can you tell me what might be the issue here:

latest update seemed to fix it, i think there was an issue with the layout in the site setup in the previous versions (the buttons weren't in the correct place). had it all setup according to the site setup page (run as admin, disable DPI, no table switcher).

i am trying to make custom bet sizes for ignition. I followed the directions online, and i see the button that i made with text 1/3, but when i click it, nothing happens.
I followed the add buttons to a table directions for 1/2 pot bet.
Is there something else I need to do to get this to work?

the crash usually happens if i load 3 tables right away. if i load 2 first and wait to load the 3rd sometime later it doesnt happen as often?

Do u know there's a brand new WPN client going to be switching in a month or so?

I am trialing, but im having issues getting GG poker to work with hotkeys,

i got incremental betsize increase/decrease working, but when we hotkey for fold/call/raise it just lags...it seems that it also doesnt see the table correct, because it think MTT's are cashgame tables.

the only way i got the incremental stuff working is with "printwindow2" btw, but it kinda sucks that it doesn't accept the hotkeys somehow?

I also don't seem to get Pokerstars working, i did manage to get unibet working fine though.

whats the best way of solving this problem? logs/remote?

Do you keep (ignition specifically) the setup rules updated on tabletamer.com? Is that always the holy gospel on how to set it up?

using latest update, playing MTTs on WPN using $ to BB...random stacks appear in chips instead of BBs, seems totally random

edit: seems like if a stack is > 100 bbs it will show it in chips

We are working on it. We found the problem, and are going to have it fixed tonight most likely.

When you say maximize, do you mean you actually hit the maximize button? A table over a certain size won't work currently. I will look into fixing that for larger tables. Does it work at 100% at a smaller size?

Yes. I plan on updating it whenever there is a change in a new version. So, please check it when a new version comes out until we are finishing with Ignition.

We are working on WPN, but got distracted with other problems. We will fix this soon.

Noticed a small bug on wpn, my hot key button for sit out all toggles the auto muck on and off instead of the sit out button. They are right near each other so assuming it’s a bug but maybe I’m doing something wrong

It works at 100% on a smaller size, and when I slowly increase the size - it works up until a point (about 1/3rd of my screen width). Past that point, it will not work on 100% either.

I have tried manually increasing table size (by dragging the border) and got above results. It's really annoying not being able to play with anywhere close to a full screen though.

Do you know when this will be fixed for monitors of my size and resolution?

Hey pokercancer I think you might have missed my message. Been a couple weeks now that I cant use TT on winamax :/

Does anyone else has this ussue where TT sounds keep playing non stop and the only options are to mute TT sounds using the volume mixer or to restart TT? I use the feature quite a bit but that bug is really annoying.

The check when fold is not an option stopped working, It worked for a few days after the update.

Also the pot size on Ignition stopped working for me

Hi, I updated to the latest version a couple days ago (1.3.8.2) and here's what's working for me and what's not. I am playing Ignition sngs and mtts on Windows 7 with an Aero theme (I think... taskbar/window frames are transparent, but the theme I have selected just says Unsaved Theme.)


1. I used to use a Fold to any Bet hotkey, but that doesn't work anymore so I changed it to Fold, and checked Enable Adv Action Hotkeys. It seems that's all working now.

EDIT: I just tweaked my layout, then opened some more tables, and all of sudden the advanced action fold is not working anymore. Regular fold still working. Weird.


2. I read that there's a way to get TT to show the initial pot, before action on any street, the way the client used to show. How?


3. Typing bets using keyboard numberpad still doesn't work well at all. It is consistently inconsistent. You have to highlight whats in the bet box first by double clicking etc, and once its highlighted and u begin typing, sometimes what u type goes in the bet box, and sometimes (very often) it just unhighlights the preset figure in the bet box. Something similar was happening before as well, prior to this big table update.


4. Tables still don't pop up when they are supposed to a lot of the time when multitabling, or they steal focus from one another etc. This has been the case for months, prob over a year. U joined me on skype a while back but couldn't figure out what was causing it. Assuming that's still the case, Ill just put up with that aspect and listen for the action alerts until I get a new Windows 10 PC sometime in the future which I assume would fix that problem. If I turn TT off and set the client to popup tables when actions on me, that no longer works now after this update either.


5. Funny enough, given point 4, but after this new table update, when the advanced action Fold is selected, the table pops to the front (when using TT at least) when action comes around and your hand is folded. This pretty much defeats the point of using the advanced action settings. This didn't used to happen before this Ign update. Can this be fixed? In the same boat, tables popup when you win a hand too I think. Very annoying!


6. On the positive side, the fold, bet, and all in hotkeys all seem to be working (once the table has focus by me manually clicking on it, see point 4 above). Table layout (tiling) and tourney autoreg are working as well, thank you.


7. Is there a solution for the adv. action fold button quickly turning to the call button when action comes around?
