pre action checkboxes are not detected by SaT. however, if you use a "Fold" or "Fold+Stack" hotkey in SaT, it will try to click the fold checkbox and then send the table to the stack.


as for the table staying in grid, this is a current limitation of SaT. tables will not move back to the stack unless you click on the Fold button, or if you send a "Stack" hotkey. if you win the hand at showdown, SaT does not detect that, and leaves the table in grid. this shouldn't be too bad because a new hand will start and will require your attention for another decision very shortly. however this is noted here and requests for detection have been made in the past:

thats very possible, usually i just test on NLHE. how SaT works is it looks for the visibility of the Fold button. in these other games, if there is no Fold button, or if its moved, or if the "bring in" button is a different color than the fold button, SaT won't detect it. what site did you notice this on?

On Stars, sounds like it will be because there is no fold option it's not recognised, you have the option to bring in or complete, there is no fold button at that stage.

it's not the standard bet box, when you are first to act in a stud game your two options are to 'bring in' or 'complete', they have a box for each of these, then it reverts to the standard 'fold' 'call' 'raise' options of limit games.

If I can find a script to automatically click 'bring in' for me, then it sounds like it would work with SaT, but not sure that will be poss since stars are against any program that auto selects an option for you.

i just loaded up a stud table and i see the bring in button, its actually in the same location as the Fold button so i'm surprised that its not working. it must be because the "Bring In" txt takes up more room than the fold button and therefore SaT isn't seeing it.

Hey, like the software, when i push fold and the tables are in any slots they dont go back to stack ever, how do i change that? it should automatically go back to stack right? or is this all done via hotkeys - would prefer automatic

and...i have middle mouse button set as shove all in hot key, but table wont jump to slot when its pushed - using stars hotkeys for this feature, anyway to slot the all ins ?

if you click Fold with the mouse, the table should return to the stack, as long as you have 'Left Click Detection' checked in the Advanced Options. it is turned on by default, so it should work. what site are you playing on? some of the new sites like Merge and Cake don't work fully just yet. i'm in the midst of a big update though

sure. i'm assuming youre using Tile Setting = Action Required? if so, in SaT, set up the same hotkey as an "External VPIP hotkey" but with the ~ prefix

example:

StarsHotkeys all-in: F2
SaT external VPIP: ~F2

is it me, or does the pre-defined site definition for ipoker (Will Hill) not work? The fold button seems to click the "call" button.

it should work as long as your chatbox is fully visible (unless they made an update recently and changed their layout)

what theme am i supposed to be using? It doesn't work for "simple (4 color)". The F9 works to grab the table, but f10 does not press the "bet" button.

those settings actually arent gonna work. Cake2 actually has two different table sizes. you can resize the table smaller and youll see that once it gets to a certain smaller size, the box that encompasses the chatbox/betbuttons snaps larger and throws off all the scaling.

i have new settings working that will be included in the next update. its a fairly big one so i've taken my time on it.

i've updated that post that you linked to. you'll need to choose one of the two files, either BIG or SMALL, depending on your grid table size.

This may have been asked already but i need a little help using stack and tile for 888. i created the custom setup for it and it works pretty well except for one thing.

Since the pre-fold button is black as well as the actual fold button it brings the table to the grid whenever the pre-fold button shows up which is way before the table actually requires action. This obviously slows down play and takes up space needed for other tables. Other than that it works great and snaps back to the stack when i fold.

Is there any way around this? id rather not have to do a table mod if i dont have to, however if that is the only way, does anyone know any basic table mods. Id be happy if it just changed the fold button colour

Also, fold button has a thin blue line across the bottom of it so is there maybe a way to use that to fix it?

yeah the problem is exactly as you describe it.

i have 888 working on my computer and it will be included in the next release which should be soon. ive chosen the blue colored part near the bottom of the button to get it to work.

if you want you can go through the custom site wizard and try to click on the lower part of the button where the blue is. otherwsie, if you dont mind, i am hoping to get out this next update within the week, but no promises

i tried the BIG on the max table size and it didn't work. When I try to create a custom table, it doesn't seem to highlight the active table correctly. Are you sure it can pick up the "Simple four color" theme? Is that the one you are using? Thanks.

when you drop in the settings file (BIG or SMALL), you dont need to go through the custom site creator. the cake settings should be listed at the bottom of the drop down. just select those. 4 color deck shouldnt matter

I was saying that NEITHER worked. I tried using the BIG site you created, and I tried creating my own. But in neither case could the software recognize the button on the table.

try this, create a new layout File->NewLayout, use a default size cake2 table. the include the BIG site settings

i just did that and it worked for me..

it seems that its working for me because i use 120dpi (125%) windows settings. the settings seem to be broken on 96dpi (100%). im working on a fix today
