As SnGOpener now supports both All Games Tab and Favourites Tab, both should not have more than few hundreds of SnGs open. Please check your lobby also on All Games tab to avoid so many SnGs in the lobby.

Please verify if it solves your problem, if not we will have closer look.

in the lobby (that I see) All Games I got it limited to just (1) hyper satellite and favourites same thing like (1 or 2 games)

still telling me i got 600+ open, I may be doing something wrong still, but im not sure what it is.

Can you please restart both SessionLord and PokerStars please? Probably SessionLord could not disconnect normally from PokerStars from previous session.

Just got a trail version of session lord. I play 50/50 multi table stack (as i have a laptop).

Having trouble with bet slider, when i am increasing or decreasing my bet size it works on some tables but not on all. Struggles when my pokerstars icon on bottom of my screen is flashing (action needed on another table)

Also my hotkeys do not work when the table pop ups straight away and have to wait a second before it acts on my hotkeys? Any help, thanks in advance

We did not find a SessionLord account for this username you use at 2+2, so cannot check directly your settings. If you send us your SessionLord username to support@sessionlord.com, we can go through your logs and settings to identify the problem.

However, according to your description, it seems that the target table of SessionLord hotkeys are not that which you want. This can be caused for instance if you are not using table under mouse target table option and the tables are not managed by Table Manager... Are you using SessionLord Table Manager to organize your tables? Are you using table under mouse as the target table?

All SessionLord subscriptions are connected to PokerStars username. Thus, as probably your PS username for FR is different, that means, yes, you will need another SessionLord account, which is connected to your FR PokerStars username during registration, and a new subscription has to be made.

Once this is done, the only thing you have to care about is to select corresponding PokerStars nation in SngAutoColoring basic settings to search for players' SharkScope stats in pokerstars.fr, as SharkScope collects them separatelly.

Hi randomly having SL issue today, when i click on button it isnt grabbing my tables and moving them into the correct slot and as a result nothing is working. Normally i hit on and it auto moves tables into top left stack and highlights with a border but nothing today. Any ideas what could cause such an issue?

As we saw the logs, the problematic table is a special 8.80+R NLH $35K GTD which cause the problem. We have identified the issue from the logs, so we will fix it shortly. Table Manager won't work for this special table till the next release, but for other table it is still fine.

It seems that many of the player notes I have saved using Session Lord are corrupt. A color is assigned, but the specific stats I chose to display during set-up are missing. That these notes are corrupt were confirmed by stars support. Do you know how I can go about solving this? Thanks for your help!

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean the notes are corrupted? You cannot make them visible or what?

On the other hand, if some of the stats are missing as you said, it depends on the stats you selected to display, as a lot of SharkScope stats are only available for opted-in accounts, if the user is opted-out or not opted-in, these stats are cannot be received for the users. So can you give a concrete example about this missing stat? If you do not want to write player name here, send us a mail to support@sessionlord.com

In the latest version of SessionLord this issue has been fixed and that table should be also work normally.

Ok thanks for your feedback, I will email support. I have a different question now though. My subscription was supposed to end on the 27th of Jan, or rather, that was the renewal date, so I thought my credit card would not be charged before then. I wanted to cancel it on the 26th (the day before it ended) because I won't be able to play online during February, and I was surprised to see that my credit card was charged on the 25th. Was this charge for the next month or for January? I have to assume I was charged for the next month 2 days before it began, which seems unfair. Please correct me if I'm wrong here, and my apologies if I am.

Our subscriptions are valid till 30 days + 1 day as a gift. This is because we think it is not fair to our customers if a customer buy a subscription for instance on the 1st of January at 22:00, the 30 days starts to count down on the 1 st of January, as this is not a full day. So in this case, the subscription will be valid for the 1st of January + whole 30 days, thus till 31th of January.

However, PayPal and Skrill charge for the next month after 30 days, so on 30th of January it will be charged. In the next month there will be 2 days diff , and so on.

We manage subscription validity based on this, so to follow the above example, when the next month is charged on 30th of January, we checked you current subscription when it will be ended, and we activate the next subscription from 1st of February, etc.

So, currently you was charged for the next 30 days, not for January.

Moreover, you can review your subscriptions anytime at our Web Portal (https://my.sessionlord.com) once you login and go to My Subscriptions menu...

Just gone to fire up Sunday session and getting SL error. Current Stars version not supported. Pls update to a supported version. Im using 11822 which im assuming is latest, how do I get round this issue? Do I have to downgrade my stars version and if so how do I do that pls?

Hi, i installed Sessionlord multitabling and set everything but i have one problem. How to set (is it even possible) Sessionlord automatically open tables when Dialog box about taking seat shows http://i.imgur.com/SK8kyX5.png and denying when we have opened more tables then we set in 'table layout profile editor?
I can't find answer for that in any of youtube videos
