OMG! are you developing a sitout next BIG blind function where it doesnt check "the sitout next blind" box when you are actually in the bigblind?

this would be so fantastic!

Small problem I was having today. I usually have auto top up and re buy activated but my roll on stars was running low. I had just enough money to 18 table today so i turned off auto re buy/top up. When i went to manual reload a table and there weren't enough funds in my cashier to complete the 100% top up the client froze. I had to end task and relaunch. This happened to me twice today.

I have buy in for 100% of max checked for my initial buy in but it was causing problems with top up.

I also had this problem half a year ago, when i was new to pokerstars. This has nothing to do with TableNinja.

I love your software. I just purchased it to show some support for all the great things that you have been doing. I'm telling all my friends to do the same.

I used the software twice and 6tabled, after about 10min my computer freezes and i have to reset(running stars+hem on a core2duo 3,2ghz 4gb ram, 9600GT, Vista 64bit ULtimate). Until that i really liked ur software, but with the freezes its obv useless.

there seems to be a minor bug if you leave a table with more than the max and then rejoin a little later it doesn't automatically buy in. (i have auto buy in set to table maximum.)

this is the anti-rathole rule. i have this happening too but obv only when i come back to a table w >100bb <30 min later.

maybe a fix is to make the max bb buy-in >100bbs. maybe 1000bbs.

No, because I don't want to buy in deep at deep tables. I always want to buy in for exactly 100bbs (unless I left the table earlier with > 100bbs).

This is our goal, we don't actually have it working yet though so I can't promise that it will be doable, but we have an idea that we think should work. Thanks for purchasing!

Can you try to have this occur without TableNinja as e306 suggested and see if its just a bug in Stars. If its not let me know, but given that hes experienced the same problem without TableNinja, it sounds likely that its a bug in Stars.

Right now we are not handling things correctly when you leave a table with more than the buy-in amount set in TableNinja and want to come back but we think we can fix it in the future.

Thanks for the support and feedback guys. We'll try to get the rebuy bug fixed and hopefully get out a really solid update for you guys as soon as we can.

This is the first time we've heard of anything like this so I'll probably need some information from you to help figure things out. Can you email me at support@alxsoftware.com with your TableNinja log file for the date the crash occurred? Also do you remember what you were doing when it crashed, ie opening a table, using a hotkey, buying in, etc . Also are you using any AHK scripts simultaneously with TableNinja.

This will give me an idea of where to start looking and then I might need to ask for a few other bits of information over email.

Thanks, we'll do our best to get this issue resolved, obviously random crashes are completely unacveptible and I definitely want to get whatever could be causing this fixed ASAP.

Thanks,

Tarath

one other thing i'm noticing is that the red frame around the tables is a bit quirky when tables overlap (stacked or cascaded). it sometimes flickers/doesn't fully draw. i'm running vista64 with aero. not sure if this is a known problem or how i can help debug.

Hey, got the newest version and its great.

Quick suggestion- the warning that you're sitting at 24 tables gets in the way when multiple tables keep popping up while you're at 24 tables. Any way to make that error optional? Thanks!

I have the same problem on my vista machine. Overhauling the frames is something we definitely plan to do before the beta ends. This is an issue with vista, and we believe we have a solution but its going to take time and for now we want to focus on adding features so that all the features can be thoroughly tested. I know the current frames aren't perfect and we will be fixing them before too much longer.

Glad you like the new version I can definitely look into making the warning optional.

Just d/led the beta looks good and I am tempted to buy it but one thing.

My set up I use a cordless numpad where i type in my bet sizing and then my other hand is used for my mouse. Anytime I try these hotkeys to have autofold on the numpad they dont work. I have tried to assign the auto fold to * or / or - but do not work. How do i get those to work? If I can get these working I think i will likely be a paying customer.

Hey,

On my keyboard all those keys work fine (i use them regularly) so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Can you try to set those buttons to hotkeys and email me your log file at support@alxsoftware.com (the log file is in your TableNinja install directory)? Also does anything show up in the hotkey box at all when you hit these keys?

I have a bunch of other questions that might help me figure this out.
-What brand and model is your cordless numpad?

-Does your keyboard have a regular numpad, and do the -,/,*,+ keys work with TableNinja on that?

-Did your coordless numpad come with any software that lets you configure or customize it? Do those keys work in other windows programs like the windows calculator?

Let me know and hopefully we can get this fixed.

Thanks,

Tarath

TableNinja didn't create a log file on this day(guess it wasnt saved b/c i had to use the reset btn which normally deltes/kills all the "open" data) or it isnt there because I deinstalled and reinstalled the new version.

I dont think i didnt use a special hotkey and i dont had any AHKscript running.
I did a 3rd attemp yesterday and it worked fine.(used different options, no frames for example)

I definitely encourage people who've come up with good layouts to pass their config file around.
Good idea. Anyone think we should have a separate thread for good hotkey configs?

Suggestion- a hotkey for closing tables.

Also, a really nice feature sometime in the future would be an option to "load xxxx.txt on startup" so that I don't constantly have to close the little popup that says I need to choose a theme and then load my config file.
