And its probably a good idea to run this Test and make sure its working correctly:

Yeah I don't know what's causing the issue. So one thing is that the hotkeys won't work if the mouse is over player stats, so I just have to make sure it's hovering where the HUD stats aren't. But the other thing is that some tables appear to sort of lock up, in fact I can't move the HUD stats on them, and none of the hotkeys respond when mouse is over that table. When I go to the PT4 menu at the top, the buttons say "lock layout" "lock and save layout" indicating that from PT4's POV, the stats are currently unlocked and able to be moved.
The reaction I get when I stroke the hotkey over one of these non responsive tables (again making sure to NOT do it while hovering over stats) is that the table "pulsates" (not sure how to describe this), but it's like the border of the table is being grabbed, and then released (when the hotkey is released). I tried holding down the hotkey once to see what would happen, and it repeatedly pulsated, finally I let go of the key, and there was some message that said "71 hotkey strokes recorded" or something like that, and it asked me if I wanted to proceed or something, and I clicked cancel.
I've tried moving the "locked" tables around to different slots, shutting down SaT and restarted it, etc., it doesn't seem to change anything.
I can't really notice any clear pattern of what tables it works on/doesn't work on, except that for the most part, the first 4 or 5 tables that I've opened during a session, I won't have issues with.
I also noticed on one new table that I had, the first hand I played, the hotkeys worked, and then from then on, they didn't. I don't know if that might be a clue somehow.
It does seem like sometimes the keys work, and then stop working on a certain table, which further complicates trying to identify the issue.
Oh and to answer your question, these are all midstakes cash game tables, some 9max, some 6max, all on Chico (Betonline). Both 9max and 6max tables have been "locked" before.
I can try the test later.
