Only things I appreciate atm are hotkeys for Raise, fold, etc.

scroll wheel for bet changes works for me, auto bets have always been wonky so I disabled even though it was one of the best features when it worked

did you delete and reconfigure wpn after downloading the newest version?

Hello. Is anyone else having trouble with hotkeys after todays Bovada client update?

table tamer dont work after last bodog update

After the latest update on Ignition/Bovada configuring the poker client in TT prevents tables from loading. Just get a blank black box.

What's the best way to get in tough with support for TT? Doesn't seem like anyone responds ITT....

Has anyone tried IntuitiveTables? Appartently handles most of the same stuff? I am in zero way affiliated with them

Sounds like the consensus is that there is little confidence that this software will get back to working smoothly after the lately bovada update. I need auto timebank on bovada. Does anybody have a software that has a working auto timebank after the latest bovada update?

Can mods/admins close this thread or change title that pokercancer is scamming people?

None of the TT functions works properly, only Chico stack to BB is still working, but that is all i know.

pokercancer is clearly scammer, he shows up once a month to promise updates to just keep subscriber money coming in but there haven't been any updates for 3-4 months.

Most recently he made 2nd discord account pretending that he hired some support staff, answered to questions for 1-2 days, promised updates and disappeared again.

I feel obligated to post the feedback to TT that its not the glitches, it's not update delays that have your customers angry, its that people want human, responsive, communicative management. I really hate saying this cause its just not my position but I hope you understand that it isn't solely due to technical challenges.

I have a problem configuring the program.

When using the Tabletamer and the 888Caption at the same time, the Tabletamer blocks important functions of the 888Caption (the most important thing is that hotkeys do not work). And on poker stars instead of folding to the right button, sometimes the "call any" button is pressed. How can this be fixed?

If possible, I would like the transfer of chips to BB, hotkeys and auto-sizing to work only in one room (chico), on the rest only the arrangement of tables is needed.

Owner has been scamming for months. Posting here is useless and so is subbing to table tamer. There are no updates there are no fixes.

Damn, I really loved playing on ignition with xbox controller with tabletamer. Anyone know of any similar software that can do that ? Looks like intuitivetables is missing a bunch of stuff that tabletamer had. (bet sizing, xbox controller full buttons for hotkeys, $tobb etc)

You guys are whiney little bitches. It's not a scam and it was great software when it was working. He probably is still working on it. Being little crybabies about it isn't going to solve anything. Just cancel your subscriptions for the time being. He may be going thru some hard things in his life right now.

Stfu, hes been making false promises since July
He's supposedly been working for 888 and iPoker patches for months now. How is that possible after a minor update? The competition gets those fixed in less than a day
He also sometimes is contradicting himself. 2 months ago he claimed he is working on a patch for 888, 1 month ago he didnt even seem to be aware 888 wasnt working and asked me to give him a description of a problem

Then like two weeks ago a Table Tamer Support 2 showed up on Discord claiming he is someone that pokecancer hired. He kept asking everyone for bugs and kept promising that things are going to be worked on now.
He disappeared a week ago.

I've been subscribed since June
I was able to use it on iPoker for a total of two weeks
I've been able to use it on 888 for a total of two weeks
I haven't been able to use it at all on Stars

I think the program is amazing and beats all its competition by a lot, but it doesnt help if you cant use it and the owner is MIA and wont release patches
The only thing he did the last months was show up every 2 weeks making promises saying everything is going to be different now

The issue is, you pay for a product, you expect some kind of customer service or at least some communication at the very least. As mentioned above, him nore the assistant has been around for days. At least let the customers who are paying their money to you that its being worked on.. like the other services do.. there has been nothing. That is the part that is frustrating. As mentioned, TT is an incredible product.. so good in fact that we are willing to keep paying for it despite the poor communication.. but at some point there needs to be a line drawn, and I think in the last few months it has been.

If he is having much troubles in life and can no longer support his product, then it would make sense to sell the product to someone who can maintain it. This is a situation unfortunately that he has no competition because there is no other product out there like it.. so he isnt under any real pressure to communicate and service it.. because he knows that people will keep paying for it as long as it works.

From what I understand, it’s just one guy running the show. It does seem like, for whatever reason, he doesn’t have the motivation or time to up keep his product anymore. Perhaps he should hire some help or even sell the product.

The software is amazing when it works. It has a lot of features the competition doesn’t. It’s obviously a valuable piece of software. I hate to see all of the value he built go to waste because it’s not being maintained. It’s a subscription model business. It has to be maintained.
