Adskiy Gamer, there is currently a bug with the AFK activating when you pause the session. This shouldn't happen as the AFK should only activate when a session is running. This will be fixed soon in the next update.

I have some sort of glitch last 2 days, I guess. Sometimes when new spin is registered the buy-in dialog doesn't dissapear and stays on the screen till I close it manually. While the spin is already registered.

So the program goes to register a SpinNGo, and this new game actually gets registered and opens up, but the buy-in popup doesn't close? If so that would be truly strange behavior. Can you please email the file "error.txt", in your SiQreg directory inside "logs" folder, to thesiqsoft@gmail.com?

One more thing. Can you, please, list all the folders and files in the SiQregSpin directory. I installed it it the common programs directory occasionally and want to bring it back to one folder. Thanks.

The files/folders for SiQreg are
- SRUpdater.exe
- SiQregSpin.exe
- IMG folder
- log folder

I'm not sure yet what exactly is happening with your issue. I'll be doing some testing today and try to figure it out.

I'm getting the error "you must log in to pokerstars or you must register this product" I've been getting it for some time, I bought my license before you switched to monthly.

Could this be because I'm using an out of date version? If so what is the link for the latest version?

Returning to the buy-in popup problem. It now happens very rare. I have a suggestion that it could be becuse of high ping of my network. I live on Samui island and network here is a little disaster but that days it was a storm, so it was even more bad. Right now it's almost ok.

That is very likely the problem. SiQreg waits a small amount of time after clicking "register" to wait for the buy-in popup. I'll see what I can do to make this better for your case.

Anyone else have problem the If HU on x keep open X tables not working every time? A lot of time opens to set tables regardless of how many are HU.

This is almost always caused by not listing the correct path to your PokerStars hand history folder (in the SiQreg settings window) or not having hand histories set to save on PokerStars.
Another issue could be something like (HM/PT4/H2N) moving the HHs out too quickly, but that usually wouldn't happen.

Is the issue with the HU/Multiplier features, or the main 'keep open' feature?

Can you describe exactly what is happening and can you share your settings.ini file? (You can post the text here or email it to thesiqsoft@gmail.com)

My siq reg is having a couple of issues past few days. It stopped regging mid set (today) and it doesn't reset the number of games I have played. Any advice?

Did it give you any error messages when it stopped regging? Did it say the session was finished? Is it possible that the session went over your 'max minutes' setting?
What do you mean it doesn't reset games? The daily goals not reset?

Your max buyin is determined by your subscription. If you want to upgrade your subscription just send an email to thesiqsoft@gmail.com stating which subscription level you want to upgrade to.

Whats wrong with SiQ SpinReg?? There is no link to download that software.
The only one that I found is http://siqreg.com/pages/downloads but is not working.
I enter my card number, and I did not receive any confirmation. I enter my card number twice (my mistake), and I just receive a receipt without any other information (no license code, no link to download, etc).
Had somebody any similar experience??

But I have an issue: when the soft opens a new spin, is not fast enought, and the first hand is already dealt, my cards folded and I am "sit out".

Hello,
SiQreg clicks the 'register' button on the PokerStars lobby, so it should be exactly the same as if you click the button yourself. In other words SiQreg doesn't 'open' the tables, PokerStars does. It would seem more likely that the issue was with PokerStars or the internet connection.

Has this happened more than one session?
Try letting SiQreg register one game, and then right after it does try registering manually to see if the tables open the same way.

Thanks, I understand your point, but Im trying everyday and it still happening.
If I register for myself the bug dissapear.
Pokerstars and Internet connection are well and the RAM and processor uses are less than 70%.
Please help me because Im not using the software because of this.
