hmmm interesting, so that means that the normal resizing borders on the left/right/bottom of the table are not present either.. i guess that would coincide with the titlebar not showing.. still not sure why that would happen

+1 to all of the above. As a long time customer of StackandTile, it has been one of the most reliable poker software that I've used and if something small does change within one of the sites that causes an issue it's usually fixed within a day. The table placement and arrangement of tables in using either Stack, Tile, or StackandTile mode has been extremely stable over the years and is rarely broken unless a site makes an major update within their software. In my opinion the trade off of forgoing some of the bells and whistles is worth it for the added stability of it's core functions.

I need some support on this for WPN. Where do I contact? I've played around with it for hours and haven't the faintest what it's talking about. I'm a thickie. ty

the most common problem with WPN is if you get the "button detected as black" error message, in which case, you can just try to Include the site again, but before pressing F9, click the "..." button and change the Scan Mode to PW, and then proceed

I'm messing around with the software and had a few questions I could not find.

1) is it possible to make the tables a custom sizing? I couldn't figure out how to make them bigger.

2)when table tamer is on, is there a way for it to ONLY grab tables that I want it to? i tried setting it for move to grid only when 'dealt cards' or 'never'. But it still grabs any table I have open and moves it to the grid.

You can't mix tables sizes inside a layout. Each layout is based on a specific slot size. If you want a different size, you need to create a File-New Layout

Assuming you mean SAT and not TT
You can set New Tables Slot=0, however if the poker site opens a table in the exact location of an SAT slot location, then SAT will grab it

Alternatively you can use an Ignore Table hotkey to toggle whether or not a table will be grabbed by SaT or not

Hi, just messing around a bit and had a couple questions. Majority of the questions were answered in previous comments but if you already addressed these and I missed them, I apologize.

1) Is it possible to change the size of the tables? Appears I can only change the position of the tables and add or decrease the number of tables after the initial layout has been added.

2) is there an RnG available?

3) When I try to move a table to the side, the table always snaps into the grid I created. For example, let's say my grid is 3x2=6 tables. I would like to open sit 4 tables on the side but also play 6 tables. How can I move those 4 tables to the side without it interfering with my other 6 tables?

Each layout is based on a specific table slot size. You cannot change the sizes of individual slots.

You can create an entire File->New Layout, and change the size of all slots

In Settings->Advanced Options, you can "Show table count popup" and there is also a setting to show a random number on that same popup

Set up a hotkey to "Ignore Table" and then you can freely move a table outside of SaT's control

Yep I get that no matter what scan I use.

Now trying to get it to work on Stars, I don't want it resizing my tables, I want them the Stars default. I want 4 stacks, 4 quadrants of the screen, I want to move tables around when I want, to click on any table when I want etc. Seems when i click on a table it auto shifts back to another....

if you are on an older OS like win7, that may be the issue.. some sites just refuse to work on win7 anymore since this past year.

normally there are 2 different issues with WPN. if you get the "button detected as black" error, that is usually fixed by using Scan Mode = PW.. if you get the WPN tables blinking when you press Start, that is usually fixed by using Scan Mode = DWM.

well first SAT needs to resize the tables to fit the tables into its grid slots. so if you want your tables to be Stars default size, you would need to create a File->New Layout, and use Stars' default size for your grid slot layout size.

currently SAT only has 1 slot that acts as a stack and can hold multiple tables, and the rest of the slots are 'grid' slots which can only hold one table each. i may add the feature to have multiple stacks in the future

SAT should allow you to click away to other tables when you want.. it only pops up the most urgent table when it first requires action, or after you've acted on another table. if it keeps focusing back to another table, that might mean that SAT constantly thinks ALL your tables require your action, even if they don't. and that could mean a problem with setup. you can confirm that by using Help->Show Testing Info, and checking the "Action Required" line. it should say YES only when it is your turn to act, and then change to NO after

I can't think of why anyone would want all their action requiring tables in one stack. Except maybe cash players where every single format is the same.

For SnG's however playing many different formats, I haven't got time to figure out what is this game that's just popped up? How close is bubble? etc. Different game formats live in different parts of the screen so decisions can be much more instant. I guess everyone plays totally different to me.

well no, the idea is that all the tables that DONT require action stay in one stack. and then when a table Does require action, the table moves out of the stack and into the next free available grid slot

ah yeah that makes sense... then i guess you are manually dragging and dropping tables as blinds increase, etc?

No, blind increases don't make any difference to me. I play 6m reg speed/hyper/turbo, 9m reg/turbo/hyper, starting stacks t500-t2000, all various buy-ins, the highest buy-ins have a stack to themselves. On-demand mtt sng, t30000, totally different blind structure, all different buy-ins, the highest buy-ins have a stack to themselves. It's critical to know which game you're playing not what the blind level is. And the only tables that get moved out of their original stacks is to a final table stack (obv not STT).

Upto 30 tables. If a 6m bubble and a 9m bubble was to come out to random slots every time, I'd def make very expensive mistakes or lose time/time out etc.

I dont have newest version of stackandtile. I ant download it. It says File cant be downloaded safely. It wont work even when I put off windows defender firewall and virus protection.

that could be an old bug.. you definitely want to be on the latest version. can you show a screenshot of the error msg? what browser are you trying to download from? can you change browsers? is there any option to override and keep the download?

Im using chrome but tried with microsoft edge aswell. Same error. I can click store anyway but when I try to install new version it gives me this error:

So some file is missing, im not sure if firewall removes it anyway or if the file is broken somehow.

that 2nd error just means that you have SAT open.. you need to close SAT before trying to install the new version.. please try that and let me know what happens

Update: Went through the steps and changed the scan mode to "pw" and it works now, cheers
