Does anybody else have that really annoying issue when stacking tables? It seems when i have an active table at the top of the stack occasionally completley randomly a non active table pops up and sometimes immediately after an active one pops up causing the active one to time down..

also the "bring urgent table to front" hot key does not work when the urgent table has been minimized!

I'm using windows 7 ultimate 32bit with hypersimple theme. I DO NOT have this problem when not running tableninja. Also, it is not my HEM HUD because i have [x] click for popup.

yes my settings are accurate in the settings tab.

I'm pretty sure i'm using the default windows theme with the glassy transparent aero **** or whatever..

Although i do have border padding set to 0, and have done most of the tweaks on this page:

edit: this problem may only be occuring when "table under mouse" is selected in the table control tab.

How do you adjust the search to run with sng sensei to include these sngs only

There have been reports of some unstable behavior with the Stars SnG filter. So far users have reported deleting and recreating the filter will solve the problem. Some users have reported multiple attempts were needed.



Cycle to first in line never works on minimized tables as TableNinja cannot detect if it is your turn if the table is minimized.There have been reports of the other problem, though I've not been able to reproduce it on any of my test machines. Try going to TableNinja>Opening/Closing>Tournaments and disable "Close tournament lobby when tournament opens".

It's checked so I'll try it unchecked.

A bunch of problems exist when using the detached chat on stars.

Cycling tables targets the detached chat and doesn't let you act on the active table.
On screen display shows up on the detached chat window as well as on the table.

I'm afraid detached chat isn't supported at this time. We may add the feature in the future but its not on the current development list.

Since a day of 4 my TableNinja just freezes my whole PC if I 24table. It works fine up till 16tables when suddenly:
* It takes 3 seconds to load up a new table
* When stacking my tables, jumping to the next one manually or automatically takes way too much time
* Buying in auto or manually also takes too much time.

When I close TN then everything works again..

I run Windows XP, Quad Q9550, Avira, FireWall and HEM with >1mill hands database

I think it has something to do with framework because if I close a table with the hotkey of TN, it sometimes displays an error and asks whether to quit or continue

Im lost because now I can't basically play and I think reinstalling doesn't make sense

Something that I have not seen mentioned in the Stars Improvement thread is the ability to manually key in the min/max values for buy-in and total entrants.

Being an undocumented "feature", it could break in future releases. But these should help filtering for regular speed and across multiple buy-ins / number of players.

A couple of gotchas:
Type in the max first or Stars "helps" you by resting the min to the first number you type.

The first time you save/test in TN, Stars might reset the values to zero. Save a second time and it should always work in the future.

Hey i have a desktop and laptop with both HEM and Tableninja PS on it. But i will be receiving a new laptop today and wanted to know do i need to remove TN from my old laptop first before i put it on my new laptop?

You don't have to remove it in advance. When you attemp to register TableNinja for a third time you will be automatically prompted to disable an old profile. If you no longer have the serial please PM me and list any email addresses you might have used when you purchased the program.

I'd like to request a blind level timer feature.

I'm sorry if the question was asked before, but the hotkeys in Action hotkeys - "arrange tables" (for tile / cascade / stack) don't work. Does someone know how I can fix it?

Still having this problem the last two days, yesterday I was watching TV 20 minutes after my set and I heard the alert noise, apparently was blinded-off because sensei reg'd me for a tourney at the bottom of the list. The day before a table popped up when i thought I was done. I have only seen it do this once, over the course of 5 cycles sensei went though and reg'd me 10 tournies never returning to the top even though max was set to 2. Already cost me $50 and 40 minutes of my life that I know of, please revisit, thanks

These hotkeys are built into Stars and passed along by TableNinja. Are you able to use the basic Stars layout hotkeys but not TableNinja's? If so please email a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

I've not had any reports of this so far. Do you have sorting optimization enabled in the Sensei? If so the Sensei will register for tournaments on the bottom by design. If optimization is disabled this could be lag related. Try increasing your search and scroll wait in the Sensei. Hitting "Cntrl+R" will popup a list of registered games. Make sure your checking when you finish a session until this is resolved. Let me know if none of this seems to work.

I was having some problems today with tables stealing focus (stacked on Stars)... It would steal focus to tables that were posting blinds... happened multiple times...

I am stacking 20-24 tables of PLO and NLHE don't know if that makes a difference but happened if it was all the same game as well...

I have a similiar problem. It seems to only ever happen when SnGs are still loading, one table will pop-up requiring action and then another table not requiring action will randomly steal focus almost instantly, before I have a chance to act on the first table. It's really quite annoying.

A nit-picky improvement suggestion I have is for SnG Sensei; can you make it so that when you unregister for a tournament, the 'Total Registered' counter loses a number? This would be helpful for keeping track of really how many i've played, because sometimes I have to unregister and I lose count of how many i've unregistered from versus how many i've played.

I've never used sorting optimization and never had a problem before the last couple weeks. I tried enabling sorting opt. and it didn't work at all. It sorted the columns but just reg'd for whatever tourny was under the cursor, it never moved to the bottom of the list. I've gone back to disabled and I am just going to have to keep an eye on it to see if it happens again. I did increase the wait times slightly as suggested, it didn't happen much today although I did notice a few times the third tourny reg'd when I have the max set to 2.

For the focus stealing issue try going to TableNinja>Opening/Closing>Tournaments and disable the check box marked "Close tournament lobby when tournament opens". For the Sensei you'll need to click the reset button when you take a break to get the counter back on track.



Sorting optimizations should be flipping the order of the list to prevent the Sensei from always registering for games in order. Was the list order not changing?

I just read the documentation and I suppose sorting opt was working as it was designed, I am just not interested in that approach. I only want to be reg'd for two tournaments at a time which worked perfectly until recently.
