I'm having issues (as are many others per friends & what I'm seeing on Twitter) with RunGood on iOS 13.1.2 where my sessions results are getting cut off some. Hoping this is a quick fix and an update will be rolled out soon!

Is the app for sure dead? I kinda want to do the new IOS update but don’t want to be screwed. What would you guys recommend if not RunGood?

Couple problems with the new iOS update.

1. Apple stopped signing 13.1.2, which means that you can no longer update to that particular version. This is the last version that RunGood was working.

2. 13.2 simply does not work. App would just dies the moment it is opened.

Lastly, you cannot retrieve data from the app even through iTunes.

Kind of dead in the water at this point.

I am SOOO bummed this app has apparently been abandoned. If the publisher just lost their developer, please PM me. Happy to take over the project if the source code repo is available. We could work something out.

Is this app going to be updated? I have a mulitple bovada sessions logged that arent anywhere to be found in my session log, also all of my session results are cut off. If it is not going to be updated does anyone know the best way to import the data into another app? or do we have to in session by session and transfer the data?

I was able to export my sessions from RunGood since I don't have iOS 13 (it's not compatible with my iPhone 6). I then was able to import it into Poker Analytics with some help from their support. RunGood is not officially listed as one of the compatible formats for importing into their app, but they converted my CSV file from RunGood and sent it back to me in a format that imported fine.

Confirmed that RunGood on 13.2 (non-Beta) version is working.

I assume 13.2 (Beta 3) had some issues with RunGood.

^ ever since ios13 update, the numbers in my results are cropped out on the right side for all sessions.. anyone else have this issue?

I am seeing the same issue on iphone XS. wasn't happening a couple of months ago.
i emailed their support : contact@rungoodapp.com but gotten no answer. Not finding the app in the app store either.
seems like its been discontinued ?

i currently have 13.1.3. the app starts but session results have the last digit chopped off as described in my previous post.

Will the app completely stop if i update to 13.2 ? is that only for beta ? its working on 13.2 non beta?

maybe one should consider migrating the data to another app before updating to 13.2? steps to migrate to another app are greatly appreciated.

Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon at the bottom of the RunGood app's main screen, then select "Export Sessions" and then click the button with the same name at the bottom of the next screen. It will then show a composed email with the CSV file attached, and you just enter your email address (even if it's the same one you're sending it from ), and hit Send.

Ehh I just tried to use poker analytics 5 to enter a session and it is so tedious compared to Rungood, I almost want to just use Rungood until i can't anymore since it's so much better. I hope something happens where we can keep it.
