I think all the settings are OK. what is the problem?? (maybe sits in € or .ES?)???

this sharky didnt register to a single lobby for 1 hour while other guys where have party with like 20-30 games/h. I have best internet connection possible and OK pc, can you tell me if its coming from my end or what should I do to make it work. now it just scans through lobbies, and it doesnt even try to sit open ones. I wasnt AFk or anything.

Same here...for the past 3 weeks I haven't really been able to register via Sharky at all, due to 2 issues:

-as described it won't at AT ALL take a free lobby. If a lobby is empty the scanning process seems to stop for a moment until it is filled and then resumes. So what the hack!?! Sitting with the chosen colour works however, but as fish are seldomly sitting the lobby the basically means I'm getting virtually 0 games per hour.
-secondly sharky completely ignores the entered table max and happily continues to register the chosen colour up to 4 tables if u only want to play 1...

Am I the only one having these probs? Can see a number of regs where I know they are using Sharky as well getting free lobbies every couple of minutes...

Thanks for any useful advice how to fix these bugs...all settings have obv been doublechecked, just as all application are running as admin without AHK or table ninja beeing opened...

+1 i see the same regs instaregging and on my end it holds and sometimes registers when it's quiet. It often goes scanning over an empty lobby a few times before noticing it. I don; use additional software.

Some of the issues mentioned here need a closer look, before this i suggest you try next patch and judge by the waitlist. If you still have issues you can add me to skype for more detailed help/look.

just got the update and tested it for about 50 games:
-unfortunately, empty seats are still not taken
-even more importantly, Sharky randomly sits me with Regs. If a sepcific colour code is chosen, it sits me with players of all other colours and even if I chose to only take empty seats it sits me with marked Regs...

As far as I can see max number of open tables is however respected now...I guess it is useless to mention that Sharky is hardly helpful at all if it randomly sits u with regs...

Do have the exact same problem. Lobbies are always shown to be "unreachable or already taken". Somehow I think 'onlyvalue' encountered the same problem on page 11 in this thread. He said he was able to fix it by your support. I would therefore highly appreciate to get in touch with you in skype and have you a quick look whats going wrong ; )

Since it updated to .48 its only showing this, i wrote you on skype Marco, but you seem to be away the hole day, hope you get in touch or fix this soon

Some basic questions (HUSNG related):

- does sharky allows you clicking rematch / decline? If yes, does sharky wait for your decision before it loads another table or do you have to be quicker than sharky to avoid more tables then your table cap (setting in sharky) ?

- does sharky closes automatically fisnished tables? If yes, can you switch that off (setting in options ie) because I often add some general notes after match is gone?

- if sharky takes for wathever reason ie 15 min to register (not sure if that can happen) & you manually register; the counter for table cap (setting in sharky) sees and takes your manually registered table into account ?

WTF is going on with this program lately? Just one month ago this program was gods gift to the HUSNG player. I got games vs fish all the time at a high volym ye it was awesome to say the least.

But ever since this waitlist thing it has turned to ****, you see tons of empty tournaments that it doesn't reg to and that you have to reg manually if you are quick enough. Back in the day this program would just snap sit any empty lobby.

Today it got even worse, now it doesn't register even if it's your turn on the waitlist or whatever, it just opens the reg buttom so that you have to quickly press OK manually. Most of the time I'm not quick enough so you se another reg already taken the spot. ( it says ''double checking'' ) If that is what it means by not aggresively registern, then for the love of GOD take AWAY that function or atleast make it optional.
I mean one of the big selling points with this program was that it regged for you so that I didn't have to register super quickly manually.

Please tell me this is a temporary bug and this once upon a time awesome program will get back to normal.

It doesn't register new tables after I finish some.

In fact it says: playing: 2 sngs atm, but in fact it is 0.

I noticed issue with misregs because of people using aggressive registration after the patch. Since it doesnt work with new waitlist this option is currently off.

Uncommon issue where it happens that lobby stays empty when some people are unable to finish their turn is currently inspected but it definitely doesnt come to the "empty lobbies are still unjoinable". If you have issue like this then you need to contact me for a better look at it.

I see you have found some of the answers but i can still chip in.

- Sharkystrator will not auto-close tables, you can turn this option on in the PS itself.

- It will not count manually registered tables because there are more variables then just buyin for registration filters.

- Rematch decisions in HU are handled fine so you can have desired numbered of tables at all times.


It looks as you possibly have "Auto-Decline rematch" selected in Pokerstars. Make sure that this option is disabled.

I also noticed that I get a Log Error message saying
"Unable to read PokerStars lobby state. Reopening log."
a few seconds after I press the start button on sharkystrator.

I also encounter the same issues. When the program runs for a while, I get error message "Unable to read PokerStars lobby state. Reopening log."

Version 2.0.53 is not found there.

my problem lately is i get down to "1' on the waitlist from, say, 10, and then for some reason i get bumped back to 10 without taking a lobby. i had that happen several times in a row yesterday then decided to call it a day.

i would just suggest that everything be tested meticulously before being implemented ... there have been times where my sharky has worked really well ( couple months ago) and others where i wait for 30mins-1 hour for 2-3 games wondering what is going on. does sharky just work better for some than others?

This is noted issue already, should be patched soon.

Why dont you just run the software and auto-update? It might show more practical then searching for the right version.

- Disable aggresive registration if you are playing 60+ buyins.

If that doesnt help and if you go from position 1 to much higher position write down ID of sng that you should join and please send it with log by clicking stop - help - send log.

Waiting for answer on skype so thought i would try here.

I have a very big problem. I play HU Hypers and have set sharky to only register empty lobbies and marked fish. Problem is that it keeps registering me against players i have marked as regs. I'm not even sure it sits the empty lobbies cus every game is against someone i marked as reg+.

Anyone have a solution for this ?
