.
