Change the scan type to PrintWindow2, and then restart tt. Then, verify the status changes. If that doesn't fix it, add me on skype, because I would like to see why it isn't working. My skype name is the same.

What games are you playing on there, and are you running any 3rd party software?
Sometimes adding exclusions to your antivirus can help with crashing. Add exclusions for the TT, Ignition, and the 3rd party software folders.

If this is after the crash, there must be instances of lobby.exe still running. You can press ctrl + alt + del and open task manager. Then, go to the details tab and close all of the open lobby.exe.

Otherwise, you may just need to run Ignition as admin.

I just tested and there appears to be no update. Betting should work. Try shutting off all your poker apps and starting them again, or restart your PC.

Couldn't get functional to play multisite/lobby... The program steal the focus between pokersites before I can make a move in the active table, any working configuration?

Read all the setup guides and make sure pop to front or the equivalent function is turned off in the poker client.

Hey! After trying TT for 2 sessions (mtt) playing in 4 sites (PS, 888, Party Poker and WPN), i had these issues:

1.Drag by top is only working on Party Poker (it worked on other sites for a while, but then started a bug dragging the tables forever and then stopped working on other sites)
2.Action history HUD is appearing only on WPN (althoug the "None"/"Advanced" HUD appear at all tables)
3. Hotkeys (Bet, call, fold) are not working on WPN. (I'm following the specific open order to WPN works)
4. Remove Titlebar is not working.

I had also some minor issues, but I think these are crucial.

I'm having a problem on Ignition where I'll set my desired layout (copying it from open tables), it looks good in preview, but then when I run it with new tables they reset to a much larger sizing. Has anyone else had this problem?

Disregard, I figured it out.

I used a custom site set up so I can use TT to play on Global Poker and i cant get the scroll wheel to work for bet sizing. It doesn't look like the site offers an option to use the scroll wheel for bet sizing. Is there any way I can configure TT to recognize the bet sizing bar and allow me to use the scroll wheel to bet size?

Ignition has some weird sizing problems with the new poker client. You can try changing your text scaling to 100% and restarting your PC to see if it helps.

Sorry. At the moment, I don't have a way to make it work.

I also haven't been able to get betting to work on ignition. I am using it for other networks with no issues, for ignition, I can use fold/bet/check, but not the increase or decrease BB (and also the preset betting is not working).

I tried to change to PrintWindow2 (previously GetPixel) and the hotkeys worked the same, but still not working for the betting. When I looked at the preview in site set up, when I switch to printwindow2, it is blank (although the hotkeys do still work in game).

This isn't an issue related to a new update or anything, I haven't been able to get betting to work since buying table tamer.

I apologize for the issues you are having.

First, please try deleting Ignition in TT. Then, restart TT.

You need to verify that the status is changing properly after changing scan types. I would restart TT after each change. Here is the guide.

If the status changes correctly, predefined bets should work.
Make sure Advanced Functions is turned on in Settings/Site Setup.
Make sure the poker client is run as admin.
If you still have issues, please turn on Settings/Program/Debug and Debug 2.
Play some hands, and then click the ? in the main window and hit send logs.
I unfortunately can't check the logs til Monday.

On a side note, I think printwindow2 only works on Windows 8.1 and up.

Hi, i recently updated to the current version, and auto reg for sng/mtt seems to be mostly working now (by mostly i mean it handles most but not all of the reg process/window closing).

I just went thru all the instructions on ur site however, one for site setup, one for verifying correct detection, and one for setting up a layout, all went fine in table tamer, but the layout's not working:



1: i have the setup set for the default ign table size. tt makes the tables smaller and does weird stuff

2. there is an undesirable lock symbol that shows up in the upper left corner of tables

3. running the layout for the first time just wrecked the play money table i was testing with - the table went all black and wouldn't respond to anything, even attempts to close. the table was still producing sound alerts however.

I've been having crashing issues which force me to restart 888/wsop nj for months as predefined betting just stops working mid sessions. So I decided to update and it looks like now party NJ isnt auto entering bet sizes into bet box. My time settings are correct as the faq suggests.

Chico software updated. Currency to BB and Bettings don't work

This. And focus isn't getting set to tables requesting action.

I am getting this again with the new update.

There should be an update tomorrow or the next day at the latest which hopefully alleviates any crashes on 888, but what you described doesn't actually sound like a crash. By crash, you mean the 888 client closes or that the predefined bets just dont work anymore? I will have to look into the party nj issue.

Also, we are working on fixing Chico now.

1) This is an ignition bug.
2) You can shut that off with Settings/HUD/Misc./Show lock button
3) Maybe just a fluke. I have never heard of a similar issue.
