Just had an issue with stars where after finishing my session, I thought I had shut down stars (but hadn't) and then fired up solver and started to review. Then got a popup from stars clientre infringing their t&c's.
Is this the failsafe to ensure solver is allowed? I thought solver (like wiz) just wouldn't run calculations (which it did)

Colin252,

SnG Solver does try to detect an active PokerStars session and disable calculations, but I've recently been contacted by PokerStars that apparently I'm missing some situations (I'm not sure if this is because of a change to their client software or something thats just been overlooked until now). Thus, they have started showing the warning message that you've seen if you have both programs open at the same time.

I'm working to correct this, but in the meantime, you'll need to make sure you have SnG Solver closed while the PokerStars client is running. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

ha, jason goes mia sometimes

does Sng Solver have a feature like SNG wiz where it shows when and how much a hand becomes profitable?? sorry, i didnt explain that well but im sure u are familiar with the feature. basically it is a chart (i included a screen shot) that shows ur hand vs every possible range and its profitability or unprofitably. i clicked around in solver and didnt see anything replicating it. am i missing something?

I tried to download setup more then 20 times but no luck, it always aborts at around 50mb.
Does anybody knows what's the problem? As I bought a new computer I just need a setup.exe file (without data files) so if anybody has it please pm me.

Hi Jason, or anyone else out there. I've emailed, PMed, and posted here.

All I want is a download link that works. My roommate from years ago had you email him the setup files in like 6-7 different parts - does anybody else have that?

Anybody willing to toss the .exe setup file on some upload or torrent site?

Just got another T & C's warning from ps because i forgot to shut down ps before starting my play review with solver. PLease get this sorted otherwise I can't use solver anymore, it's just not worth getting my acc blocked because of a software feature issue :-(

Hey I notice in many situations the range the program suggests in table view and the range it lists in the equilibrium strategy tree are different. Which one is more accurate? Thanks.

Yes, which is why I was wondering if the software ever got off the ground. What is the point of responding if you have nothing to contribute to the discussion?
