Does my internet connection speed has an impact on how fast sharky is working? If the player X has a faster connection than player Y he will get more lobbies in long term?

It is not working. I did everything you said (run both as an admin, installed latest version of pokerstars and sharky)...? Anybody else?

There are no general issues at this momment so i am sure that if you contact me through skype we can fix the problem you have.

What you probably mean is delay/ping which is not really reliant on connection speed but most of the time ISp provider and distance to the server(Pokerstars in this case which is somewhere near UK/Ireland).

At this momment your delay/ping has somewhat an impact but...

The new queue/waitlist is designed to solve issue for people who are not really closest to the server. There will be announcement when its fully up.

I found out what the problem is. I downloaded it yesterday (never before) but I can only play the lowest level! How is this possible. I want to try it for the suggested 7 days at higher levels...

Now it works for some reason...

As mentioned in the software once you launch for the first time you can continue to use unregistered version on 1.5$ or register license(free trial) for your stakes.

Has anybody tested if Sharky works on Windows 8?

I know I will jump in stakes so what happens when I do? Pay the diff between stakes for the remaining yr or buy a new level for a new yr?

Also, if we don't have anybody colored tagged yet, is it possible to use your product as a device to just register you for the type of game you want disregarding tagged players?

After talking to some users who use windows 8 it seems that everything works ok.

Hi dje2, if you upgrade during first 3 months of use then you just need to pay price difference for the new license.

If you upgrade after 3 months then you still pay the price difference but the used time is included in price as well.

And yes, you can register sng tournaments with filters that include tagged player setups, unknown opponents or both.

It doesn't seem to work with satellite, 6 man, sng, hypers, 3.75 . Is it possible and I am just doing it wrong?

I even isolated the filter on PS to show only that and another game to get rid of fpp ones but still couldnt get it to work.

I get an error to close all pop ups or open windows or something when nothing is open.

Works fine in the other sng tabs

I am probably just being paranoid but after installing this software than eventually shutting down. On start up just as windows is loading, I get a small box pop up and close so fast that you couldnt even see what it has on it as it is already collapse and nearly closed.

I never had it before. No idea how to but has anyone looked at the insides of this program yet?

That messagebox that will sometimes show on launch is a problem with loading 3rd party library which will be patched soon, you can sleep firm as its not a hack-bomb.

I have no idea about this error but Satellites are not added at this moment. They will probably be with the next update.

1.I understand that if 2 players have this soft it will automatically stop them from sitting each other. Is that correct?

2. if I mark one of these player as someone I don't mind playing will it let me play him?

What i understand here is that you ask about queue/waitlist which is there to ensure that you can validate lobby that you wish to play in a safe manner where only one person is allowed to validate/register specific lobby at a time.

Once a player who is first to validate lobby registers the lobby or skips it, another player is free to validate the same lobby and register the lobby if it matches his registration settings.

So, the answer is yes, the choice which lobbies(players) you want to register is always and only on your end. Waitlist is there to ensure that registration matches your settings by solving concurrency issue.

Having trouble registering for the correct number of tables. Asked sharky to register for 2 and it keeps registering for 4. Any suggestions? Thanks Marko

thats the general reason why the counter doesnt work

As emotionx suggested + i would check if you have some ahk as well. Still didnt find another reason or bug about this issue.
