when I play at Winning Poker Network (American Cardroom)
1) My HUD doesn't match with the right players while I play unless I sit on the same seat everywhere (my preferred seat). I have tried all the basic things to fix it already.
2) In reports and replayer I can't see my own holecards... It doesn't recognize me as the hero.
How can I fix the issue?
Please help.
I did not find the right solution from the internet.
I had same problem for a while until I was able to fix it.
This might not be the best fix but it is a fix (or maybe we are doing something wrong?)
While I was playing at a full table I just had to order the HUD manually to line up with the right players and then I saved and locked the layout. That's it. After I did that, the HUD always lines up with the right player.
Maybe something in settings can be used to set it without doing above steps but I didn't see it.
