The automatic 3 Bet on Pokerstars doesn't work correctly. It should bet around 2.3 BB but it bets around 3.2 BB. On all the other sites it works fine.

Still have the same problem. I had to reformat my PC and reinstalled everything due to a SSD problem. Once everything is reinstalled all other sites work but have the same problem and msg with 888. I am currently playing with all sites using TT and deleted 888 site profile in order to play in it while this gets solved. I have tried both latest stable and beta versions.

I can't get table tamer to work properly with Bet online . every time I try to run them together bet online crashes. I have done everything that table tamer.com says to do in the sit set up with the Bet online settings and I have made exceptions with my firewall for bet online and table tamer like the site says to do. The only thing that is different is the compatibility page that I have in my bet online properties looks different then the one on table tamer.com chico site set up page. Mine does not have the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings . It says Disable fullscreen optimizations and override High DPI scaling behavior instead. I have tried with neither of them clicked and both of them clicked and one or the other clicked and nothing has stopped Bet online from crashing. I have windows 10 home .

888 client was autoclosing and reinstalled once more from original exe, now TT seems to be working . Havent put in a session yet but at least dont get that error msg anymore. Will post again if anything comes up.

Go to Settings/Hotkeys and add a hotkey configuration.

It sounds like you are on an older version of TT. Please update, and let me know if that solves the problem.

I will look into it. Is this only betting hotkeys or does this include fold? If it is the latter, restarting your PC may fix it.

If you are not on the latest version, I urge you to upgrade. In the past few versions we fixed a problem that was causing Ignition to crash.

You may have to add exclusions to your antivirus for the TT folder, Ignition folder, and any other 3rd party poker software (like ICC or HI).

If you still experience a crash, there will be a dump folder in the ignition folder. I need the dump file from there to analyze the crash. Send it to tabletamer at tabletamer dot com. Or, send it to me on skype. My skype name is the same.

If you are already on the latest, then that dump file may already exist from the crash. If so, please send it.

The last 2 issues you mentioned sound like the status isn't changing correctly.

Please read the section called "Other setup steps" and make sure the status is changing properly.

A three bet can't be 2.3 bb unless its postflop and the other player only bet 1 bb.

I am assuming you have By Position enabled in the betting section. That feature doesn't work on stars. It defaults to using the % of PSB above it, or it will use multiply min bet if that is checked instead.

You should read the setup guides on the website for Pokerstars and for betting.

It seems they have updated. I notified my developer to start working on the update. That's some annoying timing from them.

It makes the tables smaller - too small and they don't fit into the created layout.


I did this and right away, it was working even less - only worked once out of the first 3 times. Then it worked like 6 times in a row, so I'll see how it goes. If it's still problematic, I'll set it to 2000 per your advice.


Yeah - no, it's not working at all. It just stays on Urgent all the time, regardless of table BG color. I tried changing the table BG color multiple times, as well as just going with the plain tableless BG. I stopped and started TT each time I did this, and it had no effect. Tables on urgent all the time, except once when I did it, they were on None (or w/e it's called) for a second.


EDIT: Ok, I deleted and re-added Ignition under Site Setup, put the scan type to GetPixel, and it's now mostly working. Statuses are changing correctly, but it doesn't always go from one urgent table to the next when there's more than one table requiring action.

I had 3 sngs open, and one of them would never/rarely cycle forward after action was taken on the first other table requiring action.

Then I had 2 tables open and this would sometimes happen too. I was in the middle of hands on both tables, acted on the first and focus switched to the second like it should. Meanwhile, action was on me on the first table again, and when I acted on the second table, focus DID NOT shift back to the first table (now requiring action) again.

Also, when you take the pot in a hand on Ign, it makes a little beep as you draw in the pot. This would steal focus from other tables (which had the focus) where action was urgent.

Regarding autoreg, is there any way for reg to be done from the main mtt/sng lobby, rather than having to open the specific mtt/sng lobby and hit the reg button? If not, is it possible for autoreg to close the specific mtt/sng lobby after reg is completed?

there is some kind of bug when using the right click to auto fold that clicks the auto call if if right click on a table before the action gets to me. It should be auto checking the fold btn

Hello, after the last TT/tigergaming update sometimes when i click raise hotkey at chico the table is frozing and unfrozes only when the cards are already folded. Do you know how to fix it?

What version of windows are you on? I will run some tests to see if I can replicate the focus issue.

I can't make it work from the lobby, but I did add the option to autoclose and will release at some point soon.

Make sure you have the very latest because I released a partial fix for this. Another user suggested it was still happening to him too though. I am trying to recreate and fix it. Shutting off new bet style in settings/setup and bet box in bb should fix it though.

Also, are you playing SNG or cash? What do you use to grab hands for your HUD?
