No, the table stays in the grid, just the hotkeys stop working. And the action required seems to be always "NO".

I have a problem with PartyPoker. After a while a "bet" key and a "bet size" key stops working. Other tables (pokerstars and GGPoker) keep working at the same time. Only solution is to restart the computer.

That's weird.. Specifically what hotkey actions are you talking about, and what hotkey keys are you using for them?

What features does SAT have for ignition? I am looking for a TT alternative that works more consistently.

might be better to ask what you're looking for.. SAT is a multitabling software to help organize your tables from multiple different sites, and move them around your screen when action is required or not.. and there are also a bunch of hotkeys to help make gameplay easier. TT came after SAT and as i understand they were aggressive in adding new features, however that came at the cost of stability of the product. i've had quite a few customers tell me that recently. i prefer to keep SAT as stable as possible even if that means i dont add as many features, to ensure that the software behaves as my players expect

Might be a silly question but I used my email address to try out the software but because I could not manage to run SAT on MAC I think I did not click on the confirmation email.

Now I get rid of the MAC and would like to use SAT on windows, registered my email address but did not receive an email with the trial code.

How long usually it takes until it arrives? Could be the first registration the problem?

usually the email should come within a few minutes. its possible the first reg was the problem.. can you PM me your email address and also the Machine ID in the software?

Playing spins on Party..When the table resizes and moves into a tile, it resizes with only the middle/top left of the table showing and not the whole table. I have to stop SaT, make the table bigger then start again and it will resize that table properly but when I load up a new table the same problem persists. Any suggestions?

as i remember, the Spin&Go tables do not allow me to resize their table until after the first hand has started... you should get a popup notification telling you that. do you? can you wait for a hand to start, and then see if SAT resizes it properly?

I do not get a pop up nor does it change during the hand. I only get this problem on Party and not on other sites.

thanks, one more thing... you say to fix it, you have to manually resize the table yourself, and then stop/start SAT. however, if you try to do that before the first hand starts, does it work? or does it still fail? from what i remember, it wouldn't work until after the first hand is dealt

When the table is spinning to determine the multiplier, I don't believe you're able to resize it until after the first hand is dealt like you said

Hey Greg! I just downloaded the software and want to add ACR as a site. When I open a new table "to be recognized" it says click on the table and press F9. Problem is that on my laptop the K9 key locks the laptop :/ Any ideas on how to fix this ?
