I would go with the former option. Otherwise, you will time out.

That option only matters if you use player panels. It is for aligning them correctly. You should be able to see the changes in real time, so you don't need a chart. I will add some pics showing which seat is what though for the guide though.

What site is this? Your resolution doesn't matter. Also which type of SNG is it?

I tried installing Table Tamer for the first time but can't seem to be able to open it. Yes, I did run it as Admin. When I try to open it I get an error message "There was an error while loading Table Tamer. Table Tamer will exit now. Please send your log file to support." and then some stuff I don't understand. It also says that it coulnd't find "SlimDX, Version=..., Culture=..., PublicKeyToken=..." (there is stuff in there in place of the "...", but I'm not sure if it's safe to post this).

I tried to download the SlimDX setup from your Help site, but the link is broken. What am I doing wrong?

I'm on Ignition and the sngs that are giving me trouble are HUSNGs. Windows 8.1

Thanks, the download worked now. However, during the installation of SlimDX I now get an error message:
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I got new monitors so I changed the size of my tables. Now the boarders are not around the outside of the tables.

I am currently on the 30 day trial, and will definitely subscribe if I can sort out the problems that I am having.

I am playing on 888 and WPN. I only want to use TT for the layouts and preflop. For the layouts everything is working perfectly. However, as far as preflop is concerned, only 888 works flawlessly. On WPN it sometimes doesn't work at all, sometimes it works on ~50% of the tables I'm playing, and I have to manually input my open size on the remaining tables. The problem does seem to increase with the amount of tables I'm playing at the same time. I am typically playing 9 tables, sometimes 10-11 while figuring out which ones to quit. The folding hotkey works on all tables however, it's just opens that are bugging on some of the WPN tables. Is there any solution?

On ignition, the time bank and buy in function in automation does not work, even though it is checked. Can you help?

I have never had this issue before. I would try running the setup as admin. Maybe restarting your PC would help.

What problem still remains? Is it lagging? I fixed the jackpot rake problem too. Were the betsizes correct this time?

I will release a new version today with an injection option for WPN. You should try that option when it is released and read the setup guide.

In case I don't wind up finishing the release today, please try deleting the hand history paths for 888 and restarting TT. Also, read the guide if you haven't.

If you right click on the desktop and go to display settings, there is an option to change the text size for each monitor. What is it set on for your monitors? You might have to change it to 100% (or 125%) on each and then restart your PC.

still had a few crashes on BOL today after updating to the latest version

Hello, I'm considering re-subscribing to Table Tamer.

I used to use Table Tamer in the past but stopped a few months ago for one reason.

I noticed on Ignition, where after I have clicked "Time Bank" - on some occasions, the additional 30 second time bank never activates and my hand is automatically folded after my regular time bank expires.

On Table Tamer, I have always had "Enable Auto Time Bank" unchecked, so it was always strange to me how it could be happening. After I clicked Time Bank, I could see the button depressed, so I know I always did click on it.

It didn't happen every single time I click Time Bank, actually pretty rarely. But I know 100% that it did happen, and it was pretty annoying when I was involved in a big hand. I should add that I was not running any other software concurrently with Ignition and Table Tamer.

The client or TT crashed? Can you please send me your logs by clicking the ? in the main window? How long were you playing before it crashed?

So, it stopped after not using TT? It sounds like a glitch with the poker client to be honest. TT doesn't do anything that would prevent the time bank from activating after being clicked. If you need another week to evaluate TT before subscribing, PM me your user name.

I forgot to ask. Did you add exceptions for TT and Chico?

I've had an email registered on TableTamer.com for quite a few years now. I've been using one old version of Table Tamer (ver. 1.0.5.1) that has always seemed to work fine (some features stopped working, but many very basic ones, including window positioning, hotkeys, still worked). Even when Bovada turned into Ignition.

Is it possible my old version of Table Tamer is causing the problem?

It was the Chico client that was crashing. Was the issue addressed in the latest patch having to do with TT crashing? I had experienced neither before last night fwiw. Both times seemed to happen when i was using the scroll wheel to change the bet size.

I added no exceptions. Changed nothing about the program other than updating to the latest version.

I am also running the card catcher, but they haven't updated recently.

Oh, you mean exceptions in windows defender or firewall? No, I haven't done that with any program.

hi, fold hotkey does not work in Microgaming (Betsafe). I am using Fun view which should be ok according to your setup page. I also followed other instructions in the MIcrogaming setup guide. Anyone else getting the same issue ?
