Tables initially move to your New Tables location.

What happens instead?
The Move To Grid setting is for moving tables out of the stack. If you cannot get tables into the stack then of course thats not gonna work.

Also the stack doesnt work either.
What exactly 'doesn't work'? Many people use this software, so it probably works. When something breaks, usually a bunch of people are fast to post about it in here. Perhaps you aren't using it correctly. How are you attempting to put tables into the stack?

Hi greg,

Thanks for the fast reply.
I dont know if im doing something wrong. I just followed the instructions to set it up. The tables dont go to the stack slot and when I enter the pot it just keep on the same spot. Also the table doesnt come in front of the screen but keeps behind another table that is not active.

Thanks

Did you follow the Walkthrough completely?

Please run this Test and see if it works for you:

On Winamax you can not use fold hotkey to fold in advance. Only when it is your turn to act.
Would prefer to have option to fold in advance also on Winamax if that is not a big problem for You to implement.

Also quick question about layout. I want to have some tables in stack and other tables tiled around stack.

These will be correct settings for that?
And also which hotkey i should use to take tables out from stack to tiled layout? "Keep table in grid" or "Move table to next slot" ?

Thanks.

Another person recently reported this. I will look into it for the next version

Looks fine. It will require you to manually put tables into the stack, either with the hotkeys you mention below, or by dragging.

Depends on what you want to do. Normally "Move table to next slot" is sufficient. "Keep table in grid" will lock the table in the grid so that any Fold clicks or "Stack" hotkeys will not move it back to the stack.

See the hotkeys help page for more information

You would need to choose "Other" from the Sites dropdown, and then go through the Custom Site Wizard. Instructions are on the website

Hmmm. I were thinking if stack slot = new tables slot it will put all tables automatically in stack and i will only need to manually tile tables to which i want to focus more.

Ok, i think i will use "Keep table in grid" because if I tile some tables around stack I don`t want them to automatically jump back to stack after hand is finished.

Thanks again and sorry for beginner questions. Just want to be sure i set up everything correct before session as I hate to try to change settings while playing.
And so much better software than TN2 as everything is working as it is supposed to work if you set up everything correct.

In stack when there is all in before you table does not pop up. Which is pretty annoying as I use stack only for turbos/hyper SNGs and there are lot of times when somebody is all in before you..

Sorry my mistake, I made a typo. It will require you to manually put tables into the GRID.

Possibly a bug, possibly a problem with detection of the fold button. What site/theme does this happen on? Are your gridslots abnormally small?

pokerstars, hypersimple. don`t think tables are very small, have 12 tiled tables on 2560x1440 with one slot for stack.

maybe something with my other settings in SaT?

There was an update to HyperSimple in the latest release. Have you tried removing and re-including the site within SaT?

I just tested on play money, I used Move To Grid = When action required. Then I raised my fullstack-1bb and then folded so I only had a 1bb stack left. Then I put the table back in the stack so that I would face an allin the next time around, and it correctly moved to grid.

So try re-Including the site, and then try that test. Let me know how it goes.

If it still fails, I want to see if the problem is limited to only Hypersimple for you. Try changing your theme in Stars, and then remove PokerStarsHyperSimple and include the correct theme in SaT. Then do the same test.

Hello,

Today, for the first time, I am unable to open SAT. There is an icon in the task bar, but it wont maximize, and i can see that everything is missing in the client except for the "start" box. I haven't updated anything recently and I am running SAT as administrator. I also tried to uninstall/reinstall. I don't think another program is interfering because I'm not using anything new. Thanks in advance for your help!

Just tried to remove and include hyper simple again and test it same way like you did with play money and it seemed to work. Will see tomorrow if everything works good with MTTs/SNGs.

However there is one small issue again. When somebody is allin and you have only 2 options call or fold and call is where bet/raise button should be "call" hotkey in SaT is not working. However you can call with "bet" hotkey.
Probably not so easy to fix that if possible at all?

Edit: one more thing I wanted to ask. I did not see any hotkeys to cycle through tables. Like activate previous table. And when breaks start it is not so fast to go through all tables to look if there are still some hands left to play. If I just minimize all tables from stack will SaT restore them back when there will be action needed after break?

Never mind . Found activate next slot hotkey heh

Ok let me know. If it works with Move To Grid = When action required, then tables should also correctly pop up in the stack, if you are using a stack method of play. SaT uses the same mechanism

Yeah, you should instead think of SaT's fold/call/bet hotkeys as simply button1/button2/button3 in left to right order as visible on the table

There is a "Send table to bottom" hotkey, which will allow you to cycle through tables in the stack by sending the top table to the bottom. Try that. I wouldn't recommend minimizing tables, SaT _should_ still bring them up, but that hasn't really been tested.

That does something a little different, but perhaps I'm misunderstanding what you want. "Activate next slot" hotkey will activate/focus the next slot in order 2,3,4,etc, you can verify that by turning on the active window highlighter.

No i think You understand me very good. I was just using my 12 tiled layout and thought that "Activate next slot" just goes through all tables and if I had lot of tables in stack it will just go through all tables.

I think send table to bottom will do the job how I want in stack slot (if break is starting and I don`t have a hand at table just send to bottom to find if there are still some tables where i will need action)

Thanks again.

Edit: I also use small soft PsHandler for auto timebanks on stars and .fr and just saw there is hotkey in SaT "Sitout all tables". In PsHandler I can set up hotkey to quit program and if i set same hotkey on SaT for "Sitout all tables" I just need to put ~ yeah?

And You have some info how "Sitout all tables" will work together with this Winamax built in option?
Because on Winamax in general breaks are shorter than on both Stars and i would rather miss 1 or 2 hands than my timebank in my MTTs.

If you want to use the same hotkey in SaT and other programs, then you would prefix the key with the ~ in SaT. This tells SaT to "pass through" the keypress to other applications, instead of taking over the key completely.

I don't know exactly how it will work with that setting. But its very simple, with SaT's "Sitout all tables" hotkey, all SaT does is click the sit out checkbox on the table. Nothing more, just sends one click. So pretend you clicked the checkbox yourself with your mouse, it should behave the same way. Or just deliberately test it and see before hand, thats always the best way.

I have 6 tiles with 2 slots per tile, but sometime i was 3 tables on 1 tile stack and 1 table on its own. How can i do this without it just swapping tables? I want it to just move the table to the stack and not swap it.

If so, I don't think you're using SaT, because SaT only allows 1 table per slot
