Sorry but I also have issue with Poker Stars.
Site is asking me reboot the room each time I open Table tamer - Arora platform.
Why since it used to work in the past - And so can that be solved?

In paralle I do use WPN plateforme too (BlackChipPoker) - table are not resizable - Is that normal?

Ok, sorted out auto-bets. I let WPN do the show in bb conversion. Once, I let TT do it, it's fixed.

With Ipoker last update, TT is crashing every few minutes. It has not worked properly during the last couple of months.

Any solution for this?

Hello my table tamer betting button is not working correctly.
I play on WPN, windows 10.
For the first few hands the button works correctly, however after a few rounds the button bet makes a large number (such as 10-15x). Happens on flop, turn and river. Bet sizes are different on all 4 tables.
Anyone can help me?

When will it be possible to have kind of a support for IPoker bug?

ignition did an update this am and now many functions of table tamer don't work, has anyone else experienced this??

Have you triee reconfiguring ignition after the update?

yeah, this pretty much the sequence of events:

1) ignition updated
2) realized TT didn't work
3) deleted client and reinstalled
4) still didn't work
5) saw there was a new version of TT that was supposed to fix these issues
6) DL new version of TT
7) still didn't work
8) looked in TT settings, everything looked the same as it did in previous version so not sure if it needs any reconfiguring

You need to reconfigure site every time theres an update. Click settings, then click on Ignition/Bodog and click configure poker client after having opened your Ignition client.

I even go as far as to do it every time i open up Ignition just incase they sneak an update.

The Alternate Button scan wasn't working for me
and I had to switch to theme #2 and remove my custom skin.
Do configure poker client after that and see.

It mostly worked on 3/4 Ignition tables today. After being billed for last month with TT only 1/2 working and still no response in these forums and to my email to support, I am really growing frustrated.

There has to be some sort of compensation

TableTamer has shown some super unethical behavior.

In a support case with FastSpring(payment provider for TableTamer), he didn't respond to initial messages. After good 4-5 days, he provided some bogus excuse and not admitting that there was no response to emails for 24 days.

I understand there have been some not so great circumstances, but I received no response to two emails and a private message here on 2p2. And finally, still refusing to admit responsibility and let FastSpring now to proceed with my refund.

I am sorry, but I had health issues and I am still catching up with support and bug fixes. I would never tarnish my reputation. It means a lot to me to be viewed as ethical. I tried to resolve it by giving you free time and helping you fix it. I refunded you instead.

I brought a new member on the team to help with support. UpDog will be handling 2+2 for now and emails soon. He will be starting promptly.

I'm going to attempt to address all the issues from everyone's comments within the past 2-3 weeks in this one post. From what I've gathered from everyone, there are issues on 4 sites: Ignition/Bovada, WPN, Stars Aurora, and iPoker.
As of June 3rd, Ignition/Bovada is working 100% along with Stars Aurora. WPN is also working (I've personally tested cash games), but there are some very minor bugs still in the process of fixing. If something weird happens due to table tamer on a WPN table, please fill out the questionnaire below in order to give us the best ability to be able to help you. As for iPoker, our developers are working hard on trying to update table tamer to work with the iPoker rooms as fast as we can. In the meantime, I would greatly appreciate anyone playing on iPoker rooms to either reply or PM me which room they play on, along with the version number. We estimate that this will be updated within a few days.

I would also suggest that anyone using any mods or custom skins to try Table Tamer without the custom mods/skins installed to verify that the problem is indeed coming from Table Tamer. Remember to reconfigure site after uninstalling anything custom through Table Tamer settings and if the problem still persists, fill out the questionnaire.

I'd like to remind everyone that after any poker client update or after reinstalling a client, you must reconfigure site through the Table Tamer settings, under "Site Setup". Often times, a lot of the poker sites will sneak in software updates or any subtle changes that may interrupt Table Tamer's functions and performance.

ACR is not working for me currently

We're aware of a known issue where a single wpn table will lag and automatic bet sizes and any custom custom bet sizes will stop working until restarted.

Why does TT stop working at tables that disconnect on ignition?

The disconnects interrupt table tamer's ability to follow the action. I believe that this is a fault on the sites but I have let the developers know to see if there is anything we can do.

+1. betsize calcs are wrong. maybe just blitz tables? some are working some aren't.
