hello guys , i have problem with TN , when i'm playing 17 tables and TN opens a new open everything is stop , to play i need to kill process of TN and start it again! Win 7 x86 , with administrator access.

Hmm, it sounds like I'll need to look over your configuration. Can you email support@alxsoftware.com with the following:

1) Your TNLog file and TNConfigAutoLoad file from your TableNinja install directory (C:\Program Files\TableNinja)
2) A screen shot of your tables

Unfortunately I don't know of a simple solution. I'd start a post on the TN forums and let a mod help you get things working.

This is a very rare issue that 3 people have reported in the past and we have not figured out the cause of yet. Disabling frames on the table control tab, should fix the problem completely. At the moment that is the only work around for this issue.

Doesn't the Pokerstars option already do this?

PokerStars Lobby > Options > Advanced Multi-Table Options > Select: Pop-up table whenever user action is required.

Just a thought, I had an issue with this in the past. It was unchecked.

I love TN and probably have not even utilized it as best as I can, but I have one question. I have, on several occasions experienced where I was about to fold 72o and all of the sudden a table with AA pops up and I accidently fold or vise versa (nothing like looking like a champ that goes all in with a 72o against an all in bet)!!!! What settings do I need to do/undo to make sure this does not happen. In addition, if I correct this from happening, how is this going to affect my regular usage (i.e.- what do I now manually have to do in order to take action on the table which needs attention? Are there any plans to combine the stars and FT tableninjas, so you don't have to run two separate programs?

If you are in the "Table in Foreground" table control mode, it should be impossible for a table to pop up on top of a table where it is currently your turn.

I'm actually not entirely sure how what you're describing would happen, are you using the Advanced Action hotkeys?

If you can tell me your table layout and your table control mode I can definitely help you figure out how to improve your setup.

Eventually we may do this. While TNFT is still in beta (and thus has some bugs to work out) we want to keep them separate so that we can update them separately and handle the beta testing separately.

Tarath - any chance we can have an option to auto-close (or sit out next big blind) tables with less than x players (good for FR mass-tablers), and option to open lobby when that happens?

Would be huge!

Currently TN does not count the # of players at a table so this is not possible, but we are working on implementing that feature so in the future this might be something we could do.

There haven't been any major changes in TN for a very long time. New features keep getting suggested and many of them are 'accepted' and put on the 'to do' list and yet nothing happens. I guess all of the development efforts are going into the donationware for Full Tilt but as a paying customer (from before paying was even required) I'm feeling quite neglected over here in Pokerstarsland. No response required. Just putting the opinion out there.

I'd like to be able to directly type my bet on the bet box and press enter then, without having to highlight the box each time using my mouse.
I feel like it was possible before, but now it's just not the case ...

Thoughts ?

Using trial version on XPsp2. No images theme with Poker Tracker HUD running.

I cannot by scroll button nor keyboard, incrementally decrease the bet size. Increasing works with both.

Hey guys, I'm having a pretty big mouse lag/ skipping issue with PokerStars when table ninja is running.

I checked the FAQ, went through the suggestions and triple checked my theme, I have also tried classic as well as hyper-simple, and seem to have trouble with both.

Any ideas?

FWIW I have been a long time paying customer on a Vista machine and just got a new laptop today with Windows 7.

found the exclude processes fix in TN forums right after posting here, jesus troubleshooted all day lol. O well I feel better now.

I use the Smart BIG Blind sit-out. This works perfectly on fast tables, but on the not-so-fast-tables I have to click Sit Out myself. Is this standard? If so, would it be possible to change TN so that is auto-clicks Sit Out?

This was never a feature in TN but I think it might have been in Stars Hotkeys at some point.

I'm sorry you feel that way malloc. From our perspective it feels like we've done a lot but I can see where you're coming from, as some of the improvements we've made may not have impacted you directly.

I should point out though that in the last 4 months we've added, OSD, Tiltbuster theme support, Euro tables support, Automatic updating, a major performance upgrade, a graphics overhaul, a new purchase code system to make reinstalling TN easy, and a bunch of bug fixes and fixes for PokerStars updates.

Furthermore, we're in the midst of a release with a fix for some of the most important issues bugs including fixing problems with mouse hotkeys in windows 7, fixing problems with the cycle backwards key with HUDs in non-aero themes, automatically disabling the info tab refresh when the notes tab is open, etc.

Anyways, I appreciate your input and I'm sorry you feel we're not doing enough on TN and that your not getting your monies worth as a paying customer. I know more features get requested than get implemented but when you have thousands of people requesting features and two people implementing them I think that's somewhat inevitable.

Do you have microsoft security essentials (MSE) on your new machine? If so try adding TN to the exclusions list in MSE and that should fix the problem.

It is standard that you have to sit out, TN will uncheck autopost at slow tables but it won't actually click sit out. I agree making it do this for you would be an improvement, but it actually would be significantly harder.

Would it be possible to add a checkbox to TN that said "Autoclick Sit Out", and have that checkbox auto-filled when I pressed the hotkey for "Sit out next BIG blind all tables"? (Ofcourse the auto-filling should be configurable as well)

The issue is that TN would need to wait till the appropriate hand to click sit out. TN can uncheck autopost or click sit out next big blind ahead of time, but clicking sit out in advance would result in you missing hands.

TN would need to click it exactly during your last hand before the big blind came around and this is a fair amount more difficult to make happen.

is there a way to set more than 4 hotkeys? i currently have 2/3 ps, 3/4, 4/5 and ps and want to add 1/2

does tableninja work with playing both FTP and stars simultaneously?

I like the OSD showing the BB's we have in our stack, but is there a way to add other info to this, such as our position on the table? (would help a lot with mass multi tbaling)

I have a problem with TableNinja, whenever i run the PT3 HUD with TableNinja it doesnt have the Auto betsize thing with the Yellow Window round it, but as soon as i stop the HUD it works again, PM me plz if you know how to resolve this issue, would be much appreciated.

You will need both TN and TNFT and you will need to use different hotkeys for each site. You also will need to keep FTP tables and Stars tables in separate stacks so they do not overlap.

Other than that it will work.

We definitely plan on adding more info to this eventually, probably starting with M. Adding some of the info that is currently displayed on the stars info tab would also be possible.

My guess is that your HUD or the little PT3 icon is covering the pot box on your PokerStars tables. TableNinja needs this box to be visible so that it can read the pot size.

Just move your HUD completely away from the pot box and then save your HUD layout and everything should work smoothly

Unfortunately there is not. You can however use your default bet as a 5th option.

^^ (first response) so that means I can't tile tables while using both? Also, I see there is a free 30 day trial for tableninja pokerstars- is there a similar deal for TN FTP and if so where may I find it?

Sorry I wasn't more clear, if your tiling everything would be fine. You just can't have FTP tables on top of PokerStars tables.

TN for FTP is currently free an in beta so you can just download it and use it for free. Be aware that TNFT is still under development and thus has a lot fewer features than the PS version and also has some bugs. Please test TNFT carefully at play money before using it in your reguarly games.
