We cannot understand really the issue with SnGOpener.

As you discribed, you have problems with SessionLord Multitabling. If you let SessionLord to manage target table and bringing tables to foreground, please make sure that you disabled Popup table whenever user action is required option in PokerStars Settings/Gameplay/Multi-Tabling menu.

Got the same problem, tables are disapearing without acting. I played without SL and everything worked perfectly but as soon as I opened SL and used it I had the same problem again

Had a quick email exchange with the sessionlord customer care and not only did they listen to my feedback, worries and needs, but also acted on it. Pretty laggy since the new update, same as yesterday. Problem with tables disapearing is almost solved!

We will check it out. What does it mean in your case the "almost solved"? Do you have still problems?

I'm not sure but I think it lags the most when SL just registered another SNG. It take 3/4/5 seconds before I can act and sometimes instead of the table I have to act a new table apears which is still waiting to begin.

Due to the community feedback, we have decided to keep the 0.2.3526 archive version as a working one for a while, more then 3 days, but not forever. The end date is not exist yet, but we will inform all our customers via mail 1-2 days before we eliminate it.

However, we would like to highlight that this caused a bit messy update system on our side, so if you want to use this version, you have to do it on your own risk and you have to accept these limitations:

1. No new PokerStars version will be supported on this branch
2. We do not garantee the backward compatibility for settings with the latest version if you will upgrade, so you may loss some of your setup

I think MultiTabling might be a little overpriced potentially.

Looking at StarsHelper - $35 for lifetime of product

TableNinja2 - $75 for Pokerstars per year, also contains the Table Opener (cash and SNG).

SL is $120/year for MultiTabling and then $240/year for the SNG opener = $360/year.

From my point of view I think $10/month is a little high, or there could be a nice discount for annual purchase? Maybe a 10% off code for existing users on new purchases too, for the launch of Dashboard? Or 10% off annual purchases maybe?

It is true TableNinja2 has some kind of sng opener function but we truly believe that opener is not comparable with our solution. So when we thinking about pricing we always separate our products in head. Our SngOpener has his own competitor, but it is not TN2.

In general, SessionLord Multitabling contains all the features that Ninja has, but all of them are improved, works better and gives more value for the poker players for almost the same price.(the monthy price is the same)

In my case the problem with pop up or table-disappering is solved now.
But it is true that sessionlord is laggy somehow.
It is not horrible or something like that. It's just that you can feel that
sessionlord is a bit heavier compared to the old version.
And in some rare situations I also need to wait 1 or 2 seconds before I
can act.
Seems like the old version ran a bit smoother.

That's a nice dream and attitude but unfortunately at the moment it's just a dream. Your software is full of bugs and because of the amount of features you try to implement at once it became buggier with every update. I feel like we are just a bunch of beta testers for your software at the moment.
- The Table Manager is buggy
- SNG AUtoColoring keeps stealing focus from every window lately (the earlier and lighter versions did not have this problem). Also 10% of the time sets the wrong color tag and only if I manually click on the player it changes to the right one as per my color rules.
- DollarToBB bet on table has an annoying shadow effect
- The preset bets work only occasionaly no matter how I tried to set them and don't work at all at the table if I Rematch a HU SNG. A feature for SNG Opener that accounts for the rematches in HU SNG's was requested a long time ago and still not implemented.
- In Preset Bets>Filters maximum BB must be bigger than 10k
- And there are a bunch of other small and annoying bugs that I'm not going to post because are mostly not that important

Like another user posted it seems like the software becames slower and slower with every new feature you add. This is not good !!! If i were you I would seriosly be thinking to split the program into multiple programs and sell them separately. It seems that this is what a lot of your users suggested and want. So why not do it? We have to pay separately anyway for every feature we want to use and my guess is that it would be easier on the programming and debuging side also. This would also solve the StarsHelper and other programs compatibility issues.

I loved SL when I first started to use it and it was simple and reliable but now I don't know what to say. If/when SNGOpener will start having bugs or drop in speed I'm pretty sure I'll stop using SessionLord.

As a recommendation, I would stop adding new features until you solve all the current issues and have a reliable software.

Personally the only thing i need is the SnGOpener as I'm sure it is for a lot of your customers. All of the new features would be great if they worked as flawlessly as SnGOpener did. But i don't think it makes sense for people to be paying only for the SnGOpener to have all of the other things they have no intention to use bloating the software.

Why suddenly the 30day trial is gone ? I only paid for sngopener and was using multitabling 30day trial.

As I see you decided to use the newest version which is currently not as good as the old one in performance (some people mentioned performance problem, for others works well) but as you can see in the previous posts we working on it.

No it does not become more buggier every update, actually it becomes faster smoother and more stable.

SessionLord team works on new features and the performance side by side. We dont need too much time to make it as smooth as the older version. Please dont forget you can use the older version for now.

Not the answer I expected and mostly not the tone I expected but that's fine. Why bother writing to you or your support if this is the kind of answer I get. I'm not going to bother you anymore. My post was out of frustration for a couple of hours with your software and because I got the impression that you care what your customers are saying and what they want. Looks like I was wrong. Good luck and I hope you'll get to a bug free software sooner because I really liked it.

PS: The only reason I'm not downgrading is because I'm going to lose all of the settings (probably twice) and have to spent a few more hours to set them back.

If you really want to help our work please let us know your SessionLord username to be able to find the bugs you mentioned. "The Table Manager is buggy" is not enough explanation. Accordind that we cant help.

So please write an email about the Table manager Bug you have with your SessionLord or your pokerstars username.

The preset bet is improved for your request. BB filters can be higher then 10K. Also we checked HU preset bet settings and find a minor issue from SB position which is also fixed, probably it was your problem.

Please, if you have problem with SessionLord features, share it with us otherwise we cannot help you and cannot check the logs, settings to identify the problem and provide you the solution. We are just developers, not professional poker players so you know what is required, what is working in a different way you expect. Our support is always open for suggestions, bug reports and act as fast as possible.

Please understand our case also, if you do not clarify what is wrong with Table Manager in your case, etc., we cannot do anything with that. You can send us a mail privatly with the description and your SessionLord or PS username and we can check the logs.
