I downloaded your latest beta version, but iPoker still dont convert my chips to BBs.

Im currently playing on Betfair skin version 18.5.6.3.

I just found that if you open Betfair after TT is running it won't work. I fixed it by adding a delay and I will release it soon. For now, load betfair first and then TT. If it still doesn't work, you are in free mode. Free mode doesn't support convert to BB.

Ok, sorry about that. It sounds like your skin is still on the old version. You can downgrade to 1.2.8.0 for now. Please let know me your skin name. Also, make sure you are using classic view on the tables. The old version also supports the fun theme, but you have to select it when you add the site. I would like to see what is happening, so if you add me on skype, I can help you further.

This is working and must be a setup issue. Please check that you didn't miss anything in the setup guide.

I think you chose the wrong theme when setting up MG. I just tested and both themes work fine on the old software. When you add the site, there is an option to choose the theme. You can use either fun theme or classic. I am about to upload a new beta. Please remove the site and add it again. I am going to update the setup guide too, so look at that.

Hey, thanks for addressing the BB issue. Unfortunately, after downloading the beta version, I get an error message saying that TT cannot function properly and that I should restart my poker client and run in admin mode, which I have. It also tells me that I should add my poker client to antivirus exclusions which I did. Still getting the error message. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I set up custom bet % of pot amount hot keys. All hot keys are working on WPN but not on ignition. On ignition all my hot keys are working except bet x% of pot. Please help

On my laptop when I open the the trial version of TT its just shows its icon on the taskbar but no menu is shown.
Win10 with ACR site. Works fine on my desktop.

Do you have Settings/Site Setup/Advanced Functions turned on? Also run the client as admin.
