I believe the number is correct, although I can understand the confusion - "three flush" according to the Odds Oracle means "exactly three cards to a flush". So if the player has a flush or four-flush, they do not have a three-flush.

Was this ever added? I'm trying the software now and afaik you can check how often villain has "a pair" but not how often he has "top pair."

Take a look at interactive hand stats in the "common questions" area - it has a much more detailed breakdown of hand types, including top pair.
