Hi,
when I have the browser overing pokerstars client TO doesn´t registers me or stops regestering in SNG. Is this a normal behavior from TO? This has never happened before, sometimes I need me browser open. I have to keep checking all the time if SNG is regestring me. Any advice?

I can't reproduce this. Does it work if only 50% of the Lobby is covered?

This happened on Sunday on pokerstars.pt, today was tuesday and worked fine but I was always checking to make sure is was regestering. I really need all screen space in my second monitor so I have to hide pokerstars lobby in the corner. If this keep happening in the next couple sessions I´ll let you know.

It would be better if first in line cycling isn't jumping to random table if there's no more action needed tables and focus stays on last action needed table.

Had a stars update when opening stars. When i try to autoregister sng with tableoptimizer, it didn't work. I notice i had to do an update and then there was no longer error.


Then for some reason, an error showed that the theme on stars is not same as tableoptimizer so i made the change. That no longer shows an error. But it currently does not autoregister sngs now.


What do i do here?

Do you have following columns in following order in your sng lobby?
ID, Game, Limit, Buy-in, Speed, Type, State, Enrolled

When it comes to autoregister sngs, i register 180 mans mostly. But when i register the on demands, how do i make sure the ones that are in late reg do not show up? Thus i only want on demands registering that are not in late reg.


Also another big issue. I have the BB stack size for all the players such as if someone's bb is 35bb, it shows 35 on their avatar etc. Recently, i noticed few times, the number that is shown for each player for the BB is incorrect. It would be like 2 spots moved to the left or to the right. But all the other tables, its correct. Is this a weird bug or something? I had this happened quite a bit already. Because i typically have the BB number shown on the top corner of the table for my BB... but i also have it next to my avatar as well... and of course the BB number for everyone else. But it was incorrect in one of my tables today a few times. But the other tables was correct.

This looks like a bug. Can you check if reopening the table fixes it?

Hi there. I did not close and reopen the tables. I just let it stay the way it is and the bb stacks never was correct once it was incorrect. Other table seem to not have issues though. I will try to close and reopen the tables and see if it fixes it. But do others have this issue? Again, i never had this issue back then. Now it happen quite a bit already and usually its 1 table that is incorrect. The other ones have no issue.

I have to do a renewal of tableoptimizer. When i go to the site, i notice there is option for returning customer. Do i have to do it this way or i could just enter my information? I don't think i ever created an account when buying this a while back and renewing it.


I previously paid with paypal and want to use neteller. For the email address i have to fill out, does this email need to be the neteller email address since i'm paying it this way? Previously i paid with paypal and the email address i put down, i put down the same email address that i use mostly. But since im paying with neteller, do i need to type in the neteller email address on the 2nd line of the billing details in email address? Or that is not necessary?

You don't need to use "Returning customer" options.
Email address doesn't need to match Neteller e-mail address.

How often are we suppose to click on check updates when opening TO? I haven't done it in a long time and did this. Now it updated and then it said it's not compatiable with stars because im using an old version of stars. Then i opened stars again and it could not update and showed an error. I then closed holdem manager 2 and TO and then opened stars as i do normally while clicking on the stars icon on my desktop. But then i recalled in order for it to ever do an update, i have to go to start menu, click on stars that way... then it did an update. Is that normal? Thus is there a reason why when i open stars from my desktop icon, it never updates?


Well after stars updated when i clicked on it from start menu, i got message that my user settings has been changed. I could only X it out... could not put in yes or no etc. I noticed when i did this, my custom layouts from my stars is no longer there. But my hotkey and everything else seem to be fine. I then opened TO and it does start up and says compatible... says stars.com version 24.4.4.6 compatible.


But when i moved it the arrow on that area to the top, it shows

Is that how its suppose to look above? Because when i tried to use TO to autoregister sng... it did not register at all. So i looked at TO and noticed that it says

So what is the issue here?

As far as I understand, some of PokerStars settings were reset. Maybe you are again missing ID column from sng Lobby?

Sounds great, table Optimizer is a handy tool which allows you to modify PokerStars tables to remove title bars and borders.

When I want to take a note, i.e. in the replayer, I can only write until a table needs attention, so i have to click again to finish the note. Can I fix that with TO? Or is that smth you can fix in the Pokerstars preferences?

If you are using "Popup table whenever use action is required" in PokerStars settings/Gameplay/Multitabling, you can also enable "Don't steal focus.

You can't fix this problem if you are using "Popup table when user action required" in TO.

You can update TO by clicking "Check for updates" in General tab.
You can update PokerStars by running PokerStarsUptade.exe from c:\Program Files\PokerStars.

Just bought TO after i did a trial long time ago without problems, now i can't use it because client not compatible with TO

Is there a way that I can control the order of tables opening. I play 6 tables and I have set it to open bottom left with 3 in a row and 2 in a column.

It currently opens bottom left, centre bottom, right bottom, top left, centre top and top right but I want bottom left, centre bottom then top left, centre top, bottom right and top right?

Is this possible? I can't figure it in the settings

This is possible only using slots. You need to:
1. Enable "Move new tables to slots".
2. Click on "Setup slots/Slots".
3. Create 6 slots and order them as you like.
