Hello. Where did the Sit In option disappear? (Automation> Automatically ...> Sit In) I really need it!

Hotkeys sitout table are also not working.

The problem with the table borders and possibly the betting is due to scaling. Change the scaling on your monitors to 100% and restart your pc. Here is a guide.

Here are the sizings I have in the setting.

Also, wasn't able to figure out how to make it so I can 'fast fold' before the action gets to me in Ignition Zone poker and it was very laggy to the point I had to turn it off to keep playing.

The 3 bet options multiply the previous raise size. So you are multiplying it by 80x.
To fast fold, turn on Settings/Action and Focus/Use Advanced Action Hotkeys.

I tried option Settings/Automation/When Player is Sitting Out:Click Sit In, but it does not work as it should. My timebank is running out and autofold happens, then the sit out next hand option is turned on. There used to be an option that automatically turned off the sit out next hand option, now for some reason it isn’t

I'm intrigued by stacking and am looking to get a gamepad, does the Xbox 360 have the best compatibility and is thus the best choice? Or would a higher-end one with remappable buttons etc be better?

Which controller would you get if you were getting one to play poker?

I'm having issues with the auto bet sizing and most urgent hotkeys. Hasn't worked for a week or so. Guessing this is due to the update on IGN? Tables are also not focusing on their own after a command is given on the previous table. Is it possible to skype to resolve the table focus issue since the bet sizing stuff is probably due to the update which might take some time? Currently using the latest version and have also tried downgrading to previous versions to no avail.

The Party Poker update is out and supports their new client functions for Currency to BB.
Also, Stars Injection which adds the option for Currency To BB, Position Betting, and Player Panels. It only works on .EU, .UK, and .COM for now.

I play on winner poker v 18.5.6.3. I play hu cash NLHE and use only basic hotkeys. Like open raise or set bet/raise amount to Xbb. Hotkeys do not work for at least half of a year.

Hotkeys do not work for me even without Currency to BB. Also description of the beta says "Party Poker Currency To BB support. Please read the setup guide.". But it isn't clear where the guide could be found.

I honestly don't see how you can't get any hotkeys working. You need to update TT and delete and add Ipoker again in Settings/Site Setup. Here is the IPoker setup guide.
