Wtf bro? What a shame... There isn't one single software out there that works better in pokerstars than this in multystack! No flaws! I've tested them all and none can compare to this one... Plus, I think there isn't softwares with multystack layout at all for pokerstars, guess there is only one more and no way he comes closer.
Dude, at least sell this software to someone who is willing to support it... Think about it please!

Multi-stack popup will be missed after using it for so long, the StarsCaption guy said he'll at least try to add it but at the moment TO is still the best option available for table management. So much simpler to make new layouts and get them exactly as needed.

Even with something simple like removing titlebars/borders TO handles it slicker, in StarsCaption/StarsHelper the borders are there briefly before they're removed and resizing is more noticeable - TO seems to handle everything faster + before it's ever visible.

I'm not sure I ever had a betscript malfunction with TO, on other software you'll accidentally minbet a non-zero amount of the time.

Sad to see it go! Hopefully you're busy getting rich with other projects czyngischan, thanks for your work on TO over the years.

Too bad! Your program is the best for multitabling with a large margin from competitors.
When making a final decision, please consider options:
- program cost increase
- transfer of support to another person (company)
- work with marketing to increase cash flow (I see that the program is not represented at all sites associated with poker soft)

im pretty sure you can sell the program to someone who has the time to keep it updated. Its a great piece of software that surely has the potential to keep customers for many years to come.

You shouldn't have high hopes that somebody is going to buy it. A potential buyer would not only have to keep it updated but also make it work with the new PokerStars Aurora engine because at some point PokerStars will force players to use it. And making TO work with Aurora is a moderately difficult task that requires some special skills and experience.

so how will others like starshelper or starscaption fix the aurora issue?

I didn't say that they can't fix it. On the contrary I'm pretty sure that they can do it. But a random developer who has no experience with PokerStars may have hard time doing it, so the number of people who have neccessary skills is limited. This is one of the many reasons why it's unlikelly that somebody is going to buy and takeover TO.

Like others said, this software is very good for bet sizing hotkeys and most importantly moving tables. I use 888caption to move tables for 888 and its okay but not great. Tableoptimizer moves everything exactly the right spot etc.



But there will be updates on it now until its done right?



What other software are you guys going to use then? What software is 2nd best then? Starscaption? Starshelper? Tabletamer? I used tabletamer before with sites like bcp and it had lot of bugs whether its betting or moving tables etc.



The thing great about tableoptimizer is you can auto register sngs. I believe starshelper does not do this?

The website says it's supported until the end of the year, my sub ran out so I'm using StarsCaption now. It works fine if a bit more fiddly to set up.

StarsHelper was terrible when I tried it, not sure why so many of the RIO guys use it. Maybe they're paid to?

Also im not sure if this is a tableoptimizer bug or a stars software bug. But many times when i have tables opened... my hotkeys doesn't work for many tables. I can't even click on what i want to do with my mouse. I also cannot move the tables to another spot on my monitor. Does this happen to anyone else?



The only way to fix this issue is close those tables that have those issues... then open those tables again. I had this happen quite a bit. Do you know if this is a tableoptimizer issue or stars software issue? I have not closed tableoptimizer when this happened though to see but curious if you or anyone else have the same issue. The problem is when this happens, you cannot do anything. You basically have to close the table as quick as possible and open it back again... or if you wait too long... your hand is going to be folded because either the action is on you and you cannot click on anything... your mouse clicking or hotkeys do not work. The only way is to close the table and once you do that... your hand folds automatically and then once you open that table immediately its folded.

If no one want to buy this software and keep it updated I am not moving to stars caption or relatives for sure cause I need one that supports multystack and that software doesn´t support that. The only one that has SNG regestering/betting/table placing with multystack is table ninja. Their support is very bad endeed nowadays but their software is not the worst, is playable.

No, the software is really good and the subscription is for lifetime. Problem is that you have funcionallities that are a bit hard to configure and to understand. You have to spend some time on it. I would choose StarsHelper over StarsCaption all day!

On 888caption and partycaption, there is option where you can put bet sizes on the screen where you can click on it... then it sets a bet up.


Its in the Hud tab and Table panels. So example say i put things like 30%, 40%, 100% on it... then when im playing i see 30%, 40%, 100% on the table So when i click on it... it then automatically set my bet slider to that much percentage of the pot. I could also put like 2.2x and 2.5x there and when i click on that, it would set my preflop bet size to that amount. Can i do this on tableoptimizer? I always used hotkeys for bet sizes assuming i don't have that bet size set on the stars for postflop. Like stars give you option to put a few bet sizes only but if i want to use say a 100% pot size bet, i don't have that as an option and rather click on 100%, then bet it. Can i do all of this?


Also i notice every table that opens, my stack is in BB as oppose to chips. I do have a hotkey where i set where it enable money to bb. So everytime stars table opens, i need to click on it every single time it seems. I don't have the money to bb enabled on the general tab though. So is there reason why my stack shows up as bb each time? I do want the option to change my chip stack to bb occasionally which is why i set up the hotkey. But in general, i want my chips as normal and not bb. How do i fix this?
