auto timebank doesnt work after stars update... please fix asap!

It sounds like your copy has become corrupt somehow. Microsoft has a tool for cleaning up problem installations. Please visit:

Click one of the "Softpedia Mirror" links on the left and download the Windows Install Cleanup Utility. Make sure TableNinja is closed and use the utility to remove it. Then download and install a fresh copy of TableNinja from the website. Let me know if your still having trouble after.



I'm not sure what you mean. There isn't a reset option that I'm aware of but you can remove/reinstall. If your wanting to rollback the update temporarily until the TableNinja update launches go to your stars install directory and open the "backup folder. By default this is in "C:\Program Files\Pokerstars\backup". Not everyone will have a backup directory, but if it exists you can revert to the previous version of Pokerstars until we release an update to TableNinja. Copy the files from the backup directory into the C:\Program Files\Pokerstars directory and then run the Pokerstars.exe directly from your PokerStars install directory (DO NOT USE YOUR DESKTOP SHORTCUT). This will allow you to temporarily run the old version of Stars. Remember the TableNinja update will come out shortly. If you follow these steps you will have version confilcts again when TableNinja is updated. Make sure you immediatly update your Stars client manually.



Unfortunately the Black table theme is not supported. Have you tried using classic or hyper-simple? You can also find official TableNinja compatible mods here:

Are you using Microsoft Security Essentials? If so you will need to add TableNinja to its list of excluded programs in the options menu. If this isn't the case please make a new thread here:

There was a major PokerStars update this morning that changed a number of things. We're working on an update and hope to have it out ASAP but we have no ETA yet. In the mean time the SNGO, lobby hotkeys, time bank, and a few other features may not work properly.

Im experiencing this exact same problem. Any suggestions?

my Sngs opener doesnt works anymore... since yesterday, so before stars updates...

I try to start it and press test i get an error:"Error Loading Search: The choices in the search box have probably changed. Please set up your search again, save, and then test"

If i make a new search i get an second error in german... Then i can ignor or close tableninja...

what to do?

I think you guys should email support and see if they will release future updates to you ahead of time so we don't run into problems like this.That being said,I think this new update has really made a lot of TableNinja functions obsolete.I think the future of TableNinja should concentrate on an M-zone Hud and improving the SNG sensie.I don't know why there isn't an M-zone hud to begin with I used to be able to multi 30 plus tables with pokershortcuts with no lag and it uses .AHK so I don't think it is a processing power issue.My guess would be that it is already available but you guys don't want to lose your edge at the tables by giving away something like that.I don't blame you, it just sucks balls cause there is no point in having a meticulously constructed shove range that you cannot implement while mass tabling because I cannot see my M-Zone.I cant use BBs to estimate my M-Zone because of the way Pokerstars has set up their tournament ante structure.For example at 100/200 +25 ante I can say that at a nine handed table 21BBs is an M of 8 and there are a range of hands I can shove.However the next blind structure is 200/400 with a +25 ante 21BBs is an M of 10.2 which isn't even close to the same range of Cev shove hands.It would be nice if someone came out with a program that would allow me use a pushchart while mass tabling like poker-shortcuts used to do.Anyway that is my two cents.Stay classy San Diego!

I also get the "ERROR LOADING SEARCH" when I go to setup my usual grind in the sng sensei :\

Are you using PokerStars version 4.034? You can check by going to PokerStars>Help>About PokerStars. The update today caused this problem to reoccur. We have released an update for TableNinja already that should solve the problem. Make sure to close/re-open TableNinja to apply the update. Also go to C:/Program Files/PokerStars and run the file marked "PokerStarsUpdates.exe." Once this is done reset your filters in the SnG Sensei and everything should work as expected.

so basically if you are trying to update Stars now, like me, you can't get the new version....so now TN can't auto timebank

Ugh, we're trying to figure out a way to deal with this, I'm sorry for the hassle, this is a very difficult situation for us :/ to try and deal with. I'll keep you guys posted.

tried to update again but there is no new version.

URGENT: PokerStars canceled their update -- Get the correct TableNinja Version!

PokerStars has paused their update due to some major problem on their end. Because of this anyone who updated PokerStars earlier today will be running PokerStars client version 4.034 while anyone who did not update PokerStars this morning will be running client version 3.944. To ensure that all of TableNinja's features work properly with your version of PokerStars you will need to make sure that you are using the correct version of TableNinja.

• To check which version of the PokerStars client you are running please CLOSE TableNinja and in the main PokerStars lobby go to Help --> About PokerStars and look at your Client Version
• If you are running PokerStars client version 4.034 or later you need TableNinja version 1.2.81.0 which you can download here: http://tableninja.com/TableNinja_1.2.81.0.zip.

Can anyone report the time bank is working now? I've tried new update cash and what happens is the time bank button comes up as depressed then when the bar runs out it is activated but it's not how it used to be in the chat box when it says "...has activated time bank" as ninja actually activates it...I mean I don't even know what I'm looking for? Stars why fix what ain't broke?? grr

do you guys plan on making hotkeys for the 3 preflop and 3 postflop buttons for the bet slider options?

eventhogh we alrdy have these options, the 100% pot button on stars is more accurate then tableninjas

The timebank should work fine. The issue is complicated because of Stars halting the update process. Detailed instructions for making sure your using the correct versions of each programs can be found here:
