It doesn't say you have no connection, it says "Internet connection error" which usually means there is a problem connecting to the SaT website to verify your license code. The site looks like its up and running to me. Are you still seeing that error? Maybe it was just a brief outage

Well i checked on a native windows machine from the same LAN network and the behaviour is different. It doesnt tell me Internet connection error but I dont receive an email either (yes I did checked spam box). Is there a way to debug?

Well the trial is based on the Machine IDs, which would be different on the native and VM. But in both cases you should get an email. Can you tell me what email you used? And what Machine IDs?

Ok great thanks for that info. Yeah I upgraded the SaT website to SSL a few months ago so that might have caused this. And I guess as expected most Windows internet connection stuff gets relayed through IE for whatever reason

What does it say in the setup/wizard text about how to grab width and height? Because the text when I open that up is really blurry so I cant see all the text there. I see this much;

"Your SaT grid layout is based on the size of your tables. First, resize a poker table..."

This is the text:

"Your SaT grid layout is based on the size of your tables. First, resize a poker table to the size that you want to play with. Next, click on the table, and then press F7."

However, if you can't read that text, its unlikely you will be able to read other texts in the program. Perhaps there is some scaling issues. What screen resolution and scaling % are you using within Windows?

Your right, looks like a scaling issue on all other texts aswell.

My screen resolution is 2160 x 1440 and scaling is 150%. I tried 100% scaling and I do see more text with that option but the app itself and the text gets super super small then. This is how it looks now with 150% scaling: https://imgur.com/XAphtq3

Ah yes thanks for the screenshot. Yeah right now SaT is not yet built for highDPI displays as I haven't yet bought a 4k monitor. So I have to build custom versions for people. Try this:

so to clarify:

when i click the replayer, it opens and moves to my stack slot of tables, and then i can't find it/look at it

I don't see that button on Play Money, maybe they only have it for Real Money

Anyway, can you open up the Replayer, and then use the SaT menu item for Help->Diagnostic-> Get Window Title, and paste me the result for the replayer window?

SaT has an "All-in" hotkey, which will set the betbox amount to an allin amount on most sites. There are Advanced Options within SaT to also "Click bet button for allin hotkey" and also to "move table back to stack" for that hotkey as well. So that should do what you want in most cases.

The SaT "All-in" hotkey won't click the Call button however. So if someone else shoves allin, then you'd need to use SaT's "Call" hotkey depending on which button the specific site shows.

Alternatively, if you are only playing on Stars, you can try to set up a hotkey within Stars for All-in, and then use the same key within SaT for a "Stack Table" hotkey, but prefix the keyname in SaT with a ~ character. So if you were using the key "A" for Allin on stars, then you'd use "~A" in SaT. The ~ character tells SaT to pass the key onto other programs

Nope nothing in Advanced Options. If you are going to do the 2nd option with the Stars hotkey, then you'd just set up the same key in SaT for the "Stack Table" hotkey action, and for the keyname, just type in the same key but put a ~ in front of it

in SaT the keys have special names, you can scroll in the list or click the ... button to find them

probably you would need to use "NumPadMult" within SaT, well actually "~NumPadMult" with the ~ prefix
