Hi--I play online poker now and then on both the Carbon Poker site and also on America's Cardroom. I have been using Poker Tracker 4 for the last several years whenever I play online poker, pretty much ever since I first began playing online poker several years ago.

My Poker Tracker works fine on Carbon Poker, but it no longer works on America's Cardoom, although it used to work just fine on ACR. But, as you probably know, ACR revamped its site in a fair number of ways maybe a couple months ago or so. It was after ACR made these changes that my PT4 stopped working there, so of course I suspect that those changes had something to do with it. But I have contacted customer support at both ACR and also Poker Tracker, and, not all that surprisingly, they both told me that everything should be working just fine and that they have no idea why I am having these issues. Poker Tracker support suggested that I made sure that I had the most up to date version of their software, and I already do have that, but that still doesn't seem to make any difference. So, the thing that I am wondering is 1) Is anybody else out there having this same issue? And 2) If so, have you been able to do anything to fix the problem? And, 3) If so, just what did you do to fix it?

Uninstall, clear system files, restart computer, reinstall
