It should register immediatelly when an SnG is fine for registration according to your rules, so probably it is because of your settings. Can you give us your SessionLord username so we can check your settings and logs what cause it in your case.

What is strange about this is sometimes it works with no issue... then many times it won't register any 3.50 when i take a look at the lobby and only 3.50 isn't registering. But then it would register 3.50 again once a 3.50 is filled.

Any way to view the Beta features without downloading the Beta? I want to make sure it is relevant to me before using it. Is it stable?

We working on videos and tutorials. We will release them next week.
Currently we dont know about any issue. If you download you get an another exe for the beta, so if you have any issue just stop the beta and start the old exe.

The following features can be found right now in the beta besides the SnGOpener and SngAutoColoring:

DashboardManager - analyzing al your tables and setup a priority list for them to bring front the most important table for you
TableOrganizer - table slot manager and positioning system
LordHUD - present player statistics, notes and colors right next to the player
DollarToBB - turn all the amounts presented in dollars to BB on your tables
Hotkeys - assign hotkeys for almost everything that can be clicked or pressed
PresetBets - setup automatic bet sizing
CashOpener - cash game selection and seating software

Probably a n00b question, but in the Beta, which of the following is on, which is off:

The one which has dark grey background means the selected option, so on this screenshot:

Auto click Time Bank is enabled.
Auto click I'am Back is disabled.
Auto close single OK dialogs is enabled.

What rule is the opposite of "ResetDate == null" ?
I want to use a rule for the players that did a reset of their statistics on SharkScope but I can't find the right one. I tried "ResetDate > null" , "ResetDate == True" and some others but none works.

Hey not sure if this is the right thread but could you please add a hotkey for All-in? Crucial for sng players. Im still using Tableninja for the hotkeys. Nice software and the registrator works pretty well.

Also a more minor issue but would be nice to be able to have set pre-flop bet sizes depending on the blinds (TN had this). Like, if I want to raise 4x at 10-20, and 2.2x at 100-200.

Pre-flop bet sizing for BB levels is an already implemented feature. You can add several preset bet settings, and you can use the filters for BB levels or even stack in BB when the given preset bet config should be applied. You can order your preset bet settings using grad & drop. Shortly there will be a tutorial video for these features also.

Can it be set to register 1 fish games only if your not the last person to sit?

Example: If im playing 6max and want to register any 1fish game that is currently 4/6 players or less but not if its 5/6 players.

Just set the fish color for example +1 and set any other color to 0.
Set a rule with remaining seat to 5, and the weight requirement to more than 0.

However it will register you when 5/6, but can I ask what is the idea behind this startegy?

I'm bit confused here. I only signed up for the 6 months for $5.99 for sessionlord for auto registering sngs mainly 180 mans. These things you mention is for the other version of sessionlord right?


Also i will send you an email b/c for some reason... sessionlord sometimes doesnt autoregister a 180 man until much later on such as when 100/180 is registered etc. Does it matter which email i email sessionlord from? Because when i signed up for 6 months... i dont recall it asking for my email just my username. So i want to send the email from the email that i signed up for sessionlord if it did ask for my email?

There seems to be something wrong with the new update...

I believe it caused my Stars software to crash at least twice today. It also registered a bunch of games after i asked it to stop.

Not sure if this might be happening to anybody else?

Edit: Yes, PokerStars is crashing for me everytime i close SessionLord. This has lost me a lot of money to day. What is going on?

We have a beta branch and the main branch. In the past the main branch only contained SnGOpener, SnGOpener Pro, SngAutoColoring and the beta contained some other features.

But yesterday we made a really big update in the main branch, and you can find the some new features it too:

You use SnGOpener currently. You can try the new features for free. (because of the 30 day trial and the freemium)

Update on the software crash problem:

- Apparently the new SessionLord update is not stable, and caused my PokerStars to crash multiple times yesterday

- These crashes made me lose a lot of money as I was blinded out of all the games i was playing

- After I contacted SessionLord support they said it was my own fault for choosing to update to the new version and declined any kind of refund.

We had a very big update in version 3548 and 3554, probably this is the problem. We introduced the whole multitabling section.

As a quick fix you can downgrade the software to 3526 (stable version)

The updates are not required, only optional, so you chose to try out the latest update, but you can always downgrade if any problems occured as we wrote in the previous mail.
We will fix these problems soon in the new version, till you can use the most reliable version of SessionLord as you did before.
Generally the updates are stable and give many good new features, but sometimes unexpected things happen, this topic is in our EULA, so the short answer is no.

Despite the fact, we always do our best to provide stable versions, sometimes we make mistakes. It is our fault, not yours. We admit there is a chance that latest SessionLord update caused your loses.

We will make further steps in the future to prevent (as much as possible) this kind of issues. We will mark which versions are stable and which is probably not, and we will improve our updating mechanism as well.

SessionLord SnGOpener Pro is not a simple sofware and we truly believe we provide much more value for our customer than the price.

After the latest update there seems to be a conflict between Session Lord and StarsHelper. I really hope that this is not intentional because of the new features that mimic what StarsHelper is doing. I used both programs together without any problem before this update but now I can't. If I start SH after SL most of the SH features does not work. If I start SL when SH is running, SessionLord is crashing and also freezes and crashes Stars client. I hope you can find a solution to this as soon as possible.

Also, when I made the update I lost all of the previous SessionLord settings which is king of annoying and I think that users should be notified when a big update is possible to have this effect.

StarHelper incompatibility is not intentional. As we implemented our new features it is unavoidable.

The settings issue was our mistake, sorry for that. And yes we will send email before big updates from now.
