First of all is a PS software problem, I can`t update the PS software under any circumstance. After like a dozen email exchange with PS support last month, and follow every instruction, they couldn't`t get me to update from 10.9.2.7 PS version.

Even if I try to remove the software completely, deleting all the PS files from my PC that I know, he keeps starting with the old version, and today when I open TO software I get an error(Error6) that may be cause because PS client update(strange because PS client didn`t update for months), and that version 10.9.2.7 is incompatible, and doe not work.

So my question is how in the word do I solve this problem? Did you ever encounter a similar problem or have any idea of a solution for this issue?!

With TO I usually have the same problem, meaning that I always have to update manually from your site because automatic update never works.

It seems that this problem happens when "Activate table under mouse" is enabled and mouse cursor is positioned in a part of the table that will not be covered by confirmation dialog. I will try to fix that.

Is there a 3bet sizing option on TO?

It's prohibited by Pokerstars to have separate preset bet for 3bet.

TO won't update for me. When I click "check for updates" I get the box with "TO needs to close yes/no" and when I click "yes" nothing happens. I am still on v1.3.0.2 and I'm not sure how to update manually?

To manually reinstall Table Optimizer you need to:
1.Download latest TO version from the website: www.tableoptimizer.com/to.zip
2.Extract to.zip to a new folder.
3.Copy all extracted files.
5.Paste these files into TO main folder and overwrite old files.

Software looks great after messing about with it a bunch. The only thing I can't get to work is for tables to move to an auto slot when I'm all-in.

Assume all-in = true should do the trick?

I've tried for quite a while to get it to work so I don't think it's a simple error of mine, it just always goes into my auto slot that I've set up for VPIP hands (All-in slot has highest priority rating, I also have all-in = false on VPIP slot).

You need to make a copy of options.ini and license.dat files from TO main folder or simply make a copy of entire folder.

Hi, multistack popup doesn't work after the last update (TO is still bringing tables to front, just not multistack). Stars UK latest build.

"Pop up table when action required" is unticked in the Stars client.

Does your program work for auto accepting the "Are you sure you want to close this table" dialog? It doesn't work using your program and I'm having to use Starshelper in conjunction to do this. I have "Close OK popups" ticked.

TO won't auto accept this dialog when you're closing table manually. You need to use "Close seated table" hotkey.

Is there any way to run SNG registering on its own without TO controlling tables? If not is this something you could implement if possible?

I'm not sure what do you mean by controlling tables. If you disable everything except sng registering TO is not going to do anything with tables.
