Before i tried to update earlier, there is only one update application folder. Now there is 2 of them with the update1.


Also why is it in options... 2 files are exactly 7kb and the other is exactly 18kb? Are they the same thing?

The problem is caused by your antivirus software, I can't do much about it.

update1 is a temporary file created during udpate which sometimes doesn't get deleted. You can safely delete it manually.

option.ini.bak is an old version of your settings. It is no longer used so you can also safely delete it.

Hello, i didn t use table optimizer for a verry long time and i recently purchased a new licence. I remember being able to set preflop 3 bet/4bet and 5bets preset sizings, but can t figure out how to do this anymore for some reasons. Could you help please?

First problem start happening since kaspersky said TO has a virus. You said this was a false positive so I add to exclusions.

Second problem start happening aswell since my antivirus said TO has some sort of a virus.
Any ideas?

Another problem I have. When I want to sit out I do it manually on cash games, for me the hotkeys are useless sometimes, why? Because TO brings me back in to the games sometimes! Even if I do it manually or not! I want to sitout and sit back in when I wanted. Last session I was sitout in all tables, I checked myself and I left the computer for quite a while. When I came back I was still donating blinds. Can you do someting or help me on this please? I mean, this is an erratic behavior of the software because if I want to be sitout I REALLY want to be sitout not sit back in when he wants.

Another situation that is confusing me since day one. Popup tables! I want TO to popup my tables when I play in multystack layout, some time I have to cycle to go to the table that has action, TO is not poping up them. I only know that tables have action because I see behind their boarders. I tried all TO popup option and really I don´t understand the overlapping thing, etc... I´m not used to talk english and I don´t understand the meaning of some words even in google translate, apologies. I have 12 slots displayed like this:



Could they be overlapping just because I moved them manually? By the way, I am using action mode.

update.exe was probably deleted by Kaspersky. You need to reinstall TO manually like this:

1. Download latest TO version from the website: www.tableoptimizer.com/to.zip
2. Extract to.zip to a new folder.
3. Copy all extracted files.
4. Paste these files into TO main folder and overwrite old files.

I don't know how anti-virus could cause the second problem. Running Pokerstars in compatibility mode with Windows XP can cause false positive in Troubleshooting. Maybe you are doing this?

Please send your logs and settings as described here: https://www.tableoptimizer.com/support/ . I can't do much without it.

You should:
1. Set "Popup tables when user action required" in TO.
2. Disable "Popup table whenever user action is required" in Pokerstars.
3. Disable "Popup table when hand is dealt" in TO
4. Set "Enable multi-stack popup" in TO.
5. Set "Stacks are overlapping" if your stacks are overlapping.

You can check if stacks are overlapping by adding "Number of tables in the stack" to your hud. You should try it with "Stacks are overlapping" disabled. If you open 12 tables, hud on each table should show you "1". If it's showing something different then your stacks are overlapping and you need to enable "Stacks are overlapping".

If you are using auto-slots you should set smart stacking mode to "None".

Ok, I'll sent the logs today because my main concern is the sitout issue. It shouldn't bring me back to the table when I press it manually or it should have other reliable option. I have tried sitout next hand in all tables on TO but doesn't work in all tables, I don't know why! Some tables the games kept going and I have to press it manually, and then when I came back I am sit back in in some tables...

Already disabled popup table whenever user action is required in pokerstars but TO is still saying that I have enable in both. I already have rebooted bott too and getting the same message...

Multystack popup doesn´t wotk sometimes and causes to sitout in MTT. I have to cycle manually. Already disable the popup in pokerstars. I think you should take a look please.

You're right, there is a bug in multi-stack popup in stacks overlapping mode. This feature is pretty complicated so it will take some time to fix.
For now you can try making sure that your stacks are not overlapping(by putting small gaps between them) and disabling "Stacks are overlapping" option.

On the Player's HUD, on the History, is it possible to make the Raise show the size ?

Like on the programa Starshelper does it.

For example, if i raise 2.1x, on the HUD it will show as R2.1

If i 3bet to like 6.1bb, it will show as 3B6.1

Recent updates was detected by Kaspersky antivirus as malware/trojans, as was mentioned by people before in this thread. Im not gonna add TO as exclusion for Kaspersky, neither i want to play without it. Is there any chance that update comes which fix that software interaction problem?

It's a problem on Kaspersky's end, what do you want him to do? It's best to add all poker clients/software as exclusions anyway, even poker clients have triggered false positives in the past.

I don't know why Kaspersky detects it so I can't do any changes that will fix it. All I can do is report it as a false positive and hope that they will remove it(you can do it yourself btw). However that doesn't guarantee that the problem won't reappear after next TO update.
Which Kaspersky version you are using? I've tried with Kasperky Internet Security Trial recently and it wasn't complaining.
